The resort’s ambience is like a peaceful countryside escape, surrounded by palm trees, a beautiful pool, and direct beach access. It felt like a little slice of paradise. The buffet food was a treat, offering a wide variety of delicious international dishes that catered to every palate.
The highlight of our stay was the New Year’s Eve beachfront celebration for 2025. The drone and laser shows, combined with the spectacular fireworks, were nothing short of magical. It was an unforgettable experience that made our New Year’s celebration truly special.
BM Beach Resort delivered great value, great fireworks view, and highly satisfactory experience, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking memorable New Year fireworks!
There were Bedbugs in the room they have given me. Then they offered me a deluxe room but I didn't want to stay far away from my group of friends so I went for the standard room. They promised to give an extra bed but I didn't get it. I had to sleep in a double bed with my 2 kids. They have offered 2 single beds to my newly married friends. I had to call more than 10 times from afternoon till midnight to get my charger delivered to my new room which I have forgotten at the previous room. They have moved me to a new room because the room was with bed bugs but they were telling me that they are unable to check the room for my charger because they have already checked in another guest for the same room. Very disappointing.
Please make sure to check your bags and clothes for bed bugs.
But I must say that Aubrey from the front office was very professional and Hanan (Bell boy) was very helpful too.
It is sad that after 30+ years they are going to demolish the resort and I could understand the desperation of the staff, 200+ employees who have lost their jobs. But I hope the menagement would really take care of it's staff.
Dinner was always really delicious but the breakfast and lunch was not good. My friend's daughter had food poisoning on the day we checked out and we had to take her to hospital.
All in all, it could have been better for the money that we have spent.
The food isn't that good and shall be improved. The staff are very nice and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved as well since the cleaners just wipe the floor, they don't really clean the room or even change the bedsheets.
Front office staff are very grumpy since the day of our check-in. Unhelpful and very snob. Extra bed which we paid came at 4pm although we were there since 1pm. I have to follow up 4x before the act.
All inclusive is a total waste. Food in the bar is chargeable and apparently drinks the following day is no longer included in the so called ALL INCLUSIVE that we paid. I completely understand if they have served us premium drinks - but those are the cheapest in the market.
Bartenders are rude and judgmental, they asked us every now and then but other nationality they don't bother. They are also unhygienic. Serving drinks with bare hands and no gloves. Scooping the ice from the box using the cups directly while holding other items in their hands which is disgusting.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Will be the FIRST AND LAST WITH THIS HOTEL!
