An amazing hotel with amazing staff. Great location puts you in the middle of everything. From the hotel, you can easily head to El Pueblo, Little Tokyo, Chinatown, South Park and public transport places. The interior looks grand, and the rooms are clean. Keep up the good work, Hilton!

Stayed there Sunday-Wednesday spring break week. Our room was big and nice view. Could of done a better job cleaning though. Found a gum pack under the night stand and spider web by the vents. Our front desk experience was not all that great. I had forgotten my room key inside the room, so when we went to the front desk both agents were on the phone. When we finally got our key I tried calling the front desk because my tv was not working and they took forever to answer. When they finally did I got put on hold. Ridiculous! We went out for dinner and I tried calling the hotel to see if they can connect me to our other party room and AGAIN the phone kept ringing. Nobody answered. So I just hung up. Need to do a better job with their customer service. I’ve stayed in Hilton’s hotel before and this one was the worst by far. Sorry.

This place is absolutely wonderful!!!! The kids love, the adults love it. It is spectacular. The service is great, the location is prime and the rooms are hilarious. Each floor has it's own theme and the corner rooms on each floor have a theme. Like... King Kong, Ghostbuster, Spice Girls. It's awesome. The decor rocks. Once you stay here, you won't stay anywhere else.

Got in after a long flight and were let into our room early, which was a huge bonus!! Location was fantastic. Service very professional and friendly. We used the spa once, was small but nice that it was outside. Room was large and clean. Only two downsides 1. The bed was uncomfortable, it dipped toward the middle and I would wake up tilted into the middle of the bed with a number body part (arm, leg) depending on what was under my body. 2. The shower was super tall and not adjustable, but the shower cap helped fix that issue ? overall very happy and would come back.

To start this hotel is not owned by Hilton. It is owned by a company called TPG. To say this hotel is disaster is an understatement. Rooms have not been updated I would think since the 80"s, shower was unusable because the knob to turn it one was broken. hotel is very dark and uninviting.
When I went to check out of the hotel I told the person at the front desk about the shower, and also said "this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at". The persons reply was "I do not doubt it". Enough said.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. You will be happy you did.\

Really like this hotel and where it was situated. Great views on the top deck and the jacuzzi was a pleasure during night time. not far from the metro being just a couple blocks away. Good service also. Great breakfast.

The location for the hotel in downtown LA is good and near the Metro station with various places which offer parking for the Car.
The service in the Hotel is average . They don't provide complimentary water in the room and you will have to order the water. As complimentary Tea packets, you will get only one tea packet and 4 coffee packets. Anything above that will be for an additional charge. In short you pay for ur room in reservation only and anything beyond will Come for an additional price.
The Hotel is Ok for a overnight stay, For stay beyond one night is not recommended

This was a nice, clean, charming hotel in the heart of downtown LA. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooftop pool area has great views of downtown and is a relaxing place to spend some time just relaxing. Like most downtown hotels, the valet parking is expensive. There is a garage next door, but the cost is not all that much less than the valet. Make sure that you factor in the cost of parking when you are considering this hotel. If I had to stay in downtown LA again, I would definitely put this place on my shortlist of considerations.
