very pretty hotel with history. there is an souvenir store inside and showing some historical videos about celebrities who were staying here, also some old pics of the hotel. quite funny. the interior is well maintained and elegant. you could spend a full day in this island visiting the hotel and nearby beach which are same awesome
Hotel is historic. There was a huge event going on during our stay, and we were not apart of it, so we were ignored by staff and much of the hotel was blocked off just for them. Would have been nice to relay this information to all guests, as I would have came a different time. We stayed in the original hotel with water view. Rooms were dated and the hallways were something out of an acid trip...
Staying at Hotel del Coronado in the winter is a magical experience. The iconic beachfront resort transforms into a winter wonderland with beautiful holiday lights and seasonal decor, creating a festive atmosphere. While it might be too chilly for swimming, the beach is still perfect for long walks, and the ocean views are just as breathtaking. The hotel offers special winter activities like ice skating...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Del Coronado, and it was absolutely incredible! This beautiful resort is located on a stunning peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the ocean that took my breath away. The hotel itself is a gorgeous blend of historic charm and modern luxury, making it a perfect getaway for both relaxation and adventure. The abundance of excellent restaurants on...
It's the Del. That speaks for itself. Location is spectacular. It's a huge resort so expect that feel. The shore house section was amazing, modern and elegant. The cabana rooms had great views but need updating. Significant ant problem that was quickly rectified. They did a good job masking the extensive construction in the old section. Prices were what you'd expect for a beachfront resort
Beautiful, historic hotel in the beautiful setting of Coronado Island. The architecture is gorgeous. The hotel is set on a stunning beach, and is open to the public. We were touring the island, not staying at the hotel, but we felt very welcome. Parking is super expensive, but with a validated ticket and proof of having spent $50 at the hotel, you can park for $5 (not sure if that is per hour....

We had a fantastic stay at the Pendry. Our room on the 11th floor was beautiful with lots of lovely touches. It was absolutely spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. They upgraded our room as well because of it being our honeymoon and turned up with some little chocolates which was so nice. The staff were really helpful and location was great in the GasLamp quarter. The pool and jacuzzi...
Great service and nice rooms. Would 100% stay here again. For a new hotel, they are off to a great start and can't wait to see more of what's to come. I only wish that there was a way for the hotel guests use the sauna and steam room without booking a treatment. All in all, it's a great place to stay. I also like there are so many restaurants and bars all on site with good food and drinks.
The room we stayed in was the superior king and it was great. I think the room would interest a young adult or couple. We were very happy with the room, it had all things we needed to have a good night night/time in the room. The bar was stocked, there was good candies/snacks, the shower was open and all glass, and we had a great view of the pool. This is definitely a hotel to visit again. I hear the...
Fifth and Rose is a nice hotel bar. Had a few cocktails and beers the other night and was impressed with the vibe and quality of the service and drinks. It's too bad Sam Diego doesn't allow outdoor fire pit seating after midnight, though, because this bar has some nice seating.
You'll be in good hands in this place. The Pendry has some good bars and restaurants to visit. I have been to this place two times and have had a really good time in each. Both with friends and a date and both times the services was on point. The staff is very attentive and provided us quick response time. Their service seems to always come with a friendly smile and good attitude. The environment...
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in December. This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful when making reservation for restaurants and planning activities. The rooms were well maintained and had great views. The Lion Fish is a must visit when you stay at this hotel. We can't wait to come back to SD and the Pendry!

