On the surface everything in this hotel seems great. The rooms are nice and spacious and clean. The pool area is nice. There were some minor issues that were annoying such as the bedside outlets and light not working and the safe not working. The front desk was helpful and sent someone up immediately but the safe still would not work and the outlets were never fixed. But that wasn’t the end of the world. On day 3 though we were woken by someone having a conversation and thought it was in the hallway but it was in the adjoining room and it was as if they are in the same room. Because of that I cannot recommend this hotel and would not return.

Good experience overall but fell short on service at the cafe in lobby area. Two days in a row, staff at the cafe left my coffee on the counter while I was standing few feet away without any attempt to alert me my order was ready.
They have no problem asking for a tip when you pay but pretty petty angry type approach to their guests.
Room was decent, a little musty.
Staff at check in was great.
Overall worth it if you get a discounted rate.
Hope management speaks to the cafe staff about poor service level.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was extremely clean and the service was impeccable. Sean the hotel Driver went above and beyond and really showed us hospitality. It is the first time throughout our diamond status that we really felt like diamonds what a great place to stay lazy river pool the lobby is amazing. Everything smells great. It’s very cleanwould stay there again and again the beds were amazing.

Pool, location and breakfast are amazing.
They always have so much for families going on.
Love the fire pits and swim up movie nights.
Stayed here multiple times and keep coming back.
They have their own shuttle to Disney and is “on property” without being “on property” as you get. We live in Florida and have Disney annual passes so we prefer to drive but nice option if out of town or you want to avoid Disney parking fees.
Did I mention the pool?! The lazy river is amazing.
Also, waldorf Astoria is connected and you can walk over on the back path to visit their property as well.
Make sure you hit up the breakfast…it does not disappoint and the staff is amazing.

We stayed here for 4 night but think that other hotels are a better option. The hotel is good and modern but I think it makes the most of the Hilton brand with service letting it down. The room was very spacious and areas were nice. The pool area was great - especially the lazy river.
As a let down - 1) on check in we waited 15 minutes to be seen even though staff were present and no queue (about 5pm), 2) on check out it was good I checked the bill as they tried to add a $315 charge for a cabana from the Waldorf over the road charge to our bill - we had to wait for ages for them to investigate it, 3) the resort fee and parking (nearly $80 plus tax a day) was a rip off! 4) all food and drink is very expensive!

All the staff were brilliant. I have stayed many times. Quality of restaurants. Pool is great fun!

Last time I visited it was a 5 star. And it almost was this time as well. The rooms are fantasticly huge ! The snack shop is always open and abundant with great coffee. The biggest disappointment was its main attraction the lazy river. The entire week the river was beyond lazy. The jets that drive it around were probably not working. The overhead bridges usually have sprays with water and when it’s 91* that feels good. They were not working. You feel a little harassed by the bell boys but other than that the service was good. Cleaning ladies were out standing!

Great accommodations. The pool is beautiful and the room is nice and clean. Staff is very accommodating and I love their text message service. I forgot toothpaste and all it took was a text to get it delivered to my room. I also wanted to check out late and did that with a text as well. Shout out to Veronica for being so accommodating through the texting service and being so prompt to respond.

Agree with other reviews here. Very attentive staff. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Any issues that arise, the hotel staff are quick to fix and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Special thank you to Alyssa who is the pool supervisor who took such good care of us after we encountered an issue. We were comped a pool cabana as well as other things for a day and it made our stay extra special. Also, if anyone in your family has allergies, this hotel is superb with their care. Love this hotel and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very nice, but not extraordinary. The rooms are no different in size, or setup as it is on a Holiday Inn, for example. The property does not inspire the resort like atmosphere you would get from a Disney resort. This is more business like. Major flaw; paid $4.00 for a 12 oz bottle of water.....really?? That was years ago, hope they came back to their senses. Other than that, it was extremely clean and the staff was awesome. Yet, I only stood one time. There are plenty of better places within a few miles.
