Located in the prestigious area of al Khan, a 3-minute walk from a beautiful lagoon and al qasba, 20 km from Sharjah airport and 6 km from Dubai airport.

The hotel has 126 rooms. There are rooms for non-smokers.
Beach: sandy 2.5 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Shuttle bus to the beach: free (schedule at the reception (journey time about 10 minutes), beach Carlton Beach Hotel (entrance fee)). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. The length of the beach 180 m.

The rooms appeared outdated and didn’t meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The absence of a smart TV in a 4-star hotel is a significant drawback.

the paint in the bathroom itself is peeling, the mirror is broken, the metal parts are rusty, the room is very tired, apparently it hasn't been repaired for a long time, there are no normal parking signs, why it has 4 * I don't understand.

Hospitality is a crucial aspect of the hotel industry, and unfortunately, this receptionist fell short of the basic standards. She displayed a lack of courtesy and seemed uninterested in assisting us with our needs or queries. This experience left a negative impression on our entire stay.
Moreover, the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable. The drainage was clogged, causing water to accumulate, and there was a leak in the main drainage system. These issues made using the bathroom quite uncomfortable and inconvenient.

I recently stayed at the Aryana Hotel in Sharjah, a 3-star establishment that has its pros and cons. The hotel was clean, which was a positive aspect of our stay. However, we faced a significant issue with the drainage in our room. When we drained the bathtub, water flowed onto the floor, which was quite inconvenient and messy. And its danger to our health.
Additionally, I was disappointed by the attitude of the female staff manager, Samir. During checkout at 12 PM, we expected a warm farewell or like just smile on her face or something, but instead, she was unapproachable and didn’t even acknowledge us. Did not even look your eyes. Though we are the only customer in the reception and they are 2 staff in the desk. Her demeanor felt cold and unfriendly, or racist??? which was disheartening, especially in a hospitality setting. She doesn't have a quality of hotel staff management. It was particularly upsetting to explain this behavior to our kids. Overall, while the hotel had potential, the experience was marred by these issues.

The best view ever!!👍🏻I stay this hotel for 4 nights my room was cleaned and bed comfy smell fresh sheet and make me sleep well all the time.Staffs were friendly and housekeeper was good as well!! I would recommend👍🏻
