Incredible experience. I was here for a conference and the staff at the restaurant to event staff and valet were all so kind, accommodating and attentive. The property is absolutely stunning and I had some of the best food of my life here. Looking forward to coming back.

The design is warm and calming, with natural materials that make the whole place feel like a retreat. Service is top-notch, the views are incredible, and every detail feels thoughtfully curated. It’s luxury without the noise—except on Friday and Saturday if your room faces Sunset Boulevard.

My weekend getaway at The 1 Hotel was pure relaxation! From the front desk to valet and the spa team, the customer service was top-notch—everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The spa was incredible, the rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and cozy, and the lobby bar had such a fun vibe with a great DJ in the evenings. It was the perfect escape, and we can’t wait to be back for more poolside lounging this summer!

One of the most impressive hotels I’ve been to! The decor made it feel very zen. The staff was beyond amazing - I put in a service request through the app and someone was at my door in 30 seconds. The gym is well-equipped and the food on site is delicious.

Our first visit here. It’s not cheap, but you really get your money’s worth. The place is peaceful and calm (except at night, when they play music in a very high volume at the bar). We enjoyed the hotel restaurant and bar menu as well, but found the room service to be quite overpriced. Nice pool with great views, but quite small for a hotel in this size.

A beautiful hotel in the best location. Great cocktails, great food and good ambiance. Kristy who works there is truly one of a kind and really took care of us. 10/10 recommend

Such an amazing experience at a hotel whose entire ethos is based around sustainability. Wonderful staff, access to an electric car hire as needed and beautiful rooms. Thank you for everything 🙏🏼

We stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and the hotel itself is so chic and nice! Love that they have the rooftop bar, full breakfast and lunch restaurant and a hip bar in the lobby. Highly recommend and we plan to be back!
