The rooms were dirty and dusty
There were ants everywhere
When you request room service they dont clean they just take out the trash
They dont change the bed sheets
Most of the staff dont speak any English it was hard to explain to them what we needed
I requested an extra pillow they told me to open the cabinet and take one
The bathroom drainage was blocked
The reception was full of cigarette smoke so it was suffocating
The breakfast was limited and the bread was stale and hard
Dogs were barking all night and in the early morning too so it was noisy but not the hotels fault

Our room had a nice sea view but the seashore was full of litter. The hotel does not bother to clean up the shore for the sake of the view at least.
Only thing I could find to eat for breakfast was a boiled egg. Would have been better if there had been no breakfast at all rather than what they offer.
The pillows in the baby bed were dirty with huge yellow stains. Disgusting.

Location so far from the centre and from attractions. Rooms small. Could not sleep because of the dogs barking all night. Male receptionist's attitude unfriendly and unwelcoming.

The hotel is in very quite place with medium Garage and rooms with sea view
Has his own private beach
The reception Guy Fatih as i think very polite and helpful and smiling.. He did his best in contact with his manager to solve my problem in the room

Nice hotel, needs more attention and upgrade. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Has a very nice beach accessed directly from hotel. Good one for short stay in Trabzon.
