Context: Stayed her for 2 nights while attending a conference. Someone else was paying. Positives: Impressive entrances. Comfortable space. Room window opened. Negatives: Pretty basic shower. Everything about the hotel was super expensive. Notes: Interesting views over the naval base - I've not seen aircraft carriers in real life before. Summary: If you can afford to stay here, it's probably a...
I was here for a business conference. Rooms are quiet and the windows open which is nice to let fresh air in. They don’t use fragrance or air fresheners in lobby and common areas which is great since I find them bothersome. Beds and pillows super comfortable. A special shout out to Annabelle. The housekeeper who serviced my room. She was so nice and friendly and even had a robe and slippers delivered...
I had the chance to spend four days at this hotel for a conference in September 2023, marking my first visit to San Diego, CA. Prior to my arrival, I had already booked two cruise voyages. When I arrived at the hotel on Sunday morning around 8am, although check-in was scheduled for 4pm, they pleasantly surprised me by providing the room eight hours earlier. This flexibility was much appreciated! After...
The view was spectacular. I could sit and look out these windows over the harbor all day long! I love the fact that the scenery changes with every boat/ship that goes by. City lights at night were equally spectacular. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub while attending a conference here. Lots of restaurants, walking distance. Fantastic experience!
I stayed here for an Insurance Convention. When I arrived my room was ready and was upgraded to a higher floor with a great view. I ate the first night at the Landing which I had a grilled chicken Cesar Salad. It was pretty good with plenty of chicken. The only thing I would suggest is having the Cesar dressing already mixed in, I really don’t like mixing it myself as the bowl was filled high with...
Really enjoyed our stay! Really friendly staff. Zach gave us great suggestions and Nick was a great help as well. Great view, best location to the seaport and gas lamp, and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is very clean. Beautiful views of the bay with many amenities! Will come back and stay here again and recommend 10/10.

Guest service was excellent, from the valet to the front desk to the restaurant servers and more. The hotel and room (which had an amazing view by the way) were very clean. Food and drinks were great. They provided a cradle (not a toy) for my baby. The lobby was colorful and stylishly quirky. I would definitely stay there again.
Our family visited the HOTEL FROM HELL on our last trip to San Diego. Before leaving, we decided to find another hotel where everyone could enjoy good taste. THANK YOU, we found this gem. From the very beginning we had a wonderful experience. We made the reservation with Ashley who was at the front desk. She was very kind and accommodating to our crazy kids. She truly made the experience wonderful...
Nice space/room. Nice views. Conveniently located. Decent parking options (for a downtown hotel). Decent outside pool area. Overpriced would be an understatement, however... Only so-so food choices at the hotel itself - and again, overpriced. But the local area has so much to offer food-wise, you can just about overlook that...
Absolutely beautiful hotel inside and out.. the lounge areas, pool areas and surrounding ocean views are stunning..the rooms are very nice and very clean..the only downside is that there is no mini fridge to keep drinks cool. Very central area for walking to the local shops and restaurants in the Gaslamp district...recommend a taxi if you would like to visit the Little Italy District but well worth...
This is my go to place when I travel to San Diego. The hotel is incredible. The staff is really friendly and helpful. There place is always clean and the views of Coronado and the bay are incredible. If you ever have a chance, you must attend the New Years Eve party here. There is nothing like it!
Should be 5 stars but there were a few things off when we went. The room I wasn't THAT impressed with out of such a high spending place like the Hilton. The views were absolutely breathtaking. At night... BE PREPARED to hear big booms and such all night long from the boats being loaded with containers. If you at all have the chance book the north west side of the hotel as most of the container ships...

