Absolutely Terrible pathetic service by the team, stayed there for a staycation and the washroom didnt have eater and despite multiple complains no resolution was made, worst of all the staff acted uniformed once i confronted them about it, wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here, have had better service from hotels in third world countries, to top it all when i reached out to them regarding the query qfter my stay no compensation was offered pther than a breakfast next time istayed there, brother with service that terrible why would i visit you again? They can keep their breakfast to themselves as well. 0/10 rooms good but at a hotel service and reliability is whqt matters, and on that scale i would rate them negative if i could, *100/100 would not recommend to anyone*

e hotel is very clean , organized , food is good , all staff are very friendly , helpful and cheerful , esp NISSAN frim house keeping and HAMEED from valet , they both were extra helpful

The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The attention to detail in the rooms and common areas did not go unnoticed.

He went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made a significant difference and left a lasting positive impression.

Had a lovely short stay with the family. Special shout out to Ashraf. He really went out of his way to give the best service at the restaurant and bring smiles to us and our kids. Top gentleman - thank you Ashraf!

Anytime i have stayed here, the staff have been super friendly, especially mr. Nissam who always takes care of my housekeeping needs

One of the most horrible hotel I have ever visited!
Should have checked into room 3pm but by 5.30pm room was not ready.
We were offered to wait 30 minutes more seating near reception deck or change the room to another but instead of a king-size bed two twin beds were pushed together.
I asked reception guy to call manager in charge to come and solve our problem, but he even did not try to fix it. He was not interested at all and showed bad working attitude.
If you booked room for 2 persons please be ready to have only one toothbrush and one pair of sleepers or ask someone to take care about it. Completely 5* experience!
Breakfast was completely poor and cheap. Have no idea who are those people who enjoy it.
Disgusting five star hotel that deserves three stars in better case.
The only advantage is great Lagoon view.
Please Choose another hotel. There are a lot of options to spend your 500 aed per night more wisely.
