So it wasn't like I was bottom feeding on a cheap rate. Place was super expensive. But on top of that -- here's what really sealed the 1 star review. First, there's an extra $40 "resort" charge that they apply. Hate that. Second, the room was horribly laid out. Big room, but no desk or anywhere to even take a phone call. Third, bed was uncomfortable. Fourth, a cup of black coffee was $7 (good thing I had that $15 credit for the mandatory resort fee /sarcasm). I guess Hilton has just hit rock bottom for business travel post pandemic.