I just finished checking in and chatting with a lovely lady named Guadalupe. Even though it was crazy busy, she was able to take the time necessary to actually explain everything to me so that I could better understand the accommodations being provided. She helped us with updates and all other queries we had. She truly exemplifies how customer service should be everywhere you go. Setting the bar high...
Great experience, stayed for 7 nights and slept like a baby.) Very good service, clean rooms. Delicious food in the restaurants, coffee in the lobby - everything you need to feel at home. The only thing is in the parking lot you have to use your room key to get in and out and the "blue dot" is sort of low to the ground and you have to get out of the car to unlock it if you have an SUV or...
A very good holiday for your money. My room was a little small, but the balcony and view were very relaxing and private. You see planes landing. They have 1 hour free bike rental which can be extended for $8/hour. Water skiing, whale tours. The police station in the block is patrolled, it is safe to walk/drive within a 3 mile radius. The airport is across the street, so don't worry about missing...
They took care of a clean and beautiful place where we can comfortably accommodate. I liked the way we were placed. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. I had a great time staying at this prestigious hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone.
It was a good experience for me for the first time. This amazing hotel won my heart! I will give this place my "5" rating for the great and awesome help they gave me. They deserve high marks! I couldn't have wished for more! They strive to provide us with the best service that exceeds our expectations.
The conference staff was very helpful.Stayed at Bay tower toilets noise all night.Marina Tower noise issues as well and unable to move because of being fully booked.Food was good but $30-40 each meal.

very pretty hotel with history. there is an souvenir store inside and showing some historical videos about celebrities who were staying here, also some old pics of the hotel. quite funny. the interior is well maintained and elegant. you could spend a full day in this island visiting the hotel and nearby beach which are same awesome
Hotel is historic. There was a huge event going on during our stay, and we were not apart of it, so we were ignored by staff and much of the hotel was blocked off just for them. Would have been nice to relay this information to all guests, as I would have came a different time. We stayed in the original hotel with water view. Rooms were dated and the hallways were something out of an acid trip...
Staying at Hotel del Coronado in the winter is a magical experience. The iconic beachfront resort transforms into a winter wonderland with beautiful holiday lights and seasonal decor, creating a festive atmosphere. While it might be too chilly for swimming, the beach is still perfect for long walks, and the ocean views are just as breathtaking. The hotel offers special winter activities like ice skating...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Del Coronado, and it was absolutely incredible! This beautiful resort is located on a stunning peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the ocean that took my breath away. The hotel itself is a gorgeous blend of historic charm and modern luxury, making it a perfect getaway for both relaxation and adventure. The abundance of excellent restaurants on...
It's the Del. That speaks for itself. Location is spectacular. It's a huge resort so expect that feel. The shore house section was amazing, modern and elegant. The cabana rooms had great views but need updating. Significant ant problem that was quickly rectified. They did a good job masking the extensive construction in the old section. Prices were what you'd expect for a beachfront resort
Beautiful, historic hotel in the beautiful setting of Coronado Island. The architecture is gorgeous. The hotel is set on a stunning beach, and is open to the public. We were touring the island, not staying at the hotel, but we felt very welcome. Parking is super expensive, but with a validated ticket and proof of having spent $50 at the hotel, you can park for $5 (not sure if that is per hour....

A variety of great restaurants to pick. A historic area with charming buildings and a great atmosphere.
Its exactly what you pay for. A hotel room right smack dab in the middle of the Gaslamp District. It's not too fancy but it's not run down either. The bathrooms and showers are shared, by that I mean there's a bathroom/shower on the floor but it's not actually connected to your room. All in all I would stay here again. It's a great place if you're in town for the weekend to party. Because let's be...
I stayed here for a week during my conference. It was an amazing experience. Affordable, historic, and walking distance from anywhere you may need to go. The host, Katherine, was so hospitable and helpful. Its very quiet for the area it is in, and rooms, showers, and restrooms are clean. I would absolutely stay again if i went back. I miss the beautiful patio overlooking the street already!!
Somewhere between hostel and hotel you have to love this place for what it is. Yes, you can hear the street easily and the shower / bathroom facilities are shared, but everything is clean and the individual running the front desk is personable and available. Affordable, great location

