I believe that you need to check the maintenance of your elevator always and make it sure that there will be no malfunctioning. Imagine! me and my family got stuck inside the elevator without air for almost 20minutes! good thing, we have our handy fan to breath and survive for almost 20minutes!! Oh My God! this is the first time we experience this kind of severely traumatic tragedy in our life!! and it's not really acceptable that after we got out in that elevator we did not even get a single apology and the irreparable thing was the staff and the reception just ignored us like they did not even see us!? like what is that??! we receive countless offenses! first thing was the receptionist doesn't have proper training on how to deal with clients, second thing was we are receiving too much calls for just checking out and the traumatic tragedy inside the elevator! this hotel doesn't deserve appreciation!

People who have complained about loud dance bar noice, its not from ground floor.its straight above your head 5th floor black peoples bar🤣. And 1at floor its worst too. in my experience i say to you all dont go for 1st and 4th floor. And yes brother they have Holly Quran in every room just for show because its barely a muslim country anymore. Under all our reviews the hotes guys replied like thanks for your feedback we have noted and we will do nothing for the improvement because we are earning more then your stay in the night club. Our 1st priority is night club 😄. Trust me guys because this is there inner thoughts of hotels manager for your reply, and i have been booking this hote on and of
from 2020 and its getting worst and worst. And yes late check out its impossible without paying 140aed even for extra 3 hour's

I’m writing Honest review of Fourtune Pearl hotel.

This hotel is not good for family people. I stay for seven night in this hotel and it was my life biggest mistake that I booked this hotel for my family trip. room was allotted to me on fourth floor and we couldn’t able to sleep whole night because of loud music system which was running in pub downstairs and it give feels that I am sleeping in pub with my family. let’s talk about breakfast. It was very worst breakfast which I ever had in my life in Dubai. Specially I request a hotel owner please check your milk tea which you offer to your guest in breakfast and please change your breakfast menu. It was repeated continuously after two days you are doing insult of milk tea by serving to your guest in breakfast. Now let’s talk about room service room service. Room service is very very very bad because we have to ask them for everything. Even they don’t offer the sleeper towel and even the bath soap and moisturiser. Even we have to ask them for every single thing. It gives very negative vibe in night when all the bars and sound system start till morning. people who are reading this please don’t book this property online first visit to this property. If you like it then book on the spot otherwise don’t waste your hard earned money in this property. I wasted my money by booking this hotel for seven night and it was my life biggest miserable mistake that I did in Dubai, I don’t know how this hotel get 3 starts of ratting. Thank you

Everything was good in the hotel, wifi is also good but the most annoying thing is the noise from the night club downstairs which does not let you sleep at night if you are on a solid trip and want to relax for a few days. Please don't stay at this hotel because the night club sounds will not let you sleep all night
