I have stayed here many times before and will continue to in the future! A great location on Coronado complete with tennis courts, water access, pool, and a nice exercise facility

3rd floor, pool/bay side. Excellent experience.

With in walking distance to restaurants and a few small beaches. Also not very far from the main Beach at Coronado. Rooms were also very clean and spacious. I will be coming back to the hotel many times to come

Spent a night there for our anniversary. Ground floor room was large, clean, a short walk to all the amenities and had a great view of the San Diego skyline from the private patio

Beautiful view of the San Diego skyline, and a wonderful staff that had such a positive attitude. The rooms were spacious and very clean. You could spend an entire trip at that pool and be pleased

The location is great and I got a King room that also had a patio with a view of the bridge and downtown San Diego. I stayed two nights with meetings at the Del in Coronado and I preferred this Marriott

They don’t use fragrance or air fresheners in lobby and common areas which is great since I find them bothersome. Beds and pillows super comfortable. A special shout out to Annabelle. The housekeeper who serviced my room

She was so nice and friendly and even had a robe and slippers delivered to my room upon request. Front desk friendly and accommodating. I stayed on the 21st floor in the Seaport Tower

My colleagues who stayed in the Harbor Tower did report a sewage odor. I think they’re working on this to fix it. Overall, a great stay at the Grand Hyatt

I was here for a business conference. Rooms are quiet and the windows open which is nice to let fresh air in

The pool area has a tropical feel along with 2 hot tubs. The pool bar offers drinks and food at a reasonable price

I stayed at a basic room in the North Tower. Rooms are big with wide balcony facing the street. Bathroom doesn’t have exhaust fan. Balconies have small space where one can move into another room’s balcony

Nice resort with a gorgeous pool area. Rooms are modern and clean with daily housekeeping services. The property has several restaurants onsite but is also within walking distance of many more

When we got there the next morning at 6:30 they worked hard and got us an upgraded room by 8:45 for an early check-in with no charge. The pool and hot tub areas were nice and clean

Also the higher up you are the better. We were on the 23 floor and we could still hear them so go up even higher. The amenities here are pretty cool. The bars, pools and clubhouses are really beautiful

Our family visited the HOTEL FROM HELL on our last trip to San Diego. Before leaving, we decided to find another hotel where everyone could enjoy good taste. From the very beginning we had a wonderful experience

The only thing is in the parking lot you have to use your room key to get in and out and the "blue dot" is sort of low to the ground and you have to get out of the car to unlock it if you have an SUV or even a mid-size SUV

A very good holiday for your money. My room was a little small, but the balcony and view were very relaxing and private. They have 1 hour free bike rental which can be extended for $8/hour

The police station in the block is patrolled, it is safe to walk/drive within a 3 mile radius. The airport is across the street, so don't worry about missing your flight in traffic

She helped us with updates and all other queries we had. She truly exemplifies how customer service should be everywhere you go. Setting the bar high absolutely deserves recognition

Found a great deal on this hotel that was recommended by a friend. After 2 years of looking but a reasonable rate finally opened up. Easy accessible pool and private beach

The resort is beautiful, the service is great, and it's easy to get around. There's a pool, a private beach, a gym, a restaurant, and it's close to the bay and a concert venue (search Humphreys concerts)

They have spaces available for weddings and for corporate meetings and it's close to the airport and downtown (not walking distance though). There are live bands in the restaurant at night, just check the schedule online

We had dinner at the Vessel and it was great. The variety of food was good and the drinks were very unique. They even had a live band playing and there was no fee to listen. We really enjoyed the restaurant

Unbelievable place! Perfect location far from the crowd. Nice rooms, and very very dog friendly. Yes there are ants but it's expected near the ocean. Love this place! I don't think we'll stay anywhere else

It has so much character to it, so many restaurants and amenities. The pool is nice, but the beach is great

All wooden room for larger groups-an amazing structure given when it was built. Accommodations were very nice but being a very old hotel, the doorways don't accommodate taller folks by default

Speaking of which, if you stay here, request the main building! Not only does it have soooo much character and history to it, but there's an awesome elevator operator who is so funny and nice

I did not stay here but I did walk the hotel outside and beach. It is stunning!! The property is amazing. I understand that their is a haunted room but I have not confirmed this to be true

Loved our stay here! Friendly staff, neat and spacious room (we stayed on the one with Sofa) and clean bathroom. Hotel is very close to sea world. Offers free breakfast (lines here could get longer though)

Was very nice,plenty of room for our large family of 6. Rooms clean and up to date. Very annoying that we HAD TO PAY TO PARK at the hotel. If you are a paying guest it should be included.

