The room is clean, but not big enough

The environment and scenery are invincible. The service of the staff is a bit average. The most serious thing is that my friend was ignored when the concierge department delivered the luggage. I wrote feedback to Marriott and got an apology reply, but no specific compensation

Lovely hotel however the wifi was down in my room the entire time. I had it checked and the engineer couldn’t fix it. The staff was very nice though.

The hotel is located in downtown Los Angeles. It's a little messy, but it's very convenient to go everywhere.
The room is clean and tidy. There is a gym and direct drinking water on the first floor.
There is a small swimming pool on the top floor which is great for taking pictures.
It’s less than $200 a night in the off-season, which is quite a deal and highly recommended.

An Italian-style hotel with beautifully decorated interior.
Located in the seventh block of DT, the location is very convenient, but the homeless people who can be seen everywhere at night are quite scary. It is recommended that everyone not run around at night.

1) The front desk was careless, the room number was written wrong, the door couldn't be opened and the door couldn't be opened. It didn't just happen to me, there were also tenants who opened and knocked on my door the next day.
2) The hotel is a boutique hotel with a retro style and beautiful decoration. However, there is a finger-wide gap in the bathroom glass door, and bath water will flow out, which is quite inconvenient.

The room is much bigger than expected, very spacious and comfortable. The courtyard room I booked must be more than 23 square meters, the bathroom is very large, and the layout of the hotel is also beautiful. The details of the hotel facilities feel that the maintenance is not in place, such as a lot of damage in the corners of the ground, but as a 5-star hotel, the price-performance ratio of more than 1,000 a night is too high.

This hotel is GORGEOUS! An old bank turned into a swanky modern hotel, the decor is amazing. The staff was wonderful! Only issue I had was we were put into a handicap accessible bathroom room and the shower water flooded the whole bathroom floor because I guess it was designed more for some who will sit in the shower seat and the water not travel far. But thankfully they moved us, and upgraded us to an actual suite which made the ordeal worth it. The view from the roof top pool/bar is amazing. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown so you’re close to a lot within walking distance.

This is a fantastic property! Truly boutique and a gem in the city. Every corner of public space is designed and decorated to intrigue. Upon entering you are transported to an oasis. Excellent customer service, room size, facilities etc. Worth every penny! I wish we had something like this in our home city. So sheik! Highly recommended. Walking distance from some cool bars and restaurants. The proximity to skid row is far enough that its safe and removed from any potential issues of which we had none. I could spend all day on that roof top pool. Can’t wait to visit again!
