An absolute gem! After a tiring flight, I was so grateful for the early check-in so my family could get some much needed rest. The room was very comfortable and had useful items to keep clean - it even had a disinfectant box for mobile phones and such... Excellent service from start to finish!

Well, it was pretty cool. Easy online check-in/check-out. Comfortable room. Nice bar. Very good food and service. Access to garage via elevator in lobby. Everything on folio is neat. Excellent location.

Amazing experience. I stayed with my family and we love it. The check in process was smooth. Very friendly staff. The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and had a very nice view. The indoor pool is amazing with a glass ceiling and a view of the city and there is a nice sitting area in the courtyard. The hotel is located near good restaurants like Pink Taco. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is a good bargain for a quiet, high quality hotel. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and the atmosphere was elegant with a huge display of fresh flowers in the lobby. The area is very walkable. The only drawback was that it was not particularly convenient to the T.

We stayed here in the run up to the Boston Marathon over five nights. The hotel staff were amazing. Polite, courteous and professional. We really enjoyed staying here - the location is right on the harbour side and close to restaurants, transport hubs and the airport.

Clean, new rooms. Convenient location. Walkable safe area. Comfortable mattress. Would highly recommend! We even tried the brunch buffet downstairs and while it was a little pricey it was great! We can't wait to go back again. Easy check in and check out.

Nice rooms, ocean view is beautiful! We had a corner room and it felt very private. Concierge was amazing, took the time to show us lots of options. We did valet parking but there is an option to self park, no designated parking lot tho. There’s a breakfast buffet on the weekend with lots of options: gluten free, vegetarian, vegan. The dinner restaurant leaves a bit to be desired. Good was fine but there are so many great restaurants in the area, just don’t bother getting dinner here. Drinks are fine too but honestly not worth it, way better bars in the area. The location is great for walking around the seaport.

I stayed here for work for a few nights. I was in town most of the day, but traveling to and from the hotel was easy enough. The convenience of having a restaurant and cafe in the hotel was a huge help. The service was beyond what I expected, including staff at the door to help you with any luggage when you arrive or leave. The hotel was beautifully decorated with lots of fresh flowers, and the view of the seaport was wonderful.

We had a great experience here. They had wonderful kid programming like crafts, slime labs and games. Joe from the pool made my kids week and Gigi at reception was lovely. Convenient location and great amenities.

Amenities are average, no toothbrush etc provided. Coffee machine is not working.
