Pendry West Hollywood

My husband and I just finished our stay at Pendri and it was incredible! Very homely, trendy atmosphere and truly first class service. A big thank you to Clancy and Stephanie at the concierge desk who were so attentive to all our needs, incredibly friendly and gave us such great itineraries and recommendations for our stay! Logan and Angel at the front desk were so kind and helpful and provided excellent service. We will be recommending this hotel to all our friends!!

This place is definitely one of the highlights of Los Angeles, California. I came for lunch and it is in the middle of West Hollywood Sunset Strip. The views are beautiful. The atmosphere is perfect. The drinks and food were amazing! Absolutely fantastic customer service! Bravo to your staff. I can't wait to go back!

We love it here! The service is amazing. The rooms are very nice and stylish. The showers are clean and beautiful and the pool is perfect. Our daughter calls it a happy hotel... She got two toys as a gift.

What a fantastic and most enjoyable place to stay at. Check in was a breeze. Rooms are beautifully appointed with oversized showers and excellent water pressure. Beds are best I have slept on in my entire life... absolutely perfect! Gym is extremely well appointed by hotel standards. Very importantly all the staff I encountered were extremely polite and down to earth. Big shout out to Adrienne at concierge and Erica in management. Would like to see a Hawaiian pizza option at Ospero and a cheaper steak option and a chicken schnitzel/parmigiana option otherwise the food was excellent. Can't wait to return!

What a delightful surprise!!! Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and clean!! Great staff!! In house dinning, late night in room dinning if you need it! That was really great. The restaurants on site were perfect with great selections and the food was good, and the drinks as well. And....excellent coffee!! The roof top pool...sweet...go to Pendry and have some FUN! Thank you Pendry for the wonderful stay in your beautiful hotel. You went the extra mile with great service. 👍

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful from the minute we arrived. Carlos was very informative about LA, and also helped us with our luggage. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay at a great property. Everything is new, fresh and modern. The staff is well trained, welcoming and very prompt. At most hotels over the past few years, staffing problems have a significant and negative impact on guest experience but they are doing it right and everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. We loved our room and the iconic view of downtown LA. Food was also great both in the restaurants and room service. I was not familiar with the Pendry brand and chose it because it's part of the Preferred Hotel network. They've made a fan out of me and I will definitely be back!

The best luxury hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Angel, Clancy, Robert, Lizette and Jeff could not have been more friendly and helpful and made our stay so special. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is lovely too. We are already planning our next stay.
