The room looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com. There was ample parking at the hotel, and the coordination between the two Citymax locations was excellent. I initially went to the other Citymax by mistake, but the reception team there quickly verified my booking and guided me to the correct location.
The staff at the reception were exceptionally helpful. Muneeb, Anjana, and Faith were all wonderful—they even helped me sort out an Amazon order I had placed and assisted with booking taxis.
Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

Even at the cafe, n the reception the sraff are so helpful.I'll surely recommend those coming to Dubai to stay at this hotel
The rooms are fairly basic but nicely decorated and comfortable, offering good value for the price. The only drawback for me was that the English pub on-site allows smoking indoors, which can be unpleasant if you’re not a smoker.
Overall, a well-priced hotel with friendly service and a convenient base for exploring Dubai.

Super service, super team.
Things that didn't fit my taste (buffet menu for breakfast) Although very standard, I prefer spicy and desi variants where ever possible so I missed it.
The LED TV Felt kinda slow at times.
And the location is pretty good as a lot of facilities near door step.
The value for money is perfect.
The staff is so friendly and complainant. I would like to say thank you to a girl on reception who change my room from smoking to non-smoking because I made a mistake during the booking (the name is Sharan but i can be mistaken in spelling).
The breakfast is good. You will find fruits, vegetables, musli, eggs in all variations, porridge, etc. The girls on the reception propose you a price that is lower than you will pay on spot. The gym is small, but I was alone and had a good cardio.
The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped for the price point, and the facilities like the rooftop pool and gym add great value to the stay. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers looking for quality service at a reasonable rate.
