This is a beautiful, top class luxury hotel, absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. The hotel staff is polite, informative and helpful. We were given a room with a great view on the top floor, as we requested. The room is spacious, modern, well lit and very comfortable. Five minutes after our call, everything we needed was brought to the room. The rooftop restaurant is very nice and the breakfast we had was excellent. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable experience for us at the Waldorf Beverley Hills and we look forward to our next visit.

Amazing! So glad to be back! Got this place for an amazing price at .ᴄᴏᴍ I love this hotel and am very grateful that I stayed here for less than what I usually spend. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family because this place is truly exceptional and the staff are amazing. I really had a great time here at this place because all the facilities are well maintained and the amenities in the room are full. Plus, the food here is the best and I'm sure I'll be back again next time. Thanks everyone! Keep it up!

Everything in the hotel from rooms to service is amazing. Although we let them know we would check in at 3pm, but room was ready at 4pm..it might be they needed time to prepare a nice treat for my kiddo’s birthday so we really appreciated it.
The bedding, bathroom, balcony, amenities, etc are beautiful and top quality. Hospitality and customer service from Director of Front office to Concierge staff are professional and top notch. Roof top area is fabulous too.
We only stayed for 1 night but will be back if we are in the area. By the way, in room complimentary espresso is delicious!

Just had an amazing stay. We are on our honeymoon and only stayed one night but they were kind enough to give us a an upgrade to a beautiful corner suite as well as sent us some complimentary chocolate covered strawberries. The views from the roof are spectacular! Between the level of service, comfort of the room, and spectacular location we couldn’t be happier with our stay.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in - beautiful rooms, perfect location and excellent staff. The rooftop restaurant is a fantastic spot for lunch in the Californian sunshine!

The tall valet guy was so helpful, and hospitality, and has wonderful customer service! He told me to check out the rooftop if I haven’t had a chance with gorgeous views and get validation for parking.
The room is well decorated and has a balcony where you can see the views of the whole city and a beautiful bathtub and shower with a separate restroom.
The rooftop is nice and the views are spectacular of the mountains. There are pools and also rooftop restaurants.

Great location close to everything, Jean Georges on-site for breakfast and dinner. The famous rooftop pools are empty most of the time in winter, which can't be better anymore for a solo traveler. Valet parking $68/night and no cheap parking lot nearby. Highly recommend the spa and salon service! Will definitely come back again~

Overall - we had a good stay. This would have been 10/10 had it not been for couple of reasons.
What went Well :
1) Check In was smooth. We were greeted well and my diamond status was acknowledged and we were offered water.
2) The room assigned to us was great. We loved it.
3) The door man, valet , cleaners everyone was great. Service and hospitality was top notch.
4) The complimentary car service for drop off around hotel came in handy. The driver was professional and we really appreciated this service. We were assigned a Rolls Royce Phantom which was really cool !
5) The food at the rooftop restaurant was awesome.
6) The hotel was beautiful and we loved it.
What could have been better :
1) The Shower experience in the bathroom. The water flow was very slow - we missed our home shower. This hotel deserves a better shower :)
