From the moment we arrived at the Lenox for the Boston Marathon the staff and facility were over the top amazing. So many happy and energetic people working. Every need was met and every ask was immediately accommodated.
We ate at Solis’s one night and it was packed but we still had amazing service and the food was great.
The party they threw for the runners was so cool. Over the top amazing. Cannot recommend this hotel more. 10/10

We had a memorable stay and the staff made it extra special. Melissa and Yunona were great at anticipating our needs. The front desk folks were welcoming and friendly. We were very lucky to have a large corner room. Great towels!! Thanks!!

The Lenox is conveniently located in Bay Back close to shops, restaurants, Boston Common, and the Boston Marathon finish line.
Built in 1900, the Lenox still has a lot of historic details, like a functioning Cutler Mail chute. The chandeliers and ornate detail in the lobby are hallmarks of Victorian interior design. Some notable celebrities have stayed here, like Judy Garland.
My room was huge, comfortable, and well appointed.. It had a walk-in closet with ample hangers, mini fridge, safe and an umbrella which came in handy. The bathroom was a bit dated but it was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely stay at The Lenox again.

My recent stay at The Lenox Hotel in Boston was nothing short of amazing. The service was top-notch with friendly receptionists who made check-in a breeze. The concierge went above and beyond, thoughtfully arranging wine and snacks in my room, which was a delightful surprise. The hotel itself is a true landmark, boasting beautiful design and architecture. Located in what I consider the best spot in Boston, it's convenient and central. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Boston, as I will definitely be returning to The Lenox Hotel. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay they really take care of this building. it doesn't smell like vacuum stored dust, the staff is nice. the location is good. it has a lot of character. my from was probably one of the better times I've stayed in on a pre negotiated conference. I had some chocolates and a bottle of wine waiting for me too.

Great place to stay with some good eating choices. The lobby was nice although it smelled like they dumped 100 bottles of perfume in it. It was great though.

This is a gorgeous hotel with handsomely appointed rooms located in the heart of the Back Bay neighborhood. It's located close to Boston's best attractions and mere steps from the Back Bay Amtrak rail station and Copley Square Green Line trains. A very reasonably priced accommodation, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in downtown Boston.

Beautiful and cozy hotel in a great location- easy walking and subway access to shops/food/attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful- always greeting you with a “welcome back!” One of my favorite parts was the complimentary coffee & tea in the mornings and hot chocolate with giant marshmallows in the afternoons. There’s filtered water and ice stations on every floor which is something you don’t find in most hotels. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Boston!

Beautiful old style charm! Great location and friendly staff. Solas bar was excellent. The hotel itself smelled delightful. The food served at our event was amazing!

Justin and Peter are the friendliest bellman ever! They walked to get us hot chocolate and hooked us up with free drinks. This hotel is amazing! Beautiful. Hands down the best place to stay in Boston Back Bay area. Felt safe and the people are so friendly. Will definitely come back again.
