They don’t use fragrance or air fresheners in lobby and common areas which is great since I find them bothersome. Beds and pillows super comfortable. A special shout out to Annabelle. The housekeeper who serviced my room
Beautiful building. Rooms on the upper floors offer a beautiful view. Very convenient parking. Excellent location right next to the marina and close to the USS Midway aircraft carrier (recommended visit). .
The only downside was that parking fees are charged separately, and the parking facility was somewhat inconvenient to use
Was great overall. They offered many free activities, but kayak is dangerous, so better they get rid of this one.
I was here for a business conference. Rooms are quiet and the windows open which is nice to let fresh air in
Other things are pretty good, the location is convenient, and the view from the room is beautiful

Nice location for the convention center. Not so special just plain typical Marriott property.
Nice resort with a gorgeous pool area. Rooms are modern and clean with daily housekeeping services. The property has several restaurants onsite but is also within walking distance of many more
com, the hotel attempted to charge me an additional $45 per day plus tax for the so-called "Destination Fee" at check-in. After contacting the hotel, they refunded the fee after multiple letters and two weeks
Jeremy's kindness and willingness to go the extra mile in helping me locate my misplaced belongings truly made my trip memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend Jeremy and the place he represents for an exceptional stay
That being said, breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the facilities are generally high-quality. If the billing issue hadn't occurred, my stay would have been much more enjoyable
This seems to reflect a policy of charging the Destination Fee by default, regardless of whether it has already been prepaid through third-party booking platforms

The market they have there has everything to eat and a wine selection and bakery that is convenient if you don’t want anything heavy after traveling all day and the wine was a great nightcap to go with my sand which
I LOVED the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Location and view across the water was lovely. Great amenities include large pool, free water bottles & refill stations and bikes for a cycle along the front
The hotel gives you the option to check in ahead of time in the app! I didn't do that, but as soon as I got there, I was able to get into the line for the Hilton Honors loyalty and service was quick and friendly
Safety is important to me so this hotel is a Very safe property with security and cameras everywhere and a visible smoking section so you can relax during your stay Staff were also super efficient when I asked for a hair dryer
The room had a huge window with a great view of the Coronado bridge. And the room had a window seat to sit a watch the boats and traffic below. The night time view was beautiful and relaxing after being out all day
I cannot remember the name of the individual who helped me, but if management is able to pull the person who helped check me in at the front desk, BRAVO to the young gentleman who was kind and knowledgeable

A bit noisy at the Pacific Dr is down the hotel, so earplugs are necessary on the bayside. This could be improved but all the windows would have to be changed for isolation (sound and thermic)
Poor lightings, pretty dark room. Bathroom was pretty dark and there was no shower head
Hope you like the sound of helicopters and planes as it's non-stop but I became immune after a few hours outside. Boardwalk is teaming with runners walkers strollers skate boarders etc
Excellent location and friendly staff. The rooms look a bit old and would need some renovation. Not many amenities in the hotel but we have all me need around
Room was definitely not what was pictured online. Balcony was extremely small. Front desk was rude and short when checking in. View was amazing.
It has a very Nice view and a convenient location! I would like to come back to this hotel if I visit San Diego next time.

Hotel is very good for price, centrally located, all hotel employees are nice and helpful
Weekend Stay The whole family stayed the weekend for my sons wedding in Balboa Park. Check in was super simple our rooms were spacious and clean and nicely decorated. A free glass of wine daily or beer is a nice treat
Me and my partner were so enamored by the hotel, it was clean and classy and our room had a wonderful view of part of the cityscape surrounding us. Everything was of course, very clean, and the staff were great
The Westin played a huge part in our overall experience spending our weekend in San Diego, so much so that we wished we didn’t need to leave. I look forward to the opportunity to stay again, in the future
My only complaint is the really expensive internet. I had brought my i pad to watch but the 18$ charge was to much. I was able to login to Apps on their TV so it was ok
Our romantic stay here was amplified by the friendliness and personal attention of all the staff, I and my spouse want to thank everyone here for everything

