I had a couple of meetings/ parties at the Marriott next door and their pool looked much better, even the Hilton had a nicer pool. Maybe next year, I will be surprised by a different pool motif
Beautiful building.
Rooms on the upper floors offer a beautiful view. Very convenient parking.
Excellent location right next to the marina and close to the USS Midway aircraft carrier (recommended visit).
.
She was so nice and friendly and even had a robe and slippers delivered to my room upon request. Front desk friendly and accommodating. I stayed on the 21st floor in the Seaport Tower
An incredibly clean hotel with exceptionally friendly staff — everything was truly satisfying. The ocean view from the room was absolutely breathtaking
My colleagues who stayed in the Harbor Tower did report a sewage odor. I think they’re working on this to fix it. Overall, a great stay at the Grand Hyatt
The only downside was that parking fees are charged separately, and the parking facility was somewhat inconvenient to use

Nice resort with a gorgeous pool area. Rooms are modern and clean with daily housekeeping services. The property has several restaurants onsite but is also within walking distance of many more
While the hotel itself is very nice, I encountered an issue that significantly impacted my experience. Despite having booked and fully prepaid my stay through Trip
The pool area has a tropical feel along with 2 hot tubs. The pool bar offers drinks and food at a reasonable price
Great spot on the harbour, quite a big hotel but easy to navigate once you figured it out. Great fitness centre.
com, the hotel attempted to charge me an additional $45 per day plus tax for the so-called "Destination Fee" at check-in. After contacting the hotel, they refunded the fee after multiple letters and two weeks
Jeremy's kindness and willingness to go the extra mile in helping me locate my misplaced belongings truly made my trip memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend Jeremy and the place he represents for an exceptional stay

I LOVED the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Location and view across the water was lovely. Great amenities include large pool, free water bottles & refill stations and bikes for a cycle along the front
Safety is important to me so this hotel is a Very safe property with security and cameras everywhere and a visible smoking section so you can relax during your stay
Staff were also super efficient when I asked for a hair dryer
The hotel gives you the option to check in ahead of time in the app! I didn't do that, but as soon as I got there, I was able to get into the line for the Hilton Honors loyalty and service was quick and friendly
I cannot remember the name of the individual who helped me, but if management is able to pull the person who helped check me in at the front desk, BRAVO to the young gentleman who was kind and knowledgeable
Absolutely loved this hotel! It is across the street from the gas lamp district and only 10-15 minutes from the airport. The front desk reception was very welcoming and informative about places to visit
I called ahead to let them know I currently have a broken foot limiting my mobility and asked if I could please be situated near the elevator, which the person on the phone was happy to accommodate

We were able to check in early without an issue. We’ve spent alot of time at the family pool and it’s just perfect. Huge pool with a grand spread of shallow waters for the littles, and the hot tub is big
They have an”adults only pool” and a family pool which also has a view of the harbor with just a trail diving the two
We picked this hotel by chance during a trip to San Diego, and it turned out to be one of the best surprises of our getaway. From the moment we stepped into the warm, luxurious lobby, we felt welcomed
The live pianist in the lobby added such a lovely touch to our time at the bar. We ended up staying an extra night just to soak it all in a little longer. Thank you for making our trip feel so relaxing and memorable
The food menu is sufficient and the bartenders are well versed in creating whatever cocktails you may enjoy. The rooms are quiet, the water pressure is strong, and the cost is competitive
The staff were genuinely kind, the rooms spotless, and everything about the place felt thoughtfully cared for. My son used the gym and really liked it—it had everything he needed

My only word of warning is that if you park on site without staying at the hotel, it will cost $30 unless you get your parking ticket validated by aowndiv
It was an amazing and memorable stay. Cost of the room is exaggerated and what's up with the $17 small cup of fresh squeezed orange juice. Yikes...
very pretty hotel with history. there is an souvenir store inside and showing some historical videos about celebrities who were staying here, also some old pics of the hotel. the interior is well maintained and elegant
Staying at Hotel del Coronado in the winter is a magical experience. The iconic beachfront resort transforms into a winter wonderland with beautiful holiday lights and seasonal decor, creating a festive atmosphere
The hotel offers special winter activities like ice skating by the sea, which adds a unique touch to the stay. The rooms are cozy, and the historic charm of the hotel is especially inviting during the cooler months
It’s the perfect destination for a winter getaway, whether you’re looking for relaxation or to enjoy some holiday spirit by the ocean

Wyndham Bayside Hotel
San Diego, 1355 North Harbor Drive 🧭 Map
Pool: Pool, Heated pool
A bit noisy at the Pacific Dr is down the hotel, so earplugs are necessary on the bayside. This could be improved but all the windows would have to be changed for isolation (sound and thermic)
Poor lightings, pretty dark room. Bathroom was pretty dark and there was no shower head
Hope you like the sound of helicopters and planes as it's non-stop but I became immune after a few hours outside. Boardwalk is teaming with runners walkers strollers skate boarders etc
Excellent location and friendly staff. The rooms look a bit old and would need some renovation. Not many amenities in the hotel but we have all me need around
Room was definitely not what was pictured online. Balcony was extremely small. Front desk was rude and short when checking in.
View was amazing.
It has a very Nice view and a convenient location! I would like to come back to this hotel if I visit San Diego next time.