Had a wonderful 4 days at Loews Coronado and plan to return next summer. Beautiful grounds and surroundings. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Spent a lot of time in the pool and the kids had a lot of fun. Easy access to the beach and my wife and I enjoyed morning runs around the property. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.
A wonderful 3 night mini getaway in a room overlooking the marina! It was a quiet, clean, peaceful place where my two teenagers could do online learning in the mornings and swim in the pool in the afternoons. The pools were comfortable which meant it wasn't too crowded, easy to find 4 spots together even at midday. The pool service was great! The food at the Cantina was incredibly wonderful - friendly...
Home Sweet Home! This hotel is always welcoming, from front staff to restaurant and management to cleaning staff. They make it feel like if I'm getting home. The foyer is always clean. So far this has been a great trip. The check in was very smooth and we were greeted with a glass of champagne. the lobby was open and expansive with a great view of the Coronado Bay. We stayed in a king-size partial Bay View room. Everything about the room was great. We love the view, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing with a deep soaking tube that made my wife very happy!...
Pool is great for kids and the pool staff is amazing! They really care about guest having a good time and go above and beyond what is expected. We had an issue with drinks and a mix up with our lunch order but our host, Shannon, fixed it all! Shannon made us feel like family during our stay!! Ask for her by name the next time you're visiting the pool!!
Beautiful place.. greeted with a refreshing Champagne while checking in. Literally a 5min walk to a beach. It gets chilly after 6 so bring a long sleeved shirt, jacket. A view from our room. Enjoy!

They have a breakfast buffet if you want to eat close by. Pool and hot tub closes at 10 located on 3rd floor. 24 hour access to fitness with ellipticals, treadmills, bikes and more. Heated towels are also available. Beds are cozy as are the comforters. Business center is convenient. $.65 per page to print 1st 15 minutes are free. Access to wifi via your room number.
I only spent a short amount of time here but the staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The interior has a very modern look to it. The room I visited was fairly spacious. The only negative comment I have is that finding parking at this location was a tad difficult. It may be easier if you are actually staying at this hotel but as I was visiting a friend, it was difficult to find on street parking
This hotel is amazing! The room was great, the service was excellent, and the location was prime for pretty much anything you could want to do. I absolutely loved my time in San Diego and can't wait to come back:)
The experience was quite good. Room was clean. Check-in and Check-out were painless. Decent bar, reception area. We did get a bit mixed-up between this hotel and another Westin 3 blocks down the same main street. That one is a little closer to the Gaslamp, if that's in your plans.
This review is for coffee/cafe area only. Stopped by to have coffee with some colleagues while in town. Grabbed coffee and banana bread. Both were good and fairly priced - about what you would pay at Starbucks or Peet's. Seating was plentiful and the space was pretty quiet even with other tables occupied. The Westin is attached to an office building so I assume it caters mainly to business crowd.
Classic Westin, always a dependable choice. Great food in the restaurant (had a great avacado toast), good coffee, good gym, nice rooms with good amount of space, pool (not big enough for lengths), hot tub. Great service as always.