They have a breakfast buffet if you want to eat close by. Pool and hot tub closes at 10 located on 3rd floor. 24 hour access to fitness with ellipticals, treadmills, bikes and more. Heated towels are also available
Smack in between Little Italy & Glaslamp area. 15 mins walk is all it takes to either. The rooms are newly refurbished and clean. Spacious as well for business or leisure stay of 2.
The entrance is a one-way street, so be careful when navigating. The hotel's own valet parking costs $56 a day, but the advantage is that you can enter and exit at any time, with no limit on the number of times
Me and my Sister stayed at this hotel for my birthday. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by front desk agent Alice. She made the check in process very easy. As far as the room, it was PERFECT
We will definitely choose this hotel again and are grateful to the staff for creating a memorable time, as everyone was wonderful and great helping us
We had a wonderful stay in here. Our room and view was beautiful and we loved being in downtown as it was my first time being here

Michael Savage id like to add was a saving grace , as our trip was slightly changed and the arrival was missed on the first day of our reservation, but with a phone call and friendly conversation , he saved the entire trip by helping with getting the dates changed to better fit our time frame
It's right across from the Midway and a 5-minute walk from the Maritime Museum. We didn't even need our car during our entire stay since there's plenty of family friendly activities to do within walking distance
There's also a Starbucks conveniently located on the ground floor. The hotel spaces and room are top-notch. Truly leaves nothing to be desired. This will be our top-choice hotel whenever we visit San Diego
We also did the Flagship Harbor Boat Tour and took a quick walk to the Little Italy Food Hall. We dined everyday at Vista and/or Garibaldi and the staff at both restaurants were attentive and prompt
The cleanliness and attention to detail is second to none , from the warm welcome as you arrive from the front drive men, to the greetings from the front desk agents entering their gorgeous lobby
We loved everything about our stay! We were here this past week with our 2 young kids. Starting with the Front Office, Santiago and Michael were amazingly helpful and provided excellent service

Both with friends and a date and both times the services was on point. The staff is very attentive and provided us quick response time. Their service seems to always come with a friendly smile and good attitude
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in December. This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful when making reservation for restaurants and planning activities
For a new hotel, they are off to a great start and can't wait to see more of what's to come. I only wish that there was a way for the hotel guests use the sauna and steam room without booking a treatment
The bar was stocked, there was good candies/snacks, the shower was open and all glass, and we had a great view of the pool. This is definitely a hotel to visit again. I hear the atmosphere is LIT!
You'll be in good hands in this place. The Pendry has some good bars and restaurants to visit. I have been to this place two times and have had a really good time in each
The rooms were well maintained and had great views. The Lion Fish is a must visit when you stay at this hotel. We can't wait to come back to SD and the Pendry!

Excellent service from the moment of arrival up to the moment of departure. They truly are about their customer service & go above & beyond to accommodate just about any requests
Our room was was the biggest hotel room I have ever seen, no joke. Although it was not to bad, it was one of the worst Embassy Suites food experience I have had, given that they are usually great in terms of food
The needs are comfortable as is to be expected from a Hilton property. The one negative factor of these rooms is that the a/c is loud and comes on frequently throughout the night
Hotel is walkable to all of the major downtown areas including Little Italy and the Gaslamp area. There are also a good night of restaurants within a couple blocks
Plus the placement of the fan blows directly at the second bed. This makes me glad I don't have a King bed, but the double beds feel a little smaller than usual
The daily breakfast and daily happy hour included is great, but the cost of parking (valet only and $50 at time of writing) is absolutely absurd

The hospitality was excellent, and it was a great escape from the heat of Arizona. Highly recommend this hotel for your next getaway!
Best happy hour at the rooftop bar! Great bartender and staff! Ordered off the happy hour menu as well, great portion for good food. Will definitely be back.
The room was wide and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent
Had a wonderful three-day stay at the Gaslamp Marriott in San Diego! The location is perfect—just steps away from Petco Park and surrounded by downtown attractions
I guess they had a sold-out weekend and were a bit overwhelmed. The room is nice, nothing fancy but well appointed. We got a king-size bedroom and the bed was comfortable as you would expect in most Marriot hotels
The rooftop bar is nice but it's too crowded in the evening. Parking overnight is $60 and valet is convenient and fast. All in all, a good hotel, but we didn't get wowed in any way

