The facilities are very old, and the infrastructure is almost as bad as that in the United States. The breakfast is a low-end white food. From check-in, you have to pick up your own luggage, check-out, and drive your own car to load your luggage. There is no service at all. It is not comparable to ordinary star-rated hotels in China. Although it was not to bad, it was one of the worst Embassy Suites food experience I have had, given that they are usually great in terms of food. The location of the hotel is very convenient on Broadway. The hotel rooms are served 24 hours a day, and there are free fruits including oranges and apples at the front desk. It's too late. Regular cleaning, the attitude of the front desk is okay, but there is no money to change. The room is relatively small, and the three-star hotel is a bit expensive for this fare.