Great Day Rate Hotel We stayed here for about 6 hours by calling and getting their Day Rate (about $100 less than regular rate). The hotel feels like you're tucked away in a nature resort on a bay. While the outside of the hotel looked dated, the rooms were all brand new, spacious, and clean! The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. The pool area was small, but it had everything kids need to have...
I liked this hotel a lot! A bit pricey but you have everything you need in one place. There is a complimentary 1 hour bike/ board rental with your stay. You can go for a great run from there as well! Also, great breakfast! Minus: the parking fee is $38 for a night!
It's a good hotel in a great location. The pools and hot tub were an excellent way to spend the evening. Be warned: be sure to consider the resort and parking fees in addition to the advertised nightly charge... And with parking at $38/day, it's a substantial difference. We had to change from the original room due to sewage gas backing up from the toilet. They switched the room upon request, but some...
Room in the main building is poor. I'm a Marriott girl.. reminds me why I avoid the Hyatt. Lovely noisey elevator forecasts a terrible night sleep. Property is pretty.. but who cares if sleep is bad.
I stayed Sunday night 10/22 with an ocean view king bed. Hotel is great, view is fantastic, swimming area well maintained. However, customer service is lacking. The bar/restauant in the pool area, you have to get the waiter/bartenders attention if you want something. No complimentary breakfast. I enjoyed the room, but overall experience was lacking. It seemed like every employee was just there to collect...
In my teens, my family took us here for a 2 night stay and it's one of my better hotel memories growing up. Walking distance to Sea World, and of course the San Diego sandy beach. The location was perfect to the event I attended. Unfortunately I could not stay the entire stay due to the hurricane that was predicted to come that did on Sunday am . I was here recently for the IVAT conference. Though I wasn't able to secure a room in this hotel, all the other facilities that I used during the week were superb. There was a fly issue early in the week but by the end of the week I think most of the flies had been contained. My only complaint if I had one was the lunch that we were offered. It was $20 for each day and I have to admit, what they were...
We stayed here for just one night at one of the suites. The room was nice and had a nice view over the city on the 12th floor. They have a nice pool and cafe area with some entertainment activities like ping pong table. I didn't like the grilled chicken sandwich by the pool. Chicken was very dry and the bread didn't taste good either. The restaurant opens at 4pm. I went for the breakfast downstairs...
Overall it is great, we had breakfast included in our booking. The room is good, service is good, but they really need to do something about flies in their breakfast buffet room. We saw fruit flies on the bread when we tried to take tongs from the bread plate on day one, on day two, the bread was covered, but there was a big fly on the ham, after that, we don’t want to have any food there.
We stayed 3 nights in a corner room on the 3rd floor on July 20, 2023 overlooking the pool. The property and rooms were very nice, we enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, breakfast, and paid $35 for covered parking. Complimentary water bottles each day of our stay was very nice. Our biggest complaint is the noise level of other guest rooms. Even though we were in a corner room, for 2 nights we heard a...
Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and 2 kids while we took a trip to the zoo and Legoland. I’ve stayed at several Hyatt’s in my day and we found this one to not disappoint! So I loved this place. It was a beautiful room (I had the junior suite) with a nice patio and very spacious. The bed was so hard though. that was my only complaint about the room other then that, It was beautifully furnished and clean. The pools were a bit lacking but it was nice to have to ourselves. The private beach was awesome.
Great fun hotel. Resort feel. Friendly staff. Clean refurbished rooms. Great facilities and amazing pools. The resort fee and parking fees are separately charged and rather high, but you get what you pay for, parking right next to the room and great facilities.
Stayed for one night and we had a nice experience. The rooms are nice and updated on the inside, could use some work on the exterior as they were built in the 60s and are showing some age. They're all little individual bungalows, some with bay views, other with garden views. We were staying with some other families and requested to be near them, but ended up on the other side of the island. Not a big...
Wow! I can't say enough about this resort. They are amazing! The staff, the grounds, the room (although I wish there was a screen on the door) all exceeded expectations and made my stay there the best I have ever experienced. The only downside was the "extra" fees associated 32.00 a day for hotel fees and 38.00 a day for parking. I will never be able to afford to stay there again, but for the...
It's a beautiful property with nice views of the bay. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. It's the perfect place to relax and not do anything. I wouldn't recommend any of the restaurants. You can always eat out or take it back to the room to eat. The staff is very friendly and the pools are nice. They do a great job keeping the grounds nice. The tennis courts and ping pong table being included...
Incredibly friendly staff, everyone we talked to was so helpful and nice. Everything on campus is (as you might expect) super expensive, from food to basics at their island market. We didn't drive, but I thought it was kind of ridiculous that they charge you to park your car overnight even though rooms have reserved spaces that no one else will use if you don't. We had a fantastic stay at the Pendry. Our room on the 11th floor was beautiful with lots of lovely touches. It was absolutely spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great service and nice rooms. Would 100% stay here again. For a new hotel, they are off to a great start and can't wait to see more of what's to come. I only wish that there was a way for the hotel guests use the sauna and steam room without booking a treatment. All in all, it's a great place to stay. I also like there are so many restaurants and bars all on site with good food and drinks.
The room we stayed in was the superior king and it was great. I think the room would interest a young adult or couple. We were very happy with the room, it had all things we needed to have a good night night/time in the room. The bar was stocked, there was good candies/snacks, the shower was open and all glass, and we had a great view of the pool. This is definitely a hotel to visit again. I hear the...
Fifth and Rose is a nice hotel bar. Had a few cocktails and beers the other night and was impressed with the vibe and quality of the service and drinks. It's too bad Sam Diego doesn't allow outdoor fire pit seating after midnight, though, because this bar has some nice seating.

