This hotel was in a great location and we were within walking distance to the wharf and Faneuil Hall. There were many dining options nearby. The hotel room and bathroom were small, but that's expected in Boston.

One of the oldest hotel in downtown Boston. The room was extremely small with a non-elongated and tiny toilet. If you are sitting on the toilet then you won’t be able to open or close the door. The bathroom had no vanity, only a pedestal sink. The A/C was located only a foot away from the bed and could be heard. There was no place to put makeup. The only positive aspect was the great location. The customer service was decent.

Excellent customer service, and prime location, very accessible. Rooms are small, including the bathroom and the bulky furniture doesn’t help with spacing. But they’re COZY. Shower was amazing. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers and couples. Quiet nights and they have a nice fitness area. Restaurant & Starbucks in on-site.

Wonderfully warm and inviting hotel. Great location in the center of Boston within walking distance to everything. The staff was so amazing, especially Richard at the front desk. The room was immaculate and the bed super comfy. We've stayed in ultra-modern hotels around Boston and they just didn't feel the same, we felt like just another number. We truly felt at home at the Omni Parker House.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel after reading some other reviews. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. We got in at 3 AM and there was someone there waiting to check us in.
The location is top notch, and even though it's right in the heart there was not much road noise that you could hear above the air conditioner.
The bathroom was small so if you spend a lot of time getting ready or in the bathroom it might be a little difficult. But they are good otherwise. The bed was very comfortable.
When we come back to Boston we will stay here again.

Very historical location, and you can see that in the stunning decor. There was no real view from the room I got. The rooms are well equipped, with a hair dryer, a large safe, coffee maker, iron, and ironing board. No fridge or microwave, however. The staff was nice and friendly, however when I tried calling the front desk, no one answered. It's still a very good hotel in a great location. Only wish it used some of the more modern tech that Marriot and Hyatt have wherein you can use an app to communicate with the front desk for room service, etc. They have an in-house restaurant, coffee shop, and bar and even give you a coupon for a beer, wine, or coffee at the in-house facilities.

We were welcomed enthusiastically by the lovely Elisabeth at the reception desk. We had a late bite at the Last Hurray bar and restaurant, which had a nice selection of food and we were served by a very friendly lady. We liked the central location of the hotel, relatively quiet during the night. They provide a soap bar, shampoo and conditioner, plus cotton balls. There is also a hair dryer present and a flat iron. When I asked for a shower cap they came to my rescue quickly and brought it up to the room. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable.

Wonderful hotel! Check in was speedy, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. We ate at the pub in the restaurant, and were pleasantly surprised by the food. Their Boston Cream Pie is a must. The room was clean with a beautiful view of Boston. The fitness center looked modern and nice. There was a cute little area in the basement that explained the history of the museum. The old fashioned ballrooms upstairs are fun to explore with children. The concierge was friendly and honest, giving us local tips about the area and introducing us to a wonderful breakfast cafe (Ziggy's). A cute little gift shop attached to the lobby was wonderful for bringing home souvenirs. The best thing about this hotel was definitely the location! We were able to walk to nearly everywhere that we wanted to go! Located right on the Freedom Trail, it is close to many historical landmarks. A walkable distance from the train station, there are many nearby shopping and dining options. It is also a few minutes away from the Boston Public Gardens and the Boston Common. Overall, I highly recommend here for anybody looking to have a memorable trip to Boston!

It is historic and it's old.. And it shows. It's a lovely old hotel that needs some love. We stayed in the Parker suite and it was lacking. There were no design elements in the room or any of the public spaces. It seemed shabby.. Even both of the bars.
