Location: 6 km from airport Dubai to Al Mamzar beach Park – 5 minutes by taxi to the city centre – 25 minutes by taxi to Sharjah – 8-10 minutes. Near the hotel there are metro station, Al Nahda. The hotel is connected by an indoor walkway with a small shopping center, which houses souvenir shops and fast food restaurants.
Comprises five-storey building.
Beach: public, sandy 7 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, entrance fee 1.4$). The beach is 1.7 km away.

It has a serene atmosphere, which makes it perfect for relaxing.

Despite being less crowded, it still has everything you need.
I highly recommend it for a peaceful and enjoyable visit.
The service was very nice we loved it. Moreover even though it was a buffet food was much enough and good in taste. I suggest you people this place if you are planning for a get together or whatever with account of below 400 this will be the nice option. And this location was very convenient and easy accessible for people who are depending on public transport as well private. Which is very next to Al Nahda metro station and they having a huge parking space.
Rooms are clean and staffs are very polite and friendly. Strategically located with food outlets in the vicinity within walking distance.
The hotel restaurant is located on the ground floor serving Western and Asian food.
There's also a McDonald's outlet and a supermarket on the ground floor.
The nearest Metro station is about 100m away.

Its over rated and Not worth the money I spent.
Our room was clean, the breakfast was good, staff were friendly and they offered free laundry services (wash and dry) BUT
it is an old hotel. The furnishings and colours were all dated. The mattresses were creaky. The bathtub was very scary, I would not consider it elderly friendly. Amenities are basic. Soundproofing is not good because you can hear people talking and walking up and down the corridor. I feel like if you are on a working holiday and only come back to sleep, it might be a good option.
There is a food court there and a small supermarket. It stocks mainly Indian items but you can get fruit, bread, milk and cereal.
