A highlight of our visit was the prompt and thoughtful assistance we received every time we called reception for a wheelchair for my disabled mother. Their quick response and genuine care made a significant difference

They looked as if they had not been vacuumed in a very long time. The only plus side was that the rooms have a great sea view. But sadly for me nothing makes up for the tired grotty rooms

It made our trip more comfortable. The place is very clean and quiet, the rooms are spacious, the amenities are good as well. Coming to the food, the breakfast buffet was nice, but the coffee is great

Golden Sands managed to groom the best employees be it from the bell boy to the waiters, the staff who greet us n the room service staff n excellent housekeeping. I personally give them ten over 5

A bell boy name Balla, he really went out of the way to help me out when I had a flat Tyre in the parking and he stayed there for me called the recovery guy and stood there till it was fixed

Also, the service and the staff are sooo friendly, from Samuel at reception to Sohel at Restaurant, housekeeping staff, beach staff each and everyone seems to be enjoying their job which reflects on the service and guest is always well taken care off

While the resort itself was satisfactory, we were required to visit the Holiday International for our morning buffet. Despite this minor setback, the food quality was commendable, and the ambience was pleasant

The breakfast has a lot of variety, the room is super clean and tidy. The only thing I didn't like was that the TV in the room didn't have YouTube. It would be good if you take this into consideration

In addition, since I do sports, I pay a lot of attention to the fitness room in the hotels I stay at. It would be good if you check the water and cups in the room often

The hotel view is nice direct to Almajaz Island and the gulf or Cornish. The food provided i could give 7/10. But you easily could find alot of restaurants and shops all around

Right from we enter the place, a very warm welcome by helping to get our things in the taxi going to the reception for check in and up to our room. All staff are very accomodating

They have peacocks and rabbits roaming in the garden. There are lots of birds 🐦 🐦‍⬛ too. Great for children and adults. I liked their breakfast, but they don't have walnuts or almonds
