We had a wonderful stay! The service was wonderful, our room was very clean and quiet. The hotel is a very short walk from the beach. We would definitely stay again!.

Wasn't the cleanest hotel, but it also wasn’t the worst we’ve stayed in. Room decor was strange… 2 small patio/bistro chairs and a full size Smeg fridge. Didn’t seem as nice as it was in the pictures. Parking situation was kinda a mess. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

We arrived at 4:30pm. The front desk duo were fussing over their computer for almost 10min before they let us know they were going to downgrade our room and refund us some money. My child would need to sleep in a rollaway bed. Husband asked how they would make the situation right. Could they comp parking for our stay? The man responded “we can negotiate”. He was going to offer either free parking OR a refund on the lesser room. The woman told us the room we specifically chose and paid for weeks ago was first come first serve. After going back and forth they admitted they had two rooms that were out of service and one room whose occupants refused to leave and were overbooked on top of that.
We couldn’t stay there. We had to find another hotel. They really didn’t care.

The hotel was nice enough that I would stay there again. The staff were all very nice. Keep in mind that the hotel was built in 1940, so it is very dated.

This place scams so badly. They charged me an additional $100 “deposit” PER DAY on the check in day. Fine whatever. Proceeded to charge me the full price on check out and 3 times the full amount 3 days later. So total I paid over three thousand dollars for an eight hundred dollar three days stay. They also had roaches.

The room is nice. But we arrived at night and the lobby is super dark also the hallway. The elevator is kind of old so it’s very slow

The location is good and the price is affordable. The waiter's attitude is relatively friendly. The fees are not as arbitrary as those charged by online reviews. The travel fee is also clearly priced. It's just that the swimming pool is relatively small and it's basically impossible to swim. The room is also a three-star level. But the price is normal there. It's close to the beach and you can go there every day. To go to South Beach, you can take the free green bus to 17th Street and change to the purple free bus. very convenient. It is recommended not to rent a car yourself, renting is very cheap. Uber

Seriously the best time. A boutique hotel that has Art Deco/retro touches. Not a resort which I love! The pool is great, the restaurant limited but plentiful.
Honestly, the staff was the best part- being a single traveller and a woman they all made me feel like family.
Can not recommend this place enough! Really is a great place and they care and are friendly, I don’t give 5* lightly!
