We spent 4 nights in the Konak. The reservation was misleading at the beginning, we started off in the extended accommodation part which was really unpleasant..But they moved us to the suite the next day..which was perfect.. Ottoman style, very comfortable. Staff were lovely. Very accommodating and keen to please.

We stayed for 4 days and honestly, they were some of the best days ever. The place was amazing in every way cozy, clean, and had a beautiful vibe. The staff were super nice and respectful, especially Haider and Ahmed. They’re young but full of energy and kindness, and we just loved how they treated us. Since we’re Arabs, it was also really nice to be welcomed by a sweet Iraqi girl at the reception, she made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay, from the stunning view to the delicious food, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Mr.Yığıt, the night shift staff, was incredibly kind and helpful! We had an issue with the AC leaking onto the bed, and he immediately changed the sheets and did his best to help us, even though it was late. His colleague Mr.Ahmet was also very supportive and kind. We truly thank them from the heart — their presence made a big difference in our hotel experience. 💛

This stunning location is a perfect retreat! I'd love to unwind and spend my time relaxing in this beautiful city and gorgeous hotel. The serene atmosphere and impeccable cleanliness make it an ideal spot to de-stress. Exploring the surrounding area and taking in the sights would make my stay truly unforgettable – a memory that would last a lifetime!

The room was clean and had good facilities. The location of the hotel was very good. The surrounding streets were beautiful and very suitable for walking.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, sea and city view really nice from terrace. We face some problem like, tv was not working, they did not provided kettle but we ignored. Price is bit higher than 4 or 5 star hotels.

One of the worst experiences ever! The rooms are not clean the staff are very rude and it is an unsafe place, they left the doors to our rooms open without our consent

Very very rude staff. We did not feel safe, our rooms were opened without our consent. Rooms are very dirty. There are also many safety concerns in the rooms ( water heater is in the room beside the bed?)