The US Grant Hotel was perfect. The valet was super fast, the car was always waiting for us at the door. The staff and service was impeccable in every way. Every staff member we delt with was amazing. It was like we were the only people there. The food was very good. The location is in a great area with plenty of things to do for nightlife with in walking distance. 20 min to Sea World, 15 minutes to...
The main entrance to the hotel is actually at the back of the property. At the front of the hotel, you have to use your room card to enter. There’s no one standing at the front doors to greet you, open the door, or otherwise welcome you to property. The reception team was friendly and efficient. I recommend the complimentary tour to learn more about the history of the property. I stayed on a high...
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, which is in a great location. We could do without some of the homelessness around the downtown area, but the hotel maintains its elegance in its close surroundings. The room and bathroom were both spacious. I would like to give a huge shout out to Robert (head of valet) and Jerry (head of security) for their utmost professionlism and courtesy during...
I would give 3.5 stars. As the general hotel star rating goes, this is more 4 than 5 stars. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room was fine, but pillows were not great, and there were some holes in both bottom and top sheets. The toilet was loose and moved when sitting on it. We figured that the location of the hotel would be great for exploring the city a bit, but the direct vicinity of the hotel...
The customer service at the Grant was impeccable, more than one can ask for at what I consider to be an affordable price. I stayed in room 604 which is located right beside the elevator. 24 hours a day you hear the elevator going up & down. I would recommend avoiding room 604 for this reason. It's only a guess as to why I got this room, but I was there very early before their usual check-in time...

Would give 5 stars but there was no AC working in my room and had to find out at 2am when I went to turn it on. So I slept with the windows open and listened to the streets all night. However, the front desk staff and Karon “K” working valet were AMAZING and extremely friendly. Very nice hotel and great location. Would stay here again, but would like to know if AC is having issues upon arrival or...
Great staff. Valet gets a bit busy at peak times but they hustle. Rooms are good. Clean. Showers are awesome. Comfortable beds. Kimpton does sometimes but no coffee in the room. Minor issue. Wifi is fast. Pool is nice.. workout /gym is good. Would recommend.

We spent a night here during the holidays and we loved it. Very well decorated and festive, yet in a modern and classy way. The lobby is spacious with plenty of options for seating, and the elevators right next to the check-in desk. The rooms are updated and cozy, with low beds and comfy sheets. Our bathroom was renovated and very nice too. I liked having a balcony with a view of the pool and downtown...
Had a blast celebrating my Birthday and the 4th of July, the staff went out of their way to make our stay incredible! The room was gorgeous, and the bed very comfy, can’t say enough about the showers also! We were close to everything. Thank you again for an amazing memorable stay!
This was the view from our room! The staff was great! The rooms were clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. This is near the airport but we really couldn’t hear the noise! I enjoyed watching the planes! Also, they are pet friendly, I think, they are near a nice dog park! I wish I had known because I left my puppy with family when I could have brought her with me!

Beach Village at “the Del” is among my top three favorite hotels in the world (along with the Ritz Paris and Ojai Valley Inn and Spa.) The Beach Village cottages and villas are adjacent to the historic Hotel Del Coronado, (called “The Del” by we San Diego natives), which dates back to 1888. Beautiful hotel with a fantastic spa. I got color done on my hair and was very happy with the result. The staff is truly lovely, and the grounds and facilities are immaculate.
I played a wonderful round of golf at the Grand, followed by drinks in the restaurant. The grounds and course are absolutely top notch. Our experience was enhanced tremendously by our caddie, Joe. After a wonderful round, we enjoyed a couple rounds of drinks in the restaurant. The staff was warm and welcoming. Overall, the experience was fantastic.
Best hotel in San Diego, the grounds are excellent, well taken care of, and beautiful. The staff is very nice, and even though I’ve never stayed here, (I just attend events and various fund raisers there), I’m sure the rooms are incredible as well. The tea here is a must-do and I was very honored to attend one.
This hotel is the most amazing hotel in Del Mar. The staff is incredible, the views are amazing, it is without a doubt a wonderful place to stay. The staff are all amazing. They go above and beyond to help you and the servers are amazing. Especially Valdemar at Amaya. The housekeepers are the best. Every time they clean it looks amazing. The tennis courts are the best if you play. You just have to...
This place is absolutely gorgeous, inland off the 56 in Del Mar. Golf, spa, hiking, super nice restaurants. Service is tops. Decor is classic, ornate. Antiques, heavy mouldings, vast rooms and floral arrangements. Horseback riding available! Must try: Amaya eggs for breakfast. Special occasions, big fountain out front, lovely views.
I've stayed here twice, once for a photoshoot and once for my mom's birthday. Both times were absolutely fantastic. The grounds are simply breathtaking. I love walking around this place, it feels like you're walking around a castle. The first room I had included a beautiful balcony, as did the second. The second also had a lovely soaking tub, which I enjoyed every day we were there. I've eaten at every...

