What an unpleasant experience. I booked an upgraded room.
So it wasn't like I was bottom feeding on a cheap rate. Place was super expensive. But on top of that -- here's what really sealed the 1 star review. First, there's an extra $40 "resort" charge that they apply. Hate that. Second, the room was horribly laid out. Big room, but no desk or anywhere to even take a phone call. Third, bed was uncomfortable. Fourth, a cup of black coffee was $7 (good thing I had that $15 credit for the mandatory resort fee /sarcasm). I guess Hilton has just hit rock bottom for business travel post pandemic.

Hotel is fine, but dated. Room was comfortable, but bathroom was awkward (no light switch inside bathroom??). Location great. WORST FOOD EVER!! I had the misfortune of eating breakfast there this morning. Waitstaff couldn't be less concerned about how I like my meal (it was inedible!). Spent $80 on food I couldn't eat. DON'T order the Eggs Benedict - the Hollandaise is horrible and the Canadian bacon tasted off. Only thing good on the plate were the potatoes! Won't do THAT again!!

Very unfriendly and unaccommodating staff. It took us 45 minute and arguing with two managers to change our room. One manager just left in the middle of my sentence. The heater in our room did not work. We had to call the engineer twice and it still did not work properly. The room was cleaned but the trash bin was not emptied and old food in the trash was left in the room. The hotel would not accommodate a late check out. Will not go there again.

I was here for a conference so I must admit the space was lovely and it's location was nice. But what was spent on appearance unfortunately couldn't make up for the variety of problems I experienced. The room was modest but noticeably worn. Incredibly noisier than expected and the mattress wreaked havoc on my back. The bathroom was small - almost too small. Lastly, I had to purchase a charger at the gift shop for 37 dollars (avg. Retail approximately 17-18?) And shame on me I left it in my room before check out. The guest relations staff member called security, gave my name and number and then told me they'll call me. Nothing was written down, and I received no actual confirmation that the item would actually be looked for. I felt totally insignificant and frustrated. You dont want your guests feeling like a burden. Essentially, my charger was long gone just a few hours after check out and I'm not sure who this mysterious security officer was on the phone, but I am almost certain I will never see that overpriced charger again.
All in all a nice location, okay staff, but not impressed given this is a four star hotel at four star prices.

We stayed here for the Marathon. I honestly would like to give this place a low review just because of the awful smell of air fresheners pumped into all the common areas. I have asthma and am very sensitive to smells and suffered. However, the place is nice enough for a good review.
We stayed in a Wicked Small Room which we didn’t mind as I like small cozy spaces. The bathroom is super small, if you’re a bit on the larger size, you won’t fit in the shower or be able to walk past the bed to other side very well. The bed is VERY comfortable, I slept better here than my own bed.
The staff was very nice and helpful. We can’t say anything negative at the service. The food was pretty good, expensive but it’s always overpriced at hotels. There are plenty of other options if you so choose.
They don’t have microwaves or small refrigerators (a small one is given upon request). This didn’t bother us, we brought a small cooler for our cold drinks.
All in all it was a good stay.

+ Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a "swanky" atmosphere while still being comfortable - no dirty looks for wearing jeans and a hoodie, for example.
