Famed nightlife, shops, cafes and galleries are a stroll away. But even without leaving the hotel you can soak up the fun with Kimpton Surfcomber’s playful “Daylife.” Think ice cream sundaes by our glorious pool, bocce ball tournaments at a private sandy oasis and beach side food and beverage service on the beach. I have stayed at room 234.
Room was very noisy because of the engine(which I dont know) working outside.

Was dirty! The washroom was not clean and they wouldn’t refill and clean ontime. We had to call the reception every time.

The Surfcomber beautiful pool and easy beach access while be centrally located within walking distance of many amazing dining and shopping options made it a perfect getaway.

We went to Miami to celebrate my daughter's HS graduation. The hotel was perfect! The decor, pool area w/live DJ, waiter staff, and beach a few feet away made us feel like we were on a resort in the carribean islands! Not to mention the plethora of restaurants & shops i the area. We decided against renting a car & never needed to rent a cab. Everything was walking distance away. But if you do venture out the trolleys, buses & cabs are right there.

The location is prime! Close to shops and restaurants all walking distance.
There’s a public parking on 16th and Collins it’s much cheaper than paying $55 valet at the hotel. The parking is safe we parked there all week and it’s safe to leave the car overnight.

Beautiful resort! We loved our stay at this hotel. The pool was lovely and warm. Great for swimming. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The food at the restaurants was delicious, drinks were great, overall it was an amazing experience. If I had to complain about one thing it would be the housekeeping. We had plenty of time out of our room when they could have come to clean and did not. We had to request that they come each time for them to come take out trash, vacuum sand, give us fresh towels, etc. On the last day/night we were there they did not clean our room at all. I feel like they need to do better in this area. When we did have our room cleaned they did a good job, but I shouldn't have to ask in order for it to get done.

The beach wasn’t as nice, they charge for third person chair and umbrella. Ocean water full of seaweed

Property is beautifully kept. Great location right on the beach. Smaller property means you are never fighting for a spot at the pool or chairs at the beach. Staff are all amazing!

I would like to start by saying this hotel staff really showed out for my birthday. I booked a room and a cabana on Easter Sunday and the staff in general were amazing. The pool staff were extremely good sports and wore the bunny ears for a short time. I really felt right at home and they treated me extra special on my special day. The cabana was very roomy and semi private it felt very exclusive. The room was very clean with a great shower and comfy bed. I would definitely return and recommend