Weekend Stay
The whole family stayed the weekend for my sons wedding in Balboa Park. Check in was super simple our rooms were spacious and clean and nicely decorated. A free glass of wine daily or beer is a nice treat
Me and my partner were so enamored by the hotel, it was clean and classy and our room had a wonderful view of part of the cityscape surrounding us. Everything was of course, very clean, and the staff were great
The Westin played a huge part in our overall experience spending our weekend in San Diego, so much so that we wished we didn’t need to leave. I look forward to the opportunity to stay again, in the future
My only complaint is the really expensive internet. I had brought my i pad to watch but the 18$ charge was to much. I was able to login to Apps on their TV so it was ok
Our romantic stay here was amplified by the friendliness and personal attention of all the staff, I and my spouse want to thank everyone here for everything
Incredible

I booked a pool view room, but the room I was given had a poor view and was inconsistent with the order
We have always enjoyed our stay at the Loews. The staff are helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Cindy who checked us in. She was so friendly and full of information about the hotel.
We celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary by staying here where the wedding party stayed last year and where we stayed for our wedding night. Great memories of this location.
The property was amazing. My favorite was the outside patio that faced the bay and bridge. Perfect place to eat breakfast and drink my coffee.
Very nice hotel, Tennis court, big poo,l many things for the children to do. loved the coffee shop very good coffee very good croissants.

They have a breakfast buffet if you want to eat close by. Pool and hot tub closes at 10 located on 3rd floor. 24 hour access to fitness with ellipticals, treadmills, bikes and more. Heated towels are also available
Smack in between Little Italy & Glaslamp area. 15 mins walk is all it takes to either.
The rooms are newly refurbished and clean.
Spacious as well for business or leisure stay of 2.
The entrance is a one-way street, so be careful when navigating. The hotel's own valet parking costs $56 a day, but the advantage is that you can enter and exit at any time, with no limit on the number of times
Me and my Sister stayed at this hotel for my birthday. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by front desk agent Alice. She made the check in process very easy. As far as the room, it was PERFECT
We will definitely choose this hotel again and are grateful to the staff for creating a memorable time, as everyone was wonderful and great helping us

We also had a great experience with Phill who greeted me with a friendly smile, handshake, and offered several suggestive ideas on various topics from winery, restaurants, and attractions
The pool and slides are well maintained. The beds are very comfortable. You can hear the Sea Lions barking from the courtyard. With all the well manicured foliage you feel like you’re on an island oasis
We really liked our 3 days stay. It was my husband's birthday and we got an upgrade to a corner suite with an incredible view. The room was very large, clean and it had everything we needed
Than we also experienced first hand support from Oz one of the hotel managers, he went above and beyond to ensure we had the rooms needed for our stay
The Red Marlin restaurant needs an upgrade but it get points for convenience. The front desk personnel are extremely friendly and welcoming
In all we were extremely satisfied by the staff and met all of our hotel hospitality needs. Thank you for going above and beyond

We stayed here for just one night at one of the suites. The room was nice and had a nice view over the city on the 12th floor. They have a nice pool and cafe area with some entertainment activities like ping pong table
I didn't like the grilled chicken sandwich by the pool. Chicken was very dry and the bread didn't taste good either. I went for the breakfast downstairs. A little pricey but it didn't disappoint
The pool was excellent and we really enjoyed the space and pool bar. The on-site restaurants served delicious choices and room service was also convenient after a busy day
We stayed 3 nights in a corner room on the 3rd floor on July 20, 2023 overlooking the pool. The property and rooms were very nice, we enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, breakfast, and paid $35 for covered parking
Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and 2 kids while we took a trip to the zoo and Legoland. I’ve stayed at several Hyatt’s in my day and we found this one to not disappoint! Our stay was delightful
It was $20 for each day and I have to admit, what they were offering, in my opinion, wasn't worth $20. I only took part of the onsite lunch the first day and went elsewhere for the other days