They only change towels every third day of your stay so you have to ask if you want them more often, which isn't a deal breaker. We loved the hot tub, and there's also bathtubs in the room

Called reception and they told me will send someone but no one came 1st night. Somebody came 2nd night but couldn't fix. He said he will ask reception to check if there is another room but never got back

It was great! Staff was very friendly and courteous. Rooms and hallways were very clean. Our room was super clean and fresh smelling. Will definitely stay here again while in San Diego!

The bar was stocked, there was good candies/snacks, the shower was open and all glass, and we had a great view of the pool. This is definitely a hotel to visit again. I hear the atmosphere is LIT!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in December. This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful when making reservation for restaurants and planning activities

For a new hotel, they are off to a great start and can't wait to see more of what's to come. I only wish that there was a way for the hotel guests use the sauna and steam room without booking a treatment

Excellent Hotel definitely 5 Star in my book. Great bar with live music on the weekends. Be sure to shop wisely for rates. I got a great deal on my stay, but a mouth later the price was WOW! Room service was great

I have only visited in the evening, well after the restaurant closed. The bar is a very nice place for a drink and some really good, late night food. The bartenders are masterful some Hi Colin the wait staff is pleasant

This is San Diego history built by the son of president Ulysses S Grant! An historic hotel with beautiful public spaces. Walk through the lobby and feel the past. The restaurant has a wonderful menu and attentive staff

The exterior of the hotel can be misleading because of its simplicity but that is what makes it unique. The US Grant has a modern, cozy and classy restaurant and grill that offers a wide variety of meals

The bathroom was very nicely updated with a large shower. The turn down service was unexpected, and a great touch with the candy on the pillow and soft music after a long day of conference meetings

Great Pillows! I lead with this as many frequent travels will feel my pain of the awful pillows at many hotels. The bed was also comfortable and the room feels spacious and clean

The pools were comfortable which meant it wasn't too crowded, easy to find 4 spots together even at midday. The pool service was great! The food at the Cantina was incredibly wonderful - friendly staff, patient

Had a wonderful 4 days at Loews Coronado and plan to return next summer. Beautiful grounds and surroundings. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Spent a lot of time in the pool and the kids had a lot of fun

A wonderful 3 night mini getaway in a room overlooking the marina! It was a quiet, clean, peaceful place where my two teenagers could do online learning in the mornings and swim in the pool in the afternoons

5 stars on the pools and food!! Coronado Island was the best choice away from the city center and the noise of Mission Cove

Home Sweet Home! This hotel is always welcoming, from front staff to restaurant and management to cleaning staff. They make it feel like if I'm getting home. The rooms are always clean and tidy

So far this has been a great trip. The check in was very smooth and we were greeted with a glass of champagne. the lobby was open and expansive with a great view of the Coronado Bay

It's a great place if you're in town for the weekend to party. Because let's be real here, when you wasted and just need to crash does passing out in a $100 room differ that much from passing out in a $300+ room?

Yes, you can hear the street easily and the shower / bathroom facilities are shared, but everything is clean and the individual running the front desk is personable and available

The bathrooms and showers are shared, by that I mean there's a bathroom/shower on the floor but it's not actually connected to your room. All in all I would stay here again

Easy to get to Midway and good restaurants. Loved the Bayside nail place around the corner. Baby next door could be heard but not loud enough to deter sleep, so stay was good. Pool and deck was a nice view

We celebrated my birthday at Del Frisco's. Our waitress was absolutely darling. Her birthday was the same date as mine. Dinner and service was excellent.👌🏾👌🏾 We will be going back for sure!!😋😋😋

Great location ! It's really close to the train station and walkable to tourist attraction. The Room was a bit smaller than expected but really nice view. The club room is good.

