The location is perfect, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful especially Recep. He gave us directions and advised us on good places to visit and also helped us alot.

Great hotel, with a great location, and great service.
Breakfast was amazing, diverse and tasty. Service great, staff very friendly. Free parking for the car! 2 minutes walking to the very center of the city - meydan park. Rooms clean, with nice design. Will visit again for 100%.

very modern hotel and clean also the staff are amazing and the food deleicious ... there is a starbucks in the lobby and the locaaaation is just perfect 👌🏽 ... reception staff are very friendly and helpful specially mazen he speak good english which make it easy to be understood. overall great experince i recommand & kinda suprise its not a 4 star hotel even tho the quality look like it.

Rooms with peeling wall that's mouldy. Air-conditioning not working and so room are kinda stuffy, luckily there's window.
Smell of cigarette smoking everywhere. Almost everyone here is smoking and don't care for others that don't.
Bring your own toiletries as it comes with minimal stuff.
Location is good but the traffic at this place is chaotic. Google map don't work that well.

As a location is perfect .
The wifi service is very bad ,
Room need to be remodeled,
Mattresses also need to be replaced due to a low quality. Create a noncomfertable sleep . Light in the bathroom is very low .

Very very Nice stay!
First of all some of the best service I have received from hotel staff. Assisting with parking and luggage (not giving you the awkward stare waiting for a tip) although we did tip. Nice Starbucks cafe in the lobby. Very close to everything. Breakfast was decent, some of the better breakfast services we've had in Turkey. No coffee though, I am assuming this is because there is a Starbucks in the lobby.
Rooms are very nice, spacious. Although fixtures ect have some issues. Shower overflows, swelling of doors from water. Very decent TV, we were actually able to set up a Netflix night for this stay!
For Trabzon, this place is highly recommended. Very good price.

Superbly located hotel in the tourist centre of Trabzon. I didn't arrive until almost midnight but they'd answered my online query earlier in the day confirming receipt of my online reservation and were expecting me on arrival and the night concierge couldn't have been nicer.
The rooms are recently renovated and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi is good, if not particularly fast.
Breakfast is available from 0800 and had a nice selection of self-service food without trying to do too much.
For the price, facilities and location it's a good 4.5/5
