my stay at Hotel 72 Sharjah Waterfront was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The check-in process was seamless, and the room was clean and had a nice view.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better.
Overall, my experience at Hotel 72 Sharjah Waterfront exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay at a reasonable cost in the city of Sharjah.

very clean and good-sized rooms. the bathroom was also very clean and easy to use. amazing service. they were very helpful from the beginning and upgraded us to another room for free. the laundry service was good and reasonably-priced, and my clothes smelled good as well. the food was average.

February 10, 2024 I decided to celebrate my birthday here, and it's my first time in this hotel, but my experience was amazing and special. A big shout out to all the staff in the pool and massage area, especially Marilyn; they are sweet, kind, and very accommodating. Ate Marilyn, she is friendly and very good at massage. I will surely be back here again.

Stylistic hotel great for family travelers but not ideal yet for business travelers. I stayed here for a weekend and overall had a good experience. The hotel is about 45 mins from Dubai International Airport and it’s was slow going due to traffic congestion. The rooms are stylistic with comfortable sofas and beds. I chose a Premium room with a water view. It was very relaxing with some amazing views of the lagoon and a mosque and park from the seventh floor. The bathroom and shower were nicely designed and the rain shower was very relaxing. The AC wasn’t able to cool down to 20 degrees but the room temperature was comfortable enough during this mild early winter weather. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised though with the business center that had no workstations or printers. The front desk staff were very helpful though and printed off some travel documents for me sent to them using an app. I ordered room service. It was average as items were initially missed but they made it up the second time around. The Arabic lentil soup was delicious and I recommend it. There is also a cafe on the ground floor for specialty tea and coffee. The lobby was never crowded and relaxing while sipping tea and coffee. The hotel lobby also had a tray serving complimentary Turkish tea and dates, which was a nice touch. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next visit.

For me it was nice place to stay in during my vacation. One thing i liked the most is the housekeeping team specially Mr.Mirdad he was professional and nice with great attitude special thanks for him.

I have great experience staying in 72Hotel Sharjah. All staff were very kind, responsive and friendly. Special thanks to Nissan who took care of my room, it was always clean and fresh. He was so kind and responsive doing his job in excellent way.
Totally advise to stay here if you come to Sharjah. The place of hotel is incredible near to small lake with walking paths and not far from Sharjah City Centre Mall.