This review is for coffee/cafe area only. Stopped by to have coffee with some colleagues while in town. Grabbed coffee and banana bread. Both were good and fairly priced - about what you would pay at Starbucks or Peet's

Check-in and Check-out were painless. We did get a bit mixed-up between this hotel and another Westin 3 blocks down the same main street. That one is a little closer to the Gaslamp, if that's in your plans

Seating was plentiful and the space was pretty quiet even with other tables occupied. The Westin is attached to an office building so I assume it caters mainly to business crowd

Location is ok but for the price a small fridge and pool would be have been nice for a 5 day stay at this price point. The carpet is sticky and has many stains so keep your shoes on

For their incredible rooms and room service, well kept Beautiful lobby and their down to earth friendly but professional staff! That always have a pleasant smile! Your Always greeted welcomely, with all who you have contact with!

Social distancing is not foolproof. But I think at that time basically everyone was vaccinated. but more importantly I really enjoyed the roadside food that you can eat so late at night. They are delicious and convenient

This Hotel is next to all entertainment. The rooftop bar is nice with a great view. There are many Bars and Restaurants with good food within walking Distance. The beds are very soft and the hotel and rooms were clean

Fairly clean rooms but bed has lumpy linen. Pool had no towels when we went to the pool. Room service was on time but some of the food was not hot

I had a late flight that day and needed to shower before I check out. The front desk was very dry when we called. Also very dry/rude when we tried to store our bag

Check-in was seamless and we even got a room on a higher floor (bay view) upon request. We've enjoyed our stay and will return when in the bay area

I was very unsure about booking here after reading the reviews from previous guests. All I can say is that our stay has been very comfortable

We stayed here for just one night at one of the suites. The room was nice and had a nice view over the city on the 12th floor. They have a nice pool and cafe area with some entertainment activities like ping pong table

I didn't like the grilled chicken sandwich by the pool. Chicken was very dry and the bread didn't taste good either. I went for the breakfast downstairs. A little pricey but it didn't disappoint

The parking is a little on the expensive side around $30 a night. But you can find street parking in front and behind the hotel which I free. The pool deck area is very nice and had fire places

We stayed 3 nights in a corner room on the 3rd floor on July 20, 2023 overlooking the pool. The property and rooms were very nice, we enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, breakfast, and paid $35 for covered parking

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and 2 kids while we took a trip to the zoo and Legoland. I’ve stayed at several Hyatt’s in my day and we found this one to not disappoint! Our stay was delightful

This is near the airport but we really couldn’t hear the noise! I enjoyed watching the planes! Also, they are pet friendly, I think, they are near a nice dog park! I wish I had known because I left my puppy with family when I could have brought her with me!

Would give 5 stars but there was no AC working in my room and had to find out at 2am when I went to turn it on. So I slept with the windows open and listened to the streets all night

I liked having a balcony with a view of the pool and downtown area. The desk / office space was nice too. although the TV was small considering its distance from the bed

Hours for pool are strangely short and if you're here during the week the place is dead after 8p

Perception is friendly and great willing to help you and specifically I'd like to call out the housekeeping staff which has kept our room in phenomenal shape day after day literally organizing to super fine details that I wouldn't do to my own house

Had a blast celebrating my Birthday and the 4th of July, the staff went out of their way to make our stay incredible! The room was gorgeous, and the bed very comfy, can’t say enough about the showers also! We were close to everything

The housekeepers are the best. Every time they clean it looks amazing. The tennis courts are the best if you play. You just have to call and reserve a time with the concierge. The whole place closes at 9pm

I played a wonderful round of golf at the Grand, followed by drinks in the restaurant. The grounds and course are absolutely top notch. Our experience was enhanced tremendously by our caddie, Joe