Lovely property in the middle of the city with cute desert resort oasis vibes, but not a perfect stay. Stayed over here as part of a buss trip. The grounds are nice and provide a relaxing vibe. During the chilly May month it was too cold to enjoy the evening more but I can imagine in the summer it must be rather nice. Cute property. Good location. Average service. Room 265 felt damp & electric in room was not quite right (flickered). AC unit couldn't effectively regulate temp. Best part of San Diego!!!! This hotel is located on Coronado Island and is close enough to the beach , restaurants, and shopping. The main entrance to the hotel is actually at the back of the property. At the front of the hotel, you have to use your room card to enter. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, which is in a great location. I would give 3.5 stars. As the general hotel star rating goes, this is more 4 than 5 stars. Staff was very helpful and kind. We figured that the location of the hotel would be great for exploring the city a bit, but the direct vicinity of the hotel...
The customer service at the Grant was impeccable, more than one can ask for at what I consider to be an affordable price. This hotel is located in a fantastic spot. Just a couple of issues we had: 1- bathtub had some hair in it and 2 - booking was a pain...I had originally booked to stay 3 nights and had to cut it down to 2 nights, but the manager said we had to book for a 2 night minimum stay at a higher rate. There's also a business center for web searches and printing when needed. No free parking but valet is available for $50/night. There's a 24 hour convenience store across the street for everything from a six pack to a sandwich if you're not...
Nostalgic. Beautiful. Walking distance. Hotels can be pricey, but worth it! And here's why; Gas lamp has everything! Baseball stadium, bars, restaurant's, sights, rickshaws! All within walking distance for the most part. There is even water taxi's, and close to Coronado! There is an old battleship museum, and of course SeaWorld is around the corner! Parking however, sucks! Expensive, even at the hotel...
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... We found the room to be clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed being able to open the sliding door on Juliette balcony to enjoy fresh air. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even messaged us during our stay to see if there was anything we needed...

The rooms were inexpensive, the staff were very nice, everything about the stay was excellent. The quality of the room was very decent considering the price that was paid and was very conveniently located directly off the interstate. The restaurant had a decent selection and it's nice you don't have to leave the property to go grab some food everyone there was friendly more than willing to help. Great...
This was a great rate for a room in this location. Bathroom was clean with no spots or mold in tile or grout which is what I always look for. For what we paid the room was well outfitted and comfortable. WiFi worked very well and there was free parking. Didn't get to try amenities (fitness room, pool or jacuzzi) but they all looked fine when we passed them by.
Pretty nice place to stay for a few days when visiting San Diego. The bed (Queen size) is comfortable. Bathroom is clean and has basic toiletries covered. Staff is friendly too. No complimentary water though. Overall very good value. Would probably stay here again.
Amazing American breakfast. Their french toast is the best i have ever had. The resort is very good except for sometimes creepy crawlies get into the room, even on the bed. It may be probably because of the lush greenery around, but gets a little scary.
Great hotel. There is no complimentary, but our room was cleaned and towels replenished every day. I loved all the lush vegetation along the walk ways. It gave it a jungle feel. The hot tub and heated outdoor pool was a nice touch too.
Nice location. Easy to access points of interest quickly from here. Bring your own pillow, these feel like tiny bags of fill ?. Rooms are very small, I guess you could say "cozy". Beds comfortable. A little disappointed there was no breakfast, had to re-figure my budget for a family of four. Everynight the lot was full,so I'm sure breakfast could be served even a continental breakfast. Room...

Fancy! Huge room - loved the shower/small bath. Fridge in room. central location- we walked everywhere & didn’t take the car out of the parking once!
The Westgate hearkens back to a golden age of travel and leisure. Every detail has been given attention. Every member of the staff is welcoming and engaged. The rooms are serene and sumptuous, perfectly prepared. The beds are so high quality that for the first time in all of my travels, I do not look forward to returning to my own bed. The Westgate encourages harried wanderers to take a step apace...
Great Hotel in Downtown San Diego! My wife says it's Sam Diego's best kept secret in terms of hotels. Very large, comfortable rooms, great showers and water pressure. They style is French, not exactly my cup of tea, but my wife loves it. My wife and I got married here 20 years ago and routinely come back and it has continued to maintain the same quality.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel!! The staff is outstanding and very helpful!! Located within walking distance to multiple restaurants, lounges and nightlife. Some rooms have water views. Excellent spa and fitness center. Worth a visit!! Will definitely return
I would rate it 5 stars but the service at the pool was nonexistent. I ordered poolside and was told 30 minutes. That’s fine, but 1 hour later… still no food. I called to see if it was forgotten and I had to repeat my order twice. They forgot to put it in? The gym and spa was beautiful but the pool area need maintenance. Cracks in the pool, mold on the grout of the jacuzzi. Amenities… see above
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HoteIRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... We visited the Westgate to see some friends on our vacation. Beautiful, elegant hotel. The entire atmosphere oozes money and pampering, in a good way. Much too expensive for me, but if you can afford it or have found good deals, it would be much worth it to go here. We...

