Located in the prestigious area of al Khan, a 3-minute walk from a beautiful lagoon and al qasba, 20 km from Sharjah airport and 6 km from Dubai airport.

The hotel has 126 rooms. There are rooms for non-smokers.
Beach: sandy 2.5 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Shuttle bus to the beach: free (schedule at the reception (journey time about 10 minutes), beach Carlton Beach Hotel (entrance fee)). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. The length of the beach 180 m.

There is no proper entrance for hotel guests to access the parking or valet area. The only way in is by entering through the exit, which is clearly marked with a No Entry sign. This is not only confusing but also dangerous and completely against normal traffic rules. It feels unsafe and inconvenient, especially for guests unfamiliar with the area.
This definitely needs urgent attention from hotel management to ensure safe and proper access to parking facilities. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place for guests who drive.
The bathroom was filthy—with visible mold, cracked and stained marble, grime buildup, and water damage around the sink and tub. The condition was shocking and unhygienic.
The room itself wasn’t any better. The carpet was extremely dusty and dirty, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. It seemed like just because we booked through a third-party site like Agoda, we were given one of the worst rooms.
We even requested to change the room due to the condition of the bathroom, but instead of accommodating our request, they only sent housekeeping to change the bed sheet — completely ignoring the main issue.
I hope the management doesn’t treat Agoda guests differently and seriously addresses the cleanliness and maintenance problems. Cleanliness should be a basic standard regardless of how the booking is made.
I would not recommend this hotel unless there’s a major improvement in hygiene and overall upkeep.
Apartment has aĺl amenities, very clean and spacious.
Pool is very good with all facilities.
House keeping is good , staff is friendly.
Front desk staff is very good. Front desk manage Ms. Samia is very much cordial and very much appreciated for her courtesy and professionalism.
Amazing place to stay, rates are very very reasonable.
1. Room - it was something we did not expect. They are spacious, the mattress is firm and bouncy, the blankets are fluffy and soft and sooooo cleaaannn! It has enough space to move around and put bags etc.
2. Kitchen - My friends love to cook, and having a hotel that has a kitchen space with an induction cooker + oven, a microwave, a two door refrigerator and a washing machine. To be honest, I would only expect an electric kettle.
3. Bathroom - I am very particular when it comes to the bathroom. And this bathroom, although the shower area is a bit small, I love the shower head and the water pressure. I love a good water flow when taking shower, brushing teeth and using the bidet.
4. Living room - It is spacious and I love how comfy the seats are.. It was perfect for us cause thats where we played games and sing karaoke. We had additional guests so I had ordered another bed for extra comfort, although the sofa is also good for sleeping (for short time)
5. Dining area - I loved that we were able to eat in one table for dinner and it was big enough to accommodate our dishes + us.
6. Amenities - My niece loved the pool and I enjoyed the sauna. Although i think the pool area can be enhanced a bit, especially the hotel has good views. It was the parking I had some slighhhhhht problem. It has tight parking spots. and I feel like they are currently working on it cause when we arrived, there is an ongoing work.
7. Staff - Everybody is so nice and very accommodating to our request. Even prior to the date of our stay, we had called several times to cross check what and what can we bring etc., question about the amenities. All responsive and polite and helped us even with our things. Truly recommendable!
Overall, me and my whole group had a good stay in the hotel and definitely we will come back again for another booking.
