Secret Garden Miami Beach

The hotel is very beautiful itself. They have luggage hold and early late check in/out. I did the early check in service. Isabella was amazing with our check in process and with any concerns we had. It is directly across from the beach, which they do provide complimentary umbrellas and chairs. There is also a seating area outside the hotel with chairs and umbrellas. Walgreens/Cvs is close walking distance as well. Walgreens is 24hrs which was a blessing. Directly across collins there is a hidden gem restaurant/bar under the hotel. Awesome food,drinks and a nice bar vibe with pool. We did u we to ocean Ave which wasn’t to bad I didn’t have the patience in the heat for the free trolly.Yes I would definitely return.

Nestled in-between yacht row and the sandy south beach shoreline, sits a demure and elegant hotel we happened upon via airbnb. Secret Garden looks like it was plucked straight out of Napholi, Greece circa 1955 and sowed gently in the sand amidst modern day South Beach swanky skyscrapers. Being that we canceled our dank, twin-bed excuse for a room, from an airbnb Karen, just moments before we found the Secret Garden in our price range, our anxiety was at rooftop level reaches. However, upon check-in, Isabelle, the most gracious and affable front desk staff, assuaged all fears with a complementary room upgrade and an early check in that would please the most seasoned traveller. The hotel was stunning, as it sat, serene and unassuming. The decor was ornate, elegant and fashionable. The lighting and ambience deemed esthetically pleasing and the personal touches gave the average Miami Beach 5 star a run for its money. Our room was gorgeous. The bed was soft and clean. The spa tub and marble floors were appropriate touches. Secret Garden had her aches and pains as any old girl may, but her power prevailed in the blissful serenity she gave away. I highly recommend this spot if you appreciate quality at a discount and can laugh at a minor flaw or two; but in truth, her location and her atmosphere stand a head above her neighboring skyscrapers.

It’s a lovely hotel. However, I came early (my fault as check in didn’t begin until 4:00) Isabella, the lady at the front desk did try to assist and got me a room before the check in time. She requested a tip( us that common?) which I provided as gratitude. What I didn’t like was that there was no towels, except for the design on the bed. I wanted to stay longer but when I tried contacting the front desk, I was given the runaround until finally, via email I was told that the rooms are booked this weekend. Very disappointed I was! Will I return? Yes, but this time, to a ready made room AFTER 4 pm! A word of advice: taking public transport $2.25 or the trolley (free) is the best way to see Miami and South Beach!

Very happy with my choice on this. Price was great, friendly staff. They checked me in much earlier than expected. Room was very big with such a great taste, bed was very comfortable. Will definitely come back!! :-)

This was so nice. The staff, rooms, atmosphere, everything was awesome, my friends and I enjoyed our stay. And will definitely be visiting again soon

I had a great stay here. You can tell they remodeled the hotel and the rooms we're excellent. They just don't offer any extra amenities.

The secret Garden Miami is a fantastic place full of amazing people like Alexa, Keisha, Dee, and Raphael. These fantastic four made our stay in Miami beach one of the best stays ever. We highly recommend the Secret Garden Miami.

Alexa and Rafael GREAT service! We were happy at our last room. But this one is perfect rate was perfect! Alexa super nice and sweet! Rafael the manager even helped from home!!! Thank you guys highly recommended!