Excellent experience at The Lodge at Torrey Pines. The setting was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the beds were comfortable. Not much more you could ask for. One thing I couldn’t help but notice was that all the staff seemed genuinely happy and caring, it makes all interactions that much more pleasant. I highly recommend The Lodge!
Absolutely gorgeous artisan hotel. Very golf centered, but still enjoyable for all. The craftsmanship of the entire hotel makes you feel as if you are truly in another world, it was the perfect escape. The stone work and the landscaping took my breath away! We had an outstanding experience this past weekend at the Lodge at Torrey Pines! Every aspect of our stay was 5 star, from check-in, to our amazing suite, restaurants, spa treatments, car service, room service....Just fantastic. Service was honestly one of the best I have experienced and we have stayed in many hotels around the world. I had planned a very special weekend with my 3 daughters who...
They firstly gave us the wrong type of room, then I argued with them and they found out they did give us the wrong room and apologize to us. They said they will give us 50 percent discount for the mistake but we didn’t receive this discount back.
The Lodge is one of a kind. I’ve golfed at Torrey Pines, but never while staying at the Lodge. Point being that this oasis isn’t just for golfers / golfing. While not an inexpensive lodging option, the many special touches are reminiscent of a Four Seasons / Ritz experience, albeit tucked into the unassuming charm of craftsman architecture (more unassuming compared to most top lodging brands), which...
Great stay across all dimensions. Staff and service are great, grounds are beautiful, golf course is really good (or so I heard - I for one enjoyed running in the park nearby), pool makes it attractive for families as well. Rooms and design are obviously on the “vintage” side. Location is beautiful but not a lot nearby apart from the beautiful coast / running and hiking spots. Small nit: fireplaces...

Im going back again. Phenomenal place to stay! Loved it. Close to everything.
The property itself was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and attentive. However, the room was smaller than expect, towels were rough and the bathroom set up was terrible. They offer valet parking (overnight stay) for $65, but you can park a few blocks down for $25/night.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant! The restaurants and bar were also great! The downtown area leaves a lot to be desired but that isn’t the hotel’s responsibility. We had a great experience!
the shower was dirty and we cleaned it! But overall a good place to stay near barss!!
It's okay, but the price/performance ratio is not high.
Great stay other than the pool area being closed on 1 of our 2 days for a private function meaning we had to vacate by 4pm and couldn’t use the bar for food and drinks without having to order them through room service. Ian at reception offered a bar credit as means of apology and Emily at the pool bar done what she could to help

Beautiful building. Rooms on the upper floors offer a beautiful view. Very convenient parking. Excellent location right next to the marina and close to the USS Midway aircraft carrier (recommended visit). .
An incredibly clean hotel with exceptionally friendly staff — everything was truly satisfying. The ocean view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. The only downside was that parking fees are charged separately, and the parking facility was somewhat inconvenient to use.
Very good nice hotel recommend this hotel I think this hotel is best hotel
Was great overall. They offered many free activities, but kayak is dangerous, so better they get rid of this one.
On the last day of the extended stay, the staff seemed to have not received the notice and opened the room door directly at around 11:30 in the morning. I was shocked. There is a problem with the management in this regard. Other things are pretty good, the location is convenient, and the view from the room is beautiful.
The hotel is great. It is next to the sea and is full of yachts and sailboats. The Midway aircraft carrier is a 15-minute walk away. Recommended