20 min to Sea World, 15 minutes to the Zoo, and 15 minutes to the beach, (At least the one we went to) We will be back for another stay for sure
The valet parking offers in and out privileges, but is really expensive at $65/night. Some of the valet attendants are great. There was one man that didn’t appear to enjoy his job and wasn’t very pleasant
I recommend the complimentary tour to learn more about the history of the property. The rooms are updated and spacious until you reach the bathroom. It’s only suitable for single person use
It was as if the room had been remodeled and updated but not the bathroom. It’s within a 20-minute walk to East Village and Little Italy which worked out well for meal reservations
There’s no one standing at the front doors to greet you, open the door, or otherwise welcome you to property. The reception team was friendly and efficient
There isn’t much space for personal items. I had to keep my toiletries bag on top of the toilet. Also the aesthetic of the bathroom didn’t match room

There's also a business center for web searches and printing when needed. No free parking but valet is available for $50/night
Loved the location and hotel. Convenient just across the convention center. Clean room and lobby
The hotel is in a very good location, just opposite the conference center. Everything else is pretty standard, nothing special or bad
The hotel is located opposite the convention center. It is an old hotel with standard service. I booked a room with breakfast included. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk said there was no breakfast
The downside is that the restaurant is average, breakfast is not buffet, it is a la carte, and the price/performance ratio is also very low
Nice view. We valet parked at $65 a day and just walked everywhere. Food, coffee, shopping is all within blocks of hotel

My wife and I loved this hotel for a weekend getaway, and we hope to come again. Historic Pickwick Hotel was completely gutted and renamed the Sofia a decade ago
The service was excellent First choice for business travel The location is very good Check-in service feels very good
The hotel is located in the city center, like an old-fashioned standard hotel. The lobby is very beautiful and may be in disrepair
Perfect for a solo business trip. Nice and clean. Friendly staff.
Decent enough city centre hotel within walking distance if little Italy and gas lamp districts
The location of the hotel is very convenient on Broadway. The hotel rooms are served 24 hours a day, and there are free fruits including oranges and apples at the front desk

If you have status there is a club on the second floor where you can get drinks and snacks and breakfast. The fitness center is also located on the second floor
Two very important things were missing from this hotel that disappointed me- a pool and parking. Very inconvenient to have to pay $60 a night for valet or $25 per entry in a nearby parking structure
She was really patient with me when I had questions about the resort fees too (Sorry i forgot to ask your name girl but you were wearing glasses and working the weekend shift on 4/11! you were super sweet lol)
The view from our room was cool we could see a bit of the ocean. But I think my favorite part was that there was a small bed type of thing next to the window so you can lay there to enjoy the view
The first evening when we checked in the sun was about to set. The view from our room was stunning. The building in front of us would turn the lights on at night and it was really pretty
It was a pleasant stay at Hotel Republic:). The reception was sweet and gave us a warm welcome when we checked in and went through a list of what the resort fees include

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Stayed for 1 night and had one of the best experiences I've ever had. The room was modern, clean and the bathroom was phenomenal. We had a view of the bay and it was breath taking
One thing I enjoyed most was the water machines they had by the elevators, I could easily use my water bottles as they had options for shaved ice and ice water, something I've never seen before in a hotel but found it very useful
I can't recommend this hotel and its staff enough. From the moment we checked in they made sure to make our stay special. The hotel itself is in a great location just a short walk from the harbor and Little Italy
Luckily we had it all to ourselves 😊 One thing I like to point out in particular is they have water filling stations with ice on each floor so that was a nice little touch. Front staff and waitress was welcoming
Beautiful hotel with a beautiful room. Room was tiny however and the view wasn't too great due to the construction next door. Valet parking was pricey at $56. Got a $60 food/beverage credit as a Diamond member
We had a view to the water front which my wife loved. How you get to your room was interesting as you would hit a button by the elevator and the touch screen would tell you which elevator to take to your room

