Super sweet and quaint little resort!! Super clean, well designed. Staff was more than friendly and accommodating. Amazing communication and efforts during hurricane milton. Rooms are awesome. My kids loved all the amenities and had an amazing time!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! We will be back!!

Big rooms with many amenities like kitchen, washing machine. 2 showers 2 bedrooms and living room that is very comfortable for families. The rooms are old fashioned design but everything works and it was clean. the hotel is fairly priced and i would say it is good value for money. Bottom line recommend.

This was just the place I needed for my Orlando vacation! The resort was such a sweet community filled with tons of amenities from the pirate ship pool and mini golf to the restaurant and pool tables. The people at the front desk made us feel special and wanted to give us the best stay. We also enjoyed sitting out on the screened in balcony watching the hurricane pass through. Rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable.

We’ve been here several times and have never been disappointed. The resort is awesome for kids and the staff is super friendly. Centrally located near lots of activities, shopping, and restaurants. The pool grill is really great too. Nothing but praise for the Marriott Harbour Lake.

We recently booked to stay here for a week. The front desk and recreation room were friendly and welcoming, 5 stars.
The building we were assigned had renovations going on ALL DAY until 8pm. There was a consistent noise like a compressor literally all day until 8pm.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with the major dips on the side and the rise in the middle.
The pool area may not be as grand as depicted, but not bad if you know what you to expect. The pool with the pirate ship is primarily a 2 foot deep all around until a small section that is about 4 feet deep. The other pool, that has a slide, is a zero entry and roped off as you near the slide. Not bad overall since it wasn't crowded at all. It would be miserable if a lot of people were there.
The mini golf area was fun and well maintained.
We checked out on the 3rd day, without attempt for refund, due to the incessant noise and uncomfortable bed. It was that bad, we just wanted out.

The rooms were huge, very comfortable and clean. The pools with the small waterpark and thr minigolf were excellent entertainment for the kids.

Harbour lake sits minutes from Sea World, Universal Orlando Studios, and is just up the highway from Disney. The staff was welcoming from the very beginning. Every time we entered the complex we were greeted with a "Welcome Home." The front desk staff was cheerful and professional, and we checked in at 1:30am. The grounds are well maintained and there hasn't been a loud grounds keeping presence, which is nice. The rooms are big with full kitchen, and the pull out bed is the nicest I've ever seen. I haven't seen one since the late 90s for the record. The A/C was always appreciated upon entering the room from the late June Florida heat. The 3 pools weren't crowded during our visit and we were able to find seats poolside with ease to watch our boys splash, while we drank frozen drinks. There was never a "free if you listen to our presentation" pitch either, which was refreshing. I will definitely be back to Harbour Lake, and may consider it our only option when returning to Florida.

Really excellent resort. The staff is all great, the amenities are on point. The condo was very nice and modern. We loved the splash pad and big water slide. We stayed here on a timeshare exchange and I'd definitely stay here again.

A great resort for families plenty of activities my kids loved it more than going to the Disney parks however the one thing I would recommend is at least give a heads up to guests if the splash park is not available prior to checking in! However they did have a shipwreck pool Where kids could play and enjoy themselves and a slide. The only issue with the Shipwreck pool is it is connected to a much larger pool so parents can't really relax because you're consistently trying to make sure kids don't go to the deep end of the pool and drown. Other than the splash park not being available it was a really great experience I would love to go back and recommend this place to anyone who ask. The activity center in the activities that were set up for the kids in a different Ages were wonderful and my kids really enjoyed that and that is what really matters to me! Staff was great and assisted in every way possible!

Great location centrally located. Kids programs were perfect for 4 and up. Pools we're enjoyable. The only neg was the kids water okay area was under construction but that's just timing nothing neg for the property. The bar and grill staff was very attentive and we're very helpful. Rooms were well stocked and comfortabley furnished