I LOVED the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Location and view across the water was lovely. Great amenities include large pool, free water bottles & refill stations and bikes for a cycle along the front. Oh and onsite Starbucks! I’d recommend if you’re staying downtown San Diego.
My family and I stayed at this hotel a couple days ago and not only was the hotel great but the staff were welcoming and courteous throughout our stay. We got a great deal for a future vacation through Armando with Hilton Grand Vacations, who was very professional and informative. We're very happy we met him.
I am currently staying at this hotel for a conference. The hotel gives you the option to check in ahead of time in the app! I didn't do that, but as soon as I got there, I was able to get into the line for the Hilton Honors loyalty and service was quick and friendly. The Sheraton San Diego resort is one that may change your expectations in what a hotel offers its customers. We loved everything about our stay! We were here this past week with our 2 young kids. Starting with the Front Office, Santiago and Michael were amazingly helpful and provided excellent service. The rooms are modern and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping is very thorough, and anytime we called with a request, they were at our door within 10 minutes. The location of the hotel can't be beat. It's right...
Exceptional Stay with Beautiful Views and Outstanding Service We had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is immaculate, offering breathtaking views that add a special touch to the experience. The rooms are spacious, featuring modern furniture, tall windows, and neat, well-maintained bathrooms. We also enjoyed a meal at the lobby restaurant...
I’ve stayed this hotel 5 times in the past two years and it is fantastic. The staff are always super kind and helpful, and try their best to accommodate our preferences. The location is unbeatable and within walking distance to many awesome restaurants and attractions. Love it!
Great location ! It's really close to the train station and walkable to tourist attraction. The Room was a bit smaller than expected but really nice view. The club room is good.

The facilities are very old, and the infrastructure is almost as bad as that in the United States. The breakfast is a low-end white food. From check-in, you have to pick up your own luggage, check-out, and drive your own car to load your luggage. There is no service at all. It is not comparable to ordinary star-rated hotels in China. The price is very reasonable.
A resort hotel right next to a nice golf course. Even if it is a resort, charging the resort fee, it is more of business hotel with less and outdated facilities. Overall, old and boring but good enough for biz trip.
In town for a wedding and the hotel is very nice. The front desk staff are so helpful and at the end of our first night our bartender Nick was awesome. He was very efficient with the crowd! Overall great time!
Staff nice. Rooms /all of the HOTEL needs to be updated. FUNKY and not worth the $$. I had stayed there a couple of years ago and it wasn't great, I assumed it was the level of room that was available at the time. This time I had the best room...........which was still as funky! My room wasn't cleaned until the 2nd day. TOO bad the location and property value warrants a complete overhaul. Stay somewhere...
Joanne and Torrey welcomed me with smiling faces when I walked into the restaurant area of the hotel. They were very interactive and informative, suggesting great items off the menu. They have an inviting aura about them with all of the customers. They should be rewarded for their outstanding customer service
The environment is beautiful and the rooms are large, which provides tourists with space to relieve physical fatigue.

So I loved this place. It was a beautiful room (I had the junior suite) with a nice patio and very spacious. The bed was so hard though. that was my only complaint about the room other then that, It was beautifully furnished and clean. The pools were a bit lacking but it was nice to have to ourselves. The private beach was awesome.
Great fun hotel. Resort feel. Friendly staff. Clean refurbished rooms. Great facilities and amazing pools. The resort fee and parking fees are separately charged and rather high, but you get what you pay for, parking right next to the room and great facilities.
Stayed for one night and we had a nice experience. The rooms are nice and updated on the inside, could use some work on the exterior as they were built in the 60s and are showing some age. They're all little individual bungalows, some with bay views, other with garden views. We were staying with some other families and requested to be near them, but ended up on the other side of the island. Not a big...
Wow! I can't say enough about this resort. They are amazing! The staff, the grounds, the room (although I wish there was a screen on the door) all exceeded expectations and made my stay there the best I have ever experienced. The only downside was the "extra" fees associated 32.00 a day for hotel fees and 38.00 a day for parking. I will never be able to afford to stay there again, but for the...
It's a beautiful property with nice views of the bay. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. It's the perfect place to relax and not do anything. I wouldn't recommend any of the restaurants. You can always eat out or take it back to the room to eat. The staff is very friendly and the pools are nice. They do a great job keeping the grounds nice. The tennis courts and ping pong table being included...
Incredibly friendly staff, everyone we talked to was so helpful and nice. Everything on campus is (as you might expect) super expensive, from food to basics at their island market. We didn't drive, but I thought it was kind of ridiculous that they charge you to park your car overnight even though rooms have reserved spaces that no one else will use if you don't. Other than that, the entire area is...

