Boston Marriott Long Wharf

Overall a great experience each time I go. As a Marriott Bonvoy Silver Elite member, my check in and out process is easy. The reception staff are always nice and accommodating. I appreciate the in wall water filter system too. The in hotel Starbucks is fantastic and the gym has just the right mix of equipment for a meaningful workout. My stays are typically 2-3 days max and filled with active days so there are elements of the hotel that I’ve not taken advantage of, but what I have experienced is fantastic. Long Wharf is my hotel of choice every time I am in Boston.

We just spent 5 days at this exceptional hotel. I called and emailed previous to our arrival because we had a large vehicle that we needed to park. They assured me they would take care of it out front with the valet and they did just what they said they would. While emailing with the manager I asked about availability of any upgrades. We were able to get the luxury waterfront suite with a private balcony. Since we were traveling to celebrate our 25th anniversary we decided to do the upgrade. It is the best hotel room we have ever been in and I highly recommend the splurge! The location of the hotel cannot be surpassed. It was a great stay and we look forward to returning.

We recently stayed at the Marriott Long Wharf in Boston, and I must say, the hotel itself is beautifully designed and perfectly located along the waterfront. However, what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional hospitality provided by Jeffrey at the front desk. As frequent travelers who regularly stay at upscale hotels like the Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton, we can confidently say that Jeffrey's service easily surpassed the hospitality we've experienced at most five-star resorts. His friendly demeanor and attentive service made our check-in process seamless and enjoyable. We left feeling valued and appreciated, thanks to Jeffrey's outstanding care. I highly recommend this hotel for both its stunning ambiance and remarkable service!

The location of this hotel is perfect. Close to everything. You can walk to restaurants, museums and harbor tours. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Just a little noisy, especially around the elevators. The food at the Waterline Restaurant is very good. Felipe is a great server and Meaghan the bartender is delightful.

I can’t complain about this place. It’s in an excellent location, with convenient exchange services, clean and spacious rooms, and stunning views of both the water and the city. The pool is classy and a fun spot for photos. The workout room is well-sized and well-equipped. Additionally, the lobby bar offers great service and delicious drinks.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms. The hotel is centrally located to all attractions, in an excellent location.

It was nice to meet us again! Everything was as perfect as possible, everything! Room service promptly delivered hot hot, cold cold! just a lot. The Lobster Roll dinner was amazing. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner! Housekeeping excellent and rooms spotless!! Feel free to come back or stay. Jack Bellman's check-in process has never been smoother! Thanks to everyone, especially Jeffrey at the front desk, he was very polite and went out of his way to welcome us during our stay and make sure everything was to our satisfaction during our stay! This is one of my favorite Marriotts. You are treated very well and you will never be dissatisfied. The pool and gym are fully open and very clean! Great vacation!! I can't wait to come back😊.

The Long Wharf Marriott is perfectly located for seeing the sights of Boston. The hop on/hop off trolley tours pick up nearby; the aquarium is a couple of piers down; several restaurants and historical sites/tourist attractions are within a short walk; many rooms have a lovely view of the Harbor. Best bet for actually getting a room is to plan far (far) in advance or use Marriott points. Also, bring earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones. This hotel hosts numerous events; that, combined with its central location, can make for a very noisy experience with little sleep.

Boston Marriott Long Wharf hotel is amazing. My brother got married there this weekend July 17th 2021 and The Wedding Planner did an amazing job on his wedding. The valet parking customer service agents there we're fantastic. As soon as we got into our rooms the gentleman was knocking at the door with our bag they're very very quick and very efficient. The hotel staff are amazing, the housekeeping staff fantastic I recommend staying at this hotel one of my favorite places to stay thank you for a great visit and making me feel very welcome