Later on that day we got a knock at the door and it was room service that brought us up a DVD player and several movies that Anna went and picked out for us
Neighborhood appeared clean and safe. Restaurant on property offered a very nice breakfast within standard pricing. The staff was polite and friendly
She topped it all off with a wonderful handwritten note wishing us relaxing evening. The hotel is centrally located in downtown and walking distance to a lot of the major attractions. We highly recommend this hotel
We checked in at the front desk and both the girls who helped us were extremely friendly, helpful, and very sweet. Zach parked our car and took our bags up to oor room
Fantastic experience I had no issues. Had a nicely appointed room. Got a deal it's definitely not cheap but I was comfortable and felt chic so worth it.
Great location near bars, restaurants, Petco park, convention center and the waterfront. Pretty and inviting lobby where they host a free wine/beer happy hour every night. Nice pool area, good WiFi and very dog friendly!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!! The staff is outstanding and very helpful!! Located within walking distance to multiple restaurants, lounges and nightlife. Some rooms have water views. Excellent spa and fitness center
From the palatial architecture, the fresh cookies at the front desk, the inviting parlor, to the wonderfully solid brass appointments in the bath, this hotel encourages guests to embrace a more measured and deliberate pace in life
The Westgate hearkens back to a golden age of travel and leisure. Every detail has been given attention. Every member of the staff is welcoming and engaged. The rooms are serene and sumptuous, perfectly prepared
They style is French, not exactly my cup of tea, but my wife loves it. My wife and I got married here 20 years ago and routinely come back and it has continued to maintain the same quality
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HoteIRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. We visited the Westgate to see some friends on our vacation

Peloton bike in the fitness room, umbrella to borrow for the rain and very clean room. Cozy furnishings, nice breakfast and rooftop restaurant in the afternoon. Also a little loud at night sometimes but fit the vibe
All rooms are cleaned to a high standard, and the views from the rooms are very beautiful. Also, all the hotel staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly
Beautiful location, super convenient and great amenities
The customer service here is consistently excellent, and the rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the biggest perks is that I can bring my dog with me, which makes traveling so much easier
We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each morning and were blown away by the service provided by Sergio and Victor. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome while attending to our every need
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by Harmony at the front desk. From my very first stay, Harmony has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome

Location is central but the immediate blocks have a homelessness problem. Lobby and shared spaces have great interior design, with good amenities. Staff is fantastic in the hotel, less so in the joining restaurant
Would give 5 stars but there was no AC working in my room and had to find out at 2am when I went to turn it on. So I slept with the windows open and listened to the streets all night
Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. This site will compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is the best rated in the area
I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I'm sure! Great room and staff. Housekeeping came and graciously helped clean up a mess we accidentally made
The complimentary adult beverages at Happy Hour, and free coffee and tea in the morning, are a nice bonus. served in the swanky bar / restaurant adjacent to the lobby

The rooms are very clean and the showers are great. The beds are comfortable; I sleep better than I do at home. The fitness center is a good size and the pool is nice. I like the sports memorabilia on the 6th floor
Very modern hotel right next to Petco park! It's right in the middle of all the action, across the street from the Convention center with the Gaslight district a few steps away
It is also across the street from the convention center and down the road (walking distance) to the Gas Lamp District. The rooms are big enough and clean but my bed was pretty poor
Room service was also superb! I got the Kobe Beef Burger with Truffle Fries and it was amazing!!! Be warned though that that have a 21 (or 22, I can't remember)% service charge and a 4 dollar delivery charge, all of which are already half the price of my burger
They didn't have a detachable shower head or a bidet but it was not a big problem for me. Service was impeccable and employees were able to answer my questions and concerns be it from the reception or via the phone
Stayed at room 1933 and had the view of PETCO. Though it was blocked with the solar panels of the stadium, I got a small glimpse of the games for 3 nights. Both the room and bathroom were big