We recently stayed here with a group of 25 guests, including both children and adults, and our experience was outstanding! Wally and Christian went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcome and attended to. Their level of service was truly exceptional; they handled everything with professionalism and a warm, friendly attitude that made our stay memorable. Thanks to their efforts, we’re already...
No problems and no complaints. Breakfast buffet was always the same, after a week it gets a bit boring.
Location was reasonable if you drive. Parking a bit expensive though.
Easy checking in and out. The room was spacious enough for three people.
No hot water in the morning of checking out. They did not notify us regard to the hot water. I stood in the shower for 45 minutes for hot water that never happened. Stain twelves and pillow case. Sheet are so old that goodwill will not accept it. They should take name of Hilton off and called hostile. When all issue was mentioned to front desk, they gave us a free parking, $19 value😡😡
I was charged parking fee the fact was that I did not drive car and just took Lyft and Uber during my stay.

Breakfast and service was great and so was the location.
Vanessa and staff were very friendly and professional. Room was very clean and modern. Excellent stay!
The location is great. Hotel is walkable to all of the major downtown areas including Little Italy and the Gaslamp area. There are also a good night of restaurants within a couple blocks. The needs are comfortable as is to be expected from a Hilton property. The one negative factor of these rooms is that the a/c is loud and comes on frequently throughout the night. Plus the placement of the fan blows...
This place was great. Our room was was the biggest hotel room I have ever seen, no joke. We had a great view also. The problem was the food. Although it was not to bad, it was one of the worst Embassy Suites food experience I have had, given that they are usually great in terms of food. But the veggies in the omelets were not packed in, so it was impossible to eat it. Overall though, it was GREAT
Excellent service from the moment of arrival up to the moment of departure. They truly are about their customer service & go above & beyond to accommodate just about any requests. The room was spacious with pleanty of room & everything a person would need on a daily basis. The view was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of both downtown as well as SD Bay area. Personally, the hotels location...
This was a great place to stay, quiet and just off the promenade. Stayed at the conference center. Pool and hot tub outside were nice, and theres a more family friendly option at the main hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay there, only thing that didn't thrill me, in hotel Starbucks wasn't as good as what I'm used to.

The room was wide and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent
The overall service is very satisfactory. The hotel has a superior location, convenient transportation, and a wide variety of food options nearby. I will choose this hotel again on my next business trip and will recommend it to my friends.
Had a wonderful three-day stay at the Gaslamp Marriott in San Diego! The location is perfect—just steps away from Petco Park and surrounded by downtown attractions. The hospitality was excellent, and it was a great escape from the heat of Arizona. Highly recommend this hotel for your next getaway!
Rooms are pretty clean but dated and have carpeting, just not my preference. Needs a renovation. Location is great. 2 of the 4 elevators were out for servicing.
It's pretty bad. I booked a place to rest temporarily, but the environment is not good.
It's a good hotel. We stayed only one night but we didn't really get that experience of a 4-star hotel. Price was reasonable, we booked it last minute. Reception staff was not very friendly. I guess they had a sold-out weekend and were a bit overwhelmed. The room is nice, nothing fancy but well appointed. We got a king-size bedroom and the bed was comfortable as you would expect in most Marriot hotels...