didnt impress but they did deliver on the natural beauty. prices are pretty high but youre on the beach-coronado beach no less. 15 per cushioned chair, an additional 20 for a parasol. i had a good sunbathing and masquerading as a visiting Frenchman
Beach Village at “the Del” is among my top three favorite hotels in the world (along with the Ritz Paris and Ojai Valley Inn and Spa.) The Beach Village cottages and villas are adjacent to the historic Hotel Del Coronado, (called “The Del” by we San Diego natives), which dates back to 1888. Beach Village rooms have a casual, yet luxurious beachside vibe. Our family has stayed in the same corner room...

The breakfast was okay and better over the weekends. The daily supply of snacks and all round availability of Starbucks coffee was a plus. The Happy Hour engagements were also encouraging.
Helpful staff. Breakfast was really crowded, but we were there during spring break, so that's understandable. The parking spaces are way too narrow. The room was nice and fairly clean. Breakfast food was good and had nice variety. Location was convenient to get around town from.
Hotel in prime location. Very easy to access to major attractions. Free breakfast and dinner was great. Plenty to do around the hotel. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. Only downside was no safe available, and little drawer space. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Overall would most definitely stay again.
Love it here! My son is a VERY picky eater and it's always stressful thinking of traveling and staying in a hotel since we can't prepare his food and have to count on take out and restaurants which he refuses to try at 3 years old. I was SO relieved when we stayed at Homewood Suites. They even have an in room toaster on their full mini kitchen. The fridge is full size which makes up for not having...
This brand new hotel has a very kind and professional staff. From the hotel managers to the housekeeping staff they all smile and treat you very well. They were able to accommodate a last minute crib request and went above and beyond for us. The rooms are amazing and have the modern conveniences and amenities. Very recommended!
My family had a wonderful stay here. Great location (close to downtown, the airport, SeaWorld, the Zoo). Staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The suite we had was super clean..looked brand new. The beds were comfortable and we just felt at home. The free breakfast exceeded my expectations by far. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. I highly recommend this hotel!!

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Very professional staff and GREAT rooms. When checking in with baby the staff looked to see what room would accommodate a pack n play. Clean for baby to get around in.thanks so much.
Sofia Hotel, when the say Boutique and historical they mean old and small. Quality is AMAZING, hotel could not be cleaner, and the decore is world class. But the rooms are smaller then ones in Japan hotels, and most rooms have a view of a brick wall. If you want high quality and location then you could not do better. If you plan on spending any time in the room just be prepared, it's small.
?Not Phila Eagles? fans Nice boutique hotel. Front desk and housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. However, while visiting the hotel's bar & grill to have a drink, I requested to see the Philadelphia Eagles game and request was denied. DENIED! I was told by the male bartender that no one knew how to change the channel. "NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO CHANGE THE CHANNEL" REALLY?!! There was all of 5 people...
Decent enough city centre hotel within walking distance if little Italy and gas lamp districts. The building has an interesting history which is told across the hotel in communal areas- makes leaving the building take longer as you end up reading everything. The rooms and general decor are quite dark, for some this is probably appealing, I thought it was a bit dated and a touch depressing. During the...
John the manager is awesome. Great customer service, beautiful suite. Staff is friendly and courteous and valet is prompt. Check out Currant, the hotel bar. Amber is an absolute sweetheart.
Alright stay but nothing special. Good location for downtown. Comfy bed. Poor maintenance in room. Stayed for 3 nights. I asked them to fix the light above the sink because I couldn't see to wash but this was not carried out. Overpriced overnight parking too.
