I liked it really much. I made new friends and I liked animators very much too! Everyone was kind and helping. The service was good and I enjoyed my vacation so so much! I really liked animator Erkingul. She is very funny and kind. Thank you for this wonderful experience ❤️

Hello,
I have visited with my family this hotel in September 2023 (from 4 to 11 September) and this was my second visit in Turkey.
There are a lot of things to be said about the hotel and will try to summarize them all.
First of all, we have traveled with https://www.tez-tour.ro agency.
The reservation process, flow of information and communication with the agency was flowless. We did not have to worry about anything regarding dates, documentation or other questions.
Regarding the hotel there are a lot of things to say and not so many being good.
PRO: The water was super great.
CONS:
-the beach umbrellas were just for show..no actual shadow
-amenities stated in the presentation were partially missing or working one hour per day. Baby pool was not working, The A-La-Carte Restaurant was closed because "they had issue", The ice cream was working from 14.30 to 15.30 (when everybody was sleeping), the intermediate pool with slides was working from 10 to 12 ...again with no place to hide from the sun.
-on 3rd floor the cleaning lady came only once to clean the room, and that is when we found her near our room. otherwise, nobody came to change towels, to provide with shampoo or anything else....not pleasant.
The most irritating thing was that 90% of the staff did not speak english..but they did speak a lot of russian. So most of the time we had to play sharades with them.
The food was not great but also not terrible. during 7 days i had a lot of opportunities to eat the same dish every time :)
This hotel is not even close to a 5* hotel as being described. This should be a 3*+ hotel.

negative review of the hotel.. everything is really dirty.. all food is same every day, for sure this food is not europenian people.. all glases and plates is dirty.. after few days we have poisoning and diarrhea.. room cleaners almost not cleaning the room, just making floor wet and all dirty stay in angles... Alcohol is completely for junkies.after alcohol we have headache.. till the city 40 km its ok no problem if to use taxi but public transport always price is different and no any time planing for busses.. more than half personal is not tolking english.. internet is for extra pay and only 1 device can be connected..

From where to start I don’t know. I will say a good thing food is good, but don’t try anything milk based. About the service first thing first without leaving a tip they will not do for you ANYTHING. I really don’t see those good points what people talk here. Lie lie lie and one more time lie. Let’s talk about service be ready to client the room your self, towels need to bring with you as well. They give you 2 foot towels and as well one face towel. Service in bars they don’t care your a kid or adult want some alcohol take it . From drinks standard cola fanta sprite mineral water, alcohol 3 tipes and as well when the barmen will want you do some cocktails. Juice from a machine sugar and flavour not possible to drink for me. Travelling with kids ? Again pay money that they will play with your kids animators or hiding under the sun or pretending that they are doing something but for sure not playing with kids , one blond girl maybe will play with kids ( i saw her the most ) . Internet is not free at all how they clame 2 $€ per day. I honestly will not recommend to come to this hotel even for 3 days. There is much better hotels for 10 $ more but much much better where ? Next door hotel for example

Free Wifi is only at the receptionist. The most worst one. If you want a better one you have to pay. 1 day 2€\$. The food is amazing and everywhere. The room was ok, but the door to the bathroom was creaking horribly, the noise was ear piercing. Had to call to fix it. On the -1 floor are 2 shops, one with clothes and bags, the other one with spices, accessories, suns cream. The pool is meh. 3 slides, a snack bar(with food, alcohol etc). Overall for next visit to Turkey (this was our first one here) i would choose a better hotel with wifi, and with better rooms. Even though its a 5star, for me its a 3star. Its 21 century :) and even though we are on vacation we still have work we could do online. War of sunbeds. Not enough of them and umbrellas. Going at 9 after breakfast each one was already taken.
Being bilingual helped to communicate. Some speak better russian or english. But some do not. They could barely form a sentence in english. Number one language in the universe is ENGLISH. If you work in a hotel you should now it and have at least B1 lvl.
For a reference choose the next hotel to us. Kirman Sidera Luxury & Spa. That has internet even reachable on the beach and in rooms. TAKE WITH YOURSELF SPEACIAL BOOTS FOR THE SEA!!! Its very rocky and if a middle aged/old person would fall you would have to call for 2 people to help stand up. We barely stood up :(( Overall don’t recommend.
I miss my 3+ star Egypt hotel😭 the wifi at the receptionist was good, the hotel was in the centre and you had to walk 500m to the sea(not a problem) the food was great too🥹other things meh dont care. It was a great trip.

The hotel lobby is fine, the receptionist we had was spectacular and gave a very good first impression on the hotel, the activities lack for adults as its mostly for children and they don’t have much for adults other than a disco thats once in a while. The deserts in the buffet lack a lot as its mostly only cakes and occasionally a few Turkish desert selection, they should switch it up and put different types of deserts everyday other than cakes. Other than that the buffet grills are fantastic, the problem which the hotel may have is the staff are impatient with pouring soft drinks and usually only give you half a cup due to the foam thus makes it inconvenient and making you have to go there multiple times for a refill. The rooms do the job just fine, they do need to improve on the pillows tho as they make you feel like you sink into tue bed but the mattress is great. They should add electronic safes in the rooms as the current ones use keys and seem very old. They should include bath robes with every room as it was a hassle in trying to get one when we needed it and had to go through a lot of talking. The lifts have a mind of their own and as soon as you are about to reach your floor and someone enters and presses the floor above it goes to that floor instead of the floor that was already first in queue to go to which is annoying. Other than that the hotel is fine, it will be better if they try and implement the things I listed in this review.

We went to Turkey for the first time and had a great time in Holiday Garden. Staff is polite and friendly, quite helpful if you need something. Our room was cleaned regularly,air conditioning worked well as long as we needed it,so it's quite comfortable.
Food was delicious, a great variety of dishes. The only thing is,probably, fruits are all the same,not a big variety,but everything else was brilliant. We weren't hungry at all. Some people say about lines there, I must admit, there are lines,but they are not as terrible. If you go in summer,it's a vacation season,consequently there are many people,but staff is doing their best and solve everything quite fast,so I wouldn't say that lines were the problem for us (especially for a 3-year-old kid).
Our child enjoyed the holiday there very much. The area was cleaned regularly as well.
You easily can come to an understanding with people using either English or Russian ( Russian they usually know better).
So,we are quite happy with our choice this summer!

It's one of the worst hotels in Turkey. Wr came in 2021 for honeymoon. No extras. Internet is NOT FREE c'mon we're living in 21st century! Most of the facilities were closed. The food is terrible. They must hire some good chiefs. If you want to weigh your luggage they can give you the weight but you have to pay for it. SCANDALS! Their one and only excuse for everything is "because of the pandemic" one and only good thing about this hotel is the staff. They are good and helpful. Especially lobby bar, pool bar staff and the night director of the hotel.

The hotel for this money is perfect for family. the fod is super .. the see is near and you have a beautiful pool. The personal is nice and the cleaning service in roms are perfect. Loby bar there is a worker name Ibrahim he is weery nice and helpful when you ask him hi will all explayn to you.. after all a nice place to relax ..
