Great location, near to the Metro. A very good base to explore DC. Well equipped, clean comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff

Great location and service
The room, a king size bedroom looks small.
The front desk was very nice and responsive via the app .
I asked to pick up toothpaste and mouthwash, they just sent them up to the room.
I asked to pickup more water after finishing all welcome water , they simply sent more bottles to the room.
Late checkout and parking exit were also generously offered

We stayed here due to its close proximity to the zoo. It took about 25 minutes to get there from the train station. It was walkable to many restaurants at DuPont Circle but most were not kid friendly. I wish I had looked at the menu for the Hotel restaurant because we would have just stayed there since they had more kid friendly food options. The doormen and bell staff were very nice. I would definitely stay there again — maybe during the summer next time to take advantage of their amazing pool!

Everything about this hotel was perfect except one thing.
The service is wonderful. Every staff member I met was warm and welcoming. The breakfasts are fantastic...I mean those banana bread waffles are to die for. The hotel is close to almost everything needed. An Uber tackled the rest. Prime location.
The room was spacious and comfortable. I never heard any neighbors around me. My only complaint was the shower in the room 🥴 the shower curtain was falling off and stained. There was a mysterious substance growing on it. The showerhead needed a good scrubbing. That whole shower curtain could probably just be replaced.

Nicole was amazing at check-in and I appreciated all her help. Guy Burton was helpful when leaving assisting my friends and I with our luggage. Although the food was great, the restaurant which could be due to staffing was slow and could use some improvement in the overall experience. Security could use more training. When responding to a noise complaint coming from my room, although he was nice he did not handle the complaint as if he knew what he was doing. Overall great location.

Clean, comfortable room that was attended to every day. Staff were super nice & quick to resolve issues. Rooms were a bit small, but comparable to the DC area. The only downside was that the food at all locations in the hotel was wildly expensive (for the quality) even for the DC area. Would recommend for food there are many better places within easy walking distance.

I had a wonderful one night stay. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view of an Open Garden area. The staff were very helpful and accommodated me with a very late check-out time. The gym is one of the best I've ever seen at a hotel and the pool is likewise very well kept, great temperature, nice seating. Options for buying snacks at the small-market are extremely overpriced but that is pretty common at hotels like this. Would love to stay here again.

The hotel is good but take a large Deposit. We have more than 500$. But back on sleduyushy day after the eviction. The room took Executive with lounge access which was not. Gave coupons to the bar on the 1st floor. And then the room 1 voucher for 1 day (appetizer+one soft drink and two to choose from?), despite the fact that he lives in room two. Such nonsense was met for the first time. Everywhere were always on the floor lounge, where Breakfast and evening cocktails with appetizers. Overall the room is spacious, clean, strange that there was a Bathrobe and Slippers no. The room had kettle, mini bar, Ironing facilities but. Breakfast is hearty and delicious. For a couple of days a decent hotel.
