Arrived at Orlando Airport at midnight, so I walked to the hotel reception area before calling the hotel. Maybe it was too late, the driver took a long time to arrive, and it took less than ten minutes to get to the hotel. But considering that it was hard for them to pick me up at the airport late at night, and it was Christmas Eve, I was willing to give a tip. The facilities of this hotel are relatively new, and there is a huge Christmas tree in the lobby 🎄, which is very beautiful! The staff took the initiative to give delicious cookies during check-in and check-out. Because I only stayed for less than nine hours, I really couldn't find any faults. I was picked up by my friends early the next morning.

It's a good choice to stay here for one night when transiting in Orlando. The hotel has airport pick-up and drop-off services, but you need to call to make an appointment. If you are not good at English, you can also write an email, and the customer will reply very quickly! The pick-up location is at level 1 ground transportation. The shuttle bus to the airport runs about every 30 hours and is available 24 hours a day. You can just wait in the hotel lobby in advance and it will take you to the airport in 10 minutes.

The service was excellent. Our bathroom needed some tending to (see pic below), -the staff were quick and courteous to come and repair both the slow running toilet and the broken shower gel. The cleaning staff were very through cleaning the tub from the resulting mold. It cost us an hour of our time all said and done. Then we were enjoyed the pool and had a great meal and service service at the bar lounge in the atrium.

We booked this hotel for our last night in Orlando because it’s close to the airport. The hotel was fine although a bit dated as many of the hotels in orlando are. The most disturbing thing however is the $20.00 parking fee for our rental car. I did not know about this when I booked this place and seems many of the hotels here are charging a similar fee. This is certainly one of the main differences compared to my last visit to Orlando when parking at hotels was free. I paid a total of $ 144.00 just in parking fees for 8 days.. Only at Disney hotels did we not pay a parking fee. You should include this on your website.

The hotel is spacious and clean. It is a brand hotel with a good reputation. There are two 1.5-meter beds, which can sleep two people and are suitable for a family of three. The front desk is very welcoming and they also gave cookies made by the hotel 🍪, which is very considerate. The hotel provides 24 hours There is an airport shuttle. Because I have an early flight, I booked a shuttle bus at 4 a.m. with the front desk clerk. It takes 7 minutes to reach the airport Terminal B. It is very convenient for guests with early flights. There are several restaurants around the hotel. I found an internet celebrity restaurant and it’s about a ten-minute walk away.