Had a fantastic vacation here with my wife and kiddos. Best location for a family in San Diego. Great service, great food and very accommodating. Only gave 4/5 because of inside the rooms themselves, I don’t think this hotel has been remodeled or renovated in over a decade or more, it’s falling apart and seems like a cheap motel in the rooms. Catamaran please renovate your rooms to modern times.
Wonderful time at this resort near Mission Bay & on Pacific Beach boardwalk. This hotel is in an ideal spot- a block from the beach. Restaurants. Night life, day time fun, shopping! Loved it. The resort itself is beautiful but the rooms Definitely need an update. It smells like an old home, clean old home but still.. the room set ups are outdated, the furniture is HUGE & bulky and it was very difficult...
I reserved a room at Catamaran for a newlywed couple as a gift! I went to check them in and everything went easy and smooth! We only stayed a couple of days, but I liked the casual, laid back "feel" of the place. The rooms were nice, the decor could be updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. What I liked about the Catamaran Resort's location is it's on the "bay" side which is very nice and there are lots of water sports you can do! But just across the street is the beach (both are in Mission Beach just south of Pacific...
Probably the best part of this hotel is it's location situated between the bay and the ocean. If you want calm and quiet, the bay with it's lounge chairs and umbrellas is inviting. Otherwise the beach side has a ton of restaurants and rentals within a five minute walk. The room is a little outdated but really clean, and the hotel grounds are beautiful and we'll maintained and the staff is great. We...

Beautiful location and clean rooms. Dog Friendly! Staff of very polite. Food is delicious (the Avocado Toast is to die for!). Family friendly. Pool is open late and overlooks the San Diego Bay with a view of Padres Stadium. We will definitely be back!!!
This resort was excellent. I did not need much from the staff but everyone was kind and helpful. The food was delicious! Best part of San Diego!!!! This hotel is located on Coronado Island and is close enough to the beach , restaurants, and shopping. The location and amenities are amazing. It’s along the waterfront so you get access to it right out of your room. The Coronado Ferry is a 15 min walk away and drops you right at convention center. Loved the location and hotel. Convenient just across the convention center. Clean room and lobby
Nice view. We valet parked at $65 a day and just walked everywhere. Food, coffee, shopping is all within blocks of hotel
The property is beautifully renovated and squeaky clean. The front desk staff were friendly, fast, and very helpful. I’ll be staying here for future visits to the Gaslamp district.
Loved being close to restaurants, the marina/bay, and the trolley. Hotel was updated and clean. Would recommend
We arrived at the hotel at 3:45 pm and our room was not ready! The room that we were given was by the elevator so we heard the elevator noise to late at night.
The hotel is in a very good location, just opposite the conference center. Everything else is pretty standard, nothing special or bad. The downside is that the restaurant is average, breakfast is not buffet, it is a la carte, and the price/performance ratio is also very low.

Program Director The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to greet me to make sure I was comfortable, and they remembered my name when I came down to use the commissary.
The room was nice, the breakfast was nice, but the service was not user-friendly. We stayed for two days, then planned to go to New York for three days, and then come back for five days. We asked in advance that we could store our luggage, but on the day we left, the front desk did not allow us to store our large suitcases. We asked the manager but it was not allowed. We did not have time, and the...
Strategic location, clean room. All staffs were wonderful. Ketan & Del were very kind, friendly & professional. The hotel is more business-oriented, with a bar downstairs and a coffee shop at the door. It is a domestic three-star hotel, but it is actually a four-star hotel. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers.
We had an amazing stay at this Residence Inn Property. Room is very clean, and staff are friendly and professional. I want to particularly single out Marian at the breakfast place. She is cheerful, very friendly and gave us excellent service. Thank you Marian. We truly appreciate it.

The service was excellent First choice for business travel The location is very good Check-in service feels very good
Perfect for a solo business trip. Nice and clean. Friendly staff.
The location of the hotel is very convenient on Broadway. The hotel rooms are served 24 hours a day, and there are free fruits including oranges and apples at the front desk. It's too late. Regular cleaning, the attitude of the front desk is okay, but there is no money to change. The room is relatively small, and the three-star hotel is a bit expensive for this fare.
Poor communication by Front Desk Staff upon checkin
The hotel is located in the city center, like an old-fashioned standard hotel. The lobby is very beautiful and may be in disrepair. The slight downside is that the rooms are not newly renovated, but the facilities are complete. There are many attractions and restaurants nearby.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Very professional staff and GREAT rooms.
