Consists of two main 3 and 4 storey buildings and sixteen 2-storey Bungalow (40 % of rooms with sea view).
The total area of 38 000 m2.
The hotel has 415 rooms.
Beach: private beach platform, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels – for the Deposit. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. The length of the beach – 300 m.

Hotel itself and the grounds very nice with potential. Set in the pine woods with easy access to the see from private piers.
Food in restaurant is kind of repetitive, but thats what you should expect from All inclusive service, but all is fresh every time and tasty. A lot of salad and veg options all the time.
But big lack of fresh fruit. Some water melons, or oranges but thats all.
And you can forget the ice cream, none existent in this hotel!
Now if you expect service, don't come here! There is none! From time to time you see someone to come and pick up empty glasses around pool or sea loungers. And they don't brings any drinks to you even if you ask. And very rude bartenders especially at bottom bar at seaside! That bar offer some soft drinks from dispensers and beer only, oh and warm bottled water!
Only nice people we see are the girls on terrace offering coffee and tea.
And none of the staff speaks english! Bare basic some none. This includes receptionist!
So to coming here you better learn turkish or russian as all of them speak these two languages.
And yes, I would say over 90% of guests are Russians the rest Turkish and only handful of people like us (UK,PL,DE).
Edit: I forgot, very important, entertainment is nonexistent! Three guys from animation appear from time to time for short time and do something embarrassing which doesn't entertain anyone! Zero interaction with people! Terrible boring music which doesn't fit to summer holiday beach place! Very very bad, embarrassing and boring!
So would I recommend this hotel?

4 nights in June 2025, exceeded my expectations on my first visit to Turkey. It was not too busy as still in term time, plenty of very comfortable sun loungers by pool and by the sea. Very beautiful views and itsnot in the busier towns, so perfect for relaxing. Very well kept hotel and grounds, with really lovely staff. Yes there are quite a few steps down to the water so possibly not great for less mobile people, but so easy for us to enjoy the pool and sea and other lounge areas. Plenty of choices in the buffet and the all inclusive included endless bottled water as well as alcohol and soft drinks, tea and coffee. Also included snacks in between meals which was great if you missed a meal due to travel times etc. Very relaxed and flexible venue with great energy. You can easily walk to Iclemere in about 20 mins along a safe coastal paved path, or hire bikes/electric bikes etc. Regular buses and taxis just outside hotel to go to Marmaris town which was great, shopping heaven for teens... We genuinely spent nothing except on a taxi and gifts. Plus the aircon was extremely quiet and very effective 😁

Amazing place, good weather and can’t ask for a better entertainment team however they need to put a mopped sign outside the toilets so people like myself don’t injure themselves however couldn’t ask for a much nicer people to look after us and make the experience fun!!

Guests seen so come from one place well known to a previous Chelsea owner. Most can be friendly a lot are rude. Manners cost nothing they have forgotten this or never knew. Hotel otherwise excellent, food choice really good, service in the main really good.Down side NOT enough sun beds. Spent a lot of time trying to find somewhere to relax. The new Germans claiming or paying for sunbeds. Hotel need to clamp down on employees reserving sund beds for guests. Love the hotel just some sides I just don't like. Would I recommend it yes because of value for money.

We absolutely loved it here can't fault it at all, staff where amazing totally looked after us especially the entertainment staff such lovely people 😊 shout out to Otto in the wee market he was brilliant, the views where amazing so beautiful 😍 we're booking up again for next year can't wait to go back 😁

Best place to chose on your vacation. Close to marmaris center and icelmer is just 10 mins away. The hotel is just besides the water body, there’s water activity service near by. You could hire an electric vehicle to road around the place. Food is fabulous and offer variety of options in bread. The hotel has a doctor visit every day for consultation and host gym and Turkish bath as well. Sun beds are available in the place and the pool towels can be replaced every Tuesday and Friday. There is dinner service for late check ins with the menu including soup, salads, bread and butter till 1 am in the food court.

Firstly, the reception staff speak very little English and it is hard to get them to understand anything, the room is very basic with no tea or coffee facilities, this is very disappointing as that should be a minimum i think, the room is very clean though so overall I think it is OK, there are no fans in the outside bar areas which would be a good addition as it is very very hot, evening entertainment is very amateur and not great, the hotel is full of Russian people who are mostly friendly but that cant be helped by the hotel, apart from this the hotel is nice, the food and drinks are great, the sea and sea bar are good serving beer, soft drinks and pizza/chips, there is a spa for massages etc, I would suggest the medical massage, it hurts a lot but I felt great afterwards, Ali is down by the sea to book excursions etc, he is nice and has reasonable prices, we done the turtle beach and lazy day trips, they were great, there is a man down by the sea who will save you sunbeds, I didn't get his name but he is very friendly.

Plz avoid didn't get the right room I paid 4 no kettle in room have 2 pay 4 safe WiFi is terrible need better cleaners no peak hole 4 ur safety same food everyday loads of arguments staff don't do nothing man was so drunk he was sitting with anyone and made them so uncomfortable but staff done nothing again. Plz dont leave no money in ur room because I left some lira and the cleaner took it few days b4 I left the room.