Michael Savage id like to add was a saving grace , as our trip was slightly changed and the arrival was missed on the first day of our reservation, but with a phone call and friendly conversation , he saved the entire trip by helping with getting the dates changed to better fit our time frame
Excellent place to stay in for our family. Big change compared to Hollywood LA for the better! Only thing is the shower, low water pressure and a bit confusing to navigate for our simple folks.
The room is relatively large, and the bathroom is relatively modern, with separate wet and dry areas. Compared with many hotels in the United States where you need to stand in a bathtub to take a shower, it is very new
The location of the hotel is very good, there is a Starbucks downstairs and the Midway aircraft carrier is opposite. The service is super good, especially the lady serving breakfast!
The old man who cleaned the house had a very bad attitude. I don't know why the hotel here is so messy and the fees are quite high. I took some photos of the scenery from the room and the scenery downstairs
The Intercontinental level in American tourist cities is really far behind. The hardware is only at the level of three or four stars in China. The location is good, close to the coastal port

A resort hotel right next to a nice golf course. Even if it is a resort, charging the resort fee, it is more of business hotel with less and outdated facilities. Overall, old and boring but good enough for biz trip.
In town for a wedding and the hotel is very nice. The front desk staff are so helpful and at the end of our first night our bartender Nick was awesome. He was very efficient with the crowd! Overall great time!
Rooms /all of the HOTEL needs to be updated. I had stayed there a couple of years ago and it wasn't great, I assumed it was the level of room that was available at the time. This time I had the best room
Joanne and Torrey welcomed me with smiling faces when I walked into the restaurant area of the hotel. They were very interactive and informative, suggesting great items off the menu
My mom wanted to take a vacation here to see the beach after a hard year. Unfortunately there were some issues, but I'm impressed with how professional this front desk staff is and Tim, the GM, is also amazing
The facilities are very old, and the infrastructure is almost as bad as that in the United States. The breakfast is a low-end white food

Great facilities and amazing pools. The resort fee and parking fees are separately charged and rather high, but you get what you pay for, parking right next to the room and great facilities
The only downside was the "extra" fees associated 32. 00 a day for hotel fees and 38. I will never be able to afford to stay there again, but for the 4 days I was there, it was MAGICAL
They are amazing! The staff, the grounds, the room (although I wish there was a screen on the door) all exceeded expectations and made my stay there the best I have ever experienced
Wow! I can't say enough about this resort
You have to park at the center hub area if you're visiting a different room. As I'm writing this I'm realizing it's a petty complaint, but it was just something we noticed. Overall we had a nice experience
They're all little individual bungalows, some with bay views, other with garden views. We were staying with some other families and requested to be near them, but ended up on the other side of the island

I was unfamiliar with the concept of the “weighted” fridge mini bar (remove an honor bar for greater than 60 seconds to make room for your own water bottle, you are charged for it, whether it was opened or not
Great spot in the Gas Lamp
I enjoyed everything about the hotel except for the fact that the pool bar closes at 6PM! I understand seasonal staffing, but if the pool area is full of guests, why shut down instead reallocating whatever resources necessary to mee the needs of your paying guests? I am not looking for kitchen staff, but a single bartender can serve a limited beverage menu until the sun...
The pool menu was decent, we had fresh oysters on half shell and fruit by pool-great snack. It’s pretty spoiled to say I won’t go back to such a nice hotel, but that mini smart bar thing ticked me off
As always, staff was amazing always very kind treating you with the utmost respect car charging was amazing. They actually have car chargers on site. You just have to let the valet driver know amazing property.
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in December. This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful when making reservation for restaurants and planning activities

I love using this hotel as a business stop. The club level provides an amazing breakfast every morning complete with eggs, bacon, toast, oatmeal etc. The rooms are nice and modern
Thanks to their efforts, we’re already looking forward to staying here again and will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!
P. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet!
This Hilton hotel was so clean! I was so happy to see they had a mini Starbucks on the 1st floor to start my day off. The food at their cafe wasn't too bad either! I'd stay here again

The location of this hotel is great and super close to Westfield UTC, no need for a ride share it’s about a 5-10 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops you need
The entire facility was spotless, and the beds (including the pillows!) were incredibly comfortable with excellent support

Best happy hour at the rooftop bar! Great bartender and staff! Ordered off the happy hour menu as well, great portion for good food. Will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful three-day stay at the Gaslamp Marriott in San Diego! The location is perfect—just steps away from Petco Park and surrounded by downtown attractions
I guess they had a sold-out weekend and were a bit overwhelmed. The room is nice, nothing fancy but well appointed. We got a king-size bedroom and the bed was comfortable as you would expect in most Marriot hotels

Server was rude and unpleasant. Overall property was clean most staff was friendly. 20 bucks for a microwave per day is crazy…. Everything at this resort cost money LOL
The staff overall was friendly enough, but one woman, Jenn, who we had the misfortune of interacting with a few times, was just incredibly rude and condescending. The activities for kids were way overpriced
The food at the restaurant wasn’t great except the morning buffet, but even that is about what you’d get at a mid-grade continental breakfast at a roadside motel
We realized we would have actually saved money and time staying at the Hotel Del Coronado, so that’s what I’d advise
