Crystal Sunset Luxury Resort & Spa-All Inclusive

I would like to mention that everything was wonderful. since it’s November the hotel is a bit quiet, but it doesn’t feel lacking at all. We really liked the variety of food and the aqua park. because weather was a bit cool, we didn’t feel like going to the sea. There is a shuttle service for guests who want to go. I would like to thank the guest relations team for staying in touch and for all their help. I can’t remember her name, but the lady with glasses was especially kind and helpful. she did everything she could to help us find our lost luggage, and thanks to her efforts it was recovered. I really appreciate her help. I will definitely choose this hotel again next year.

We are currently staying at Crystal Hotel, and we are absolutely loving every moment! From the moment we arrived, everything has been perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and very welcoming.

The food is amazing — always fresh, varied, and available whenever we’re hungry 🍽️. The water slides are a blast for both kids and adults, providing endless fun throughout the day 💦.

Our room is spacious, cozy, and very comfortable 🛏️, making it easy to relax after a long day of activities. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to make our stay even better 😊.

The location couldn’t be more convenient — just a short walk to the beach and the local shopping area 🏖️🛍️, which makes exploring the surroundings so easy.

We are thoroughly enjoying our stay and can’t recommend this hotel enough ❤️. It truly feels like a little paradise, and we can’t wait to make more wonderful memories here!

Fabulous hotel, highly recommended! Delicious food, really excellent and huge buffet and great smaller more casual restaurant by the pool. Rooms spacious and super clean, very nice cleaners. We had a wonderful view overlooking the gigantic swimming pool and slides.

Make sure you see the shows in the evening, they were stunning! We were blown away by the Glitter and Glamour show, which was amazing dancing Broadway style, really fabulous and the Ulaan Baatar Show with stunts that far surpassed what we ever saw in Cirque du Soleil, really sensational.

One review said there was yoga, but when we visited there was no yoga, but they have a good gym, ping pong etc with the fabulous waterslides enough to keep you in shape. The spa was also wonderful and we had a very good massage there, definitely worth trying!

We had never heard of historic Side, but it was gorgeous. Only 10 min from the hotel by taxi, do not miss it, go early to avoid crowds! The whole week was fantastic! Fabulous experience, highly recommended, definitely great place to stay for a very relaxing week!

We were after a fun family holiday, in a comfortable, and better than standard hotel - and that’s what we got. Would we come again, yes, would we recommend it to others, absolutely, was it 5 star, no, but ultimately we had a great time at the resort - and in one of its excursions - the Green Cannon Jeep/Boat/water fall trip. Some positives: The pool was plenty big enough that even at its busiest, there was still enough room for this family of five to play in, with our floats and the floats of others. The room was generally clean, tidy, and set up well to accommodate us together. Any concern we had (like our mini bar not being restocked while we were gone for the day - it was promised as a daily restock or like a light switch not being fitted on our arrival) was addressed very quickly when we bought it to the attention of staff. The excursion Jeep/Boat/Water fall seeing, was fun, the Jeep ride element was a Jeep v Jeep on road water fight, and the kids loved it. The resort took card, euro and lira - you can buy floats for the pool there and we did not feel they were overly priced. The mango ice cream, blueberry ice cream, and salt caramel ice cream, was delicious!!! My daughter also looooved the chocolate waffles. Some negatives: Smoking everywhere outside, this includes around the pool, and under the seat canopy of the pool, and the outside restaurant areas, this was vapes and cigarettes, and it was constant, it was at the outside bars too, and on the balcony’s, once me and my partner were on our balcony until next door came out and smoked out our vibe - you do you but as non smokers, this was frustrating - it felt like how the UK was in the 80’s/90’s. If you’re a vegetarian like me good luck, if you are a vegan, this might not be the one, there was a HUGE lack of veggie/vegan options at any of the A La Carte restaurants- some had no options at all. At the main hall breakfast was the best time to be veggie, but at lunch and dinner I was served some food via a gloved hand that had just touched meat, it was difficult to navigate, made more difficult due to language barriers, which is on me too. Service at some of the A La Carte places was really poor, the Mediterranean place I am looking at you mostly, the food was enjoyed once out, but the first time there we got our mains an hour in and then our starter after, and the second time there two of us got our mains, then three got our starter - thhhen we got our drinks, then the last of us got our main, after they tried to give it to three other tables, oh and the drinks were wrong - and the next table over were having the same issue. The excision Jeep/Boat/Waterfall seeing was an extra cost that we paid for with our guide, that had additional costs then on the trip - water guns and balaclavas, and access to the tourist waterfall spot, which was not explained too us when buying the trip. Also the lunch provided for on the trip and advertised as chips and salad, and meats, was a butter pasta, colesla

We had a wonderful family vacation at Crystal Sunset. The kids loved playing at the water park and kids’ club, while we enjoyed relaxing at the spa and the wide variety of buffet options. The staff were friendly and attentive, and all the facilities—from the gym to the beach shuttle—were complete. highly recommended for a family holiday!
