We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s not very big, cozy, pretty new and really relaxing.
Food is delicious, rooms comfortable and staff very friendly.
It’s very clean everywhere and music is enjoyable.
The beach is fantastic, with clean water and many fish! Excellent!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Feniks Hotel in Okurcalar, and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience on many fronts.
First and foremost, the hotel's claim of being proficient in multiple languages, including English, is far from accurate. During check-in, which was admittedly swift, the staff barely spoke English and failed to provide adequate explanations or assistance. This set the tone for a frustrating stay.
Upon entering our room, we were greeted with a disappointing sight. The room was dirty, with an unclean toilet with hair on it, streaked mirrors, grimy windows, dusty tables and lamps, and a floor that appeared to have been neglected for far too long. Housekeeping was equally disappointing, as their services barely scratched the surface. Even during turndown service, they merely made the bed and neglected other essential cleaning tasks.
Adding to the frustration, there was no "do not disturb" sign available for the door, leading to housekeeping incessantly knocking at inconvenient times.
In terms of room quality, cracks and humidity in the ceiling, along with peeling paint on the door and broken tiles gave us the impression of a neglected property. Considering that this hotel is relatively new, it's alarming to witness the apparent need for significant maintenance. A pity because the place has a huge potential with the design and the beautiful landscape.
our room had direct access to the pool but left much to be desired. It was evident that the pool needed better cleaning, there was debris floating, stained tiles and mold in the corners an overall unappealing appearance. This lack of maintenance was a recurring theme throughout the property.
The noise levels in the rooms were incredibly high, with little soundproofing to speak of. Conversations from neighboring rooms and the constant clatter of housekeeping trolleys were a constant disruption.
It's important to note that we have great understanding and patience when it comes to families traveling with children. However, we were genuinely surprised by the hotel's arrangement during our stay. We found ourselves sandwiched between two rooms with lively and energetic children. While we certainly don't mind the joyful sounds of kids enjoying their time, we felt that the lack of attention to detail in room placement was somewhat irresponsible. We believe that a more considerate approach to room allocation, which takes into account the comfort and expectations of all guest was missed
This topic was brought to the manager's attention after she approached us to ask how our stay was and although she agreed with us, nothing was done about it.
The disappointing hygiene standards extended to the restaurant, with dirty cutlery, stained tablecloths, and a general lack of cleanliness throughout the public areas.
The quality of food served at the hotel could, at best, be described as 2-star. It was far from the standard one would expect from a place claiming to be a 4 star resort. At Breakfast a 25-minute wait for a simple coffee. The inefficiency of service was blatant and only one waiter spoke English which made it even more frustrating with a few misunderstandings in the orders. Uniforms for staff were either absent or in a deplorable state, which further reflected the lack of attention to detail.
The only highlight of the stay was Hamza. His exceptional hospitality was great and he was very helpful.
In summary, my stay at the Feniks Hotel in okurcalar was marred by poor cleanliness, subpar service, language barriers, and a general lack of maintenance. It falls far short of the standards one would expect from a hotel, even a budget one. Unless significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Had an amazing week's stay. Staff were super friendly and lovely. All amenities were kept super clean and maintained daily. Family of cats were very welcome dinning guests. Food cooked to order and good quality. Not your normal all inclusive.

We wanted to thank the great team at Feniks hotel for making out stay absolutely wonderful.
We stayed for 5nights and had the most relaxing experience.
All the staff working at the hotel were always eager to help and nothing ever seemed too much for them. Yes, as other reviews pointed out not everyone's English was amazing but we always managed to work things out and even learned a few turkish words along!
The menu is very extensive so we never run out of things to try and the cocktails were lovely. Sometimes the wait times for the food were a bit long but you could always see they were busy and staff were doing their best to serve everyone as quickly as they could.The beautiful sea view from the restaurant was something that we forward to at every meal time.
The rooms have an amazing air conditioning system that kept us cool during the heat and main pool was very well maintained and cleaned every night right in front of our eyes. The same with the rest of the hotel territory. Of course things get broken or go wrong but there was always someone out there fixing things up and we saw gardeners doing amazing job despite the heat.
Wi-Fi seemed to cover the whole territory so even when we went down to the beach we still had great connection. The sea was stunning and warm and so so clean.
Definitely a holiday we will remember 🙂

Hier heb ik dus ervaren wat tot rust komen inhoud, wat mij nog ook zo erg opviel was het service geven van het menu’s. Het eten werd pas voorbereid op het moment dat ik bestelde, het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, me kamers werden dagelijks schoon gemaakt. als je van plan bent om tot rust te komen, neem het van me aan om hier te komen want ben zelf een persoon die heel vaak bij alle soort hotels bent geweest, maar deze mensen zijn pas begonnen en ze doen het nu al perfect! petje af voor deze Team van Feniks hotel :)

We booked this hotel for the last day of our holidays in Turkey. The hotel is amazing, just opened a couple of weeks ago (August 2022). The territory is very well maintained, there is a large swimming pool and a pier with a sandy-stone beach. We were also offered a private transfer to the city beach, but we preferred to stay at the hotel as we already been in Avsallar.
The hotel has an original design, here you can take a lot of beautiful photos for social networks. We booked a suite with a sea view (room 201). The room had its own small pool and a very interesting round bed.
I also really liked the restaurant - it's not an "All Inclusive" buffet like in other hotels, but a restaurant - there is a menu and orders are taken by waiters.
Overall, this hotel is suitable for couples and we had a very good experience.

I'm writing while I'm waiting for my breakfast at the hotel 😊 In one word, it's perfect, it's spotlessly clean. The rooms open directly to the pool, but there's also a big pool by the sea, the pier by the sea is wonderful, the sea is clean. We spent two days like a dream with my wife, it's a place to live in love🥰 alagart restaurant menu, they make and bring whatever you want from the menu, there is no such disgrace as an open menu. The staff is very friendly, very interested, don't worry, it was very nice to be in a nice boutique hotel, we are leaving very satisfied.

We stayed for 6 days for a honeymoon holiday, really nice rooms, clean spacious, cleaned once a day, linens are changed, the food is legendary, the open buffet is very nice, thank you for everything
