A great place for a vacation or a getaway. The rooms are nice with a considerable walking distance from other facilities like the restaurant and the pool. They have an entertainment show every night, and a lot of games to play next to the beach (volleyball, ping pong, huge chess...).
The food isn't that good and shall be improved. The staff are very nice and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved as well since the cleaners just wipe the floor, they don't really clean the room or even change the bedsheets.

I loved the view at this hotel. Stayed here on October 23rd. They have a beach and a pool tho I didn’t get a chance to swim since I was only there for a quick work trip. The room was clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff were super attentive. Overall, a really nice stay! 😌

We had the worst all inclusive package experience with this hotel. Customer service is also very bad especially the front office and bar attendants which are rude and grumpy. Toilet has a leakage too so its all wet continously.
Front office staff are very grumpy since the day of our check-in. Unhelpful and very snob. Extra bed which we paid came at 4pm although we were there since 1pm. I have to follow up 4x before the act.
All inclusive is a total waste. Food in the bar is chargeable and apparently drinks the following day is no longer included in the so called ALL INCLUSIVE that we paid. I completely understand if they have served us premium drinks - but those are the cheapest in the market.
Bartenders are rude and judgmental, they asked us every now and then but other nationality they don't bother. They are also unhygienic. Serving drinks with bare hands and no gloves. Scooping the ice from the box using the cups directly while holding other items in their hands which is disgusting.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Will be the FIRST AND LAST WITH THIS HOTEL!

In the first experience of anything, the first impression is the most important.
The reception staff were polite, welcoming, smiling, and this is very important. The receptionist Hazem was wonderfully hospitable, since we arrived early, he upgraded our reservation directly so that we would not have to wait until check-in time.
The location is great, close to the sea, well serviced, they have good options for rooms and accommodations.
The room cleanliness is poor and the service is slow.
We asked for the sheets to be replaced immediately, the room to be cleaned, and the towels to be replaced.
Only the sheets were replaced and the towels remained the same.
We asked for water to the room, they provided water the first day but the next day they did not respond to our request.

I stayed at the hotel because of the attractive price. As for the location, it is far from the city center, so the hotel resort does not compensate for this distance.
The hotel itself is modeled on large hotel complexes with rather low-rise buildings. On the plus side I can count cleanliness, organization in public areas as well as rooms. The food served did not taste good to me, while one could not complain about the small choice.
Very nice, wide and sandy beach where you can relax.
On the big minus deserves concrete between the buildings, where it is impossible to stand even for a moment, because the temperature hits your head from this concrete.
The hotel is average, while if you appreciate the low price you will be satisfied.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience. The service was abysmally late for everything, from check-in to room service. I had to wait for hours before anyone attended to my requests.
To make matters worse, there were ants roaming around the beds, which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. Despite informing the staff, the issue was not promptly addressed. Adding to the discomfort, there was no bathroom mat provided, making the floor slippery and dangerous after a shower.
Room cleaning services were abysmal. They only cleaned the room after I explicitly asked them to do so. This should have been done beforehand without any reminders. It felt like basic hospitality standards were not met.
The food was also a major letdown. It lacked variety. I expected a lot more from a resort of this supposed caliber.
Overall, my stay at was far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free vacation.

I am a regular guest of BM resort & always book for my leisure's. While I make booking with BM or any website I'll just call to Mr. Adnan at reception to confirm my booking. He is always there to take care of my family from reservation till check-out. I have stayed many times along with my DOG.I like Room 554 because its very close to the beach & easy to handle the DOD as well. Alongside I have booked 1-sweet room for my children, which they gave me near the main Pool. Its like second home to me. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I am staying at BM Resort and had a highly disappointing experience. Despite booking 12 rooms or more, the service and food quality were terrible. The staff was unresponsive and unprofessional, with simple requests taking too long to be addressed. Many rooms had cleanliness issues. The food was bland, poorly prepared, and the chicken served yesterday in the room was not properly cooked . Given the number of rooms we booked, we expected much better service and hospitality. BM Resort failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need to significantly improve their service and food quality.

It was a great experience for us including our dog. The pet friendly section was very accommodating. Other guests were very friendly as well knowing that this section is pet friendly.
Rooms were good and clean although they are slightly older and it shows in some places like the sound of AC and paint etc.. but that is part of wear and tear.
Food was good too. The menu was all encompassing. And everything was tasty.
Location could have been a little bit better considering waves were missing due to the huge lagoon. But it's what it is.
Overall 4/5 stars.

I recently spent a week at this hotel and overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. The food was good with a sufficient variety to choose from. The activities organized by the animation team were enjoyable and well-managed, keeping guests entertained throughout the day.
The rooms were not luxurious, but they were comfortable and met my needs. However, I was disappointed with the beach. The water was shallow and the seabed was covered with a lot of seaweed, which made swimming less enjoyable.
Despite the beach, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning.
