Shangri-La Hotel

One of the most beautiful and memorable experiences I've ever had at a hotel. Staff is SUPER friendly, attentive and caring. They always have a smile on their faces. We Only had a chance to have breakfast at the hotel and there are alot of options that would suit any pallete.

Our room was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids and had a good layout. Housekeeping and room service were impeccable.

Great location with restaurants near by which are open late (some 24 hours), few minute drive to Dubai mall and close to major highways.

Would book again 100%.

Authentic Chinese and Asian cuisines varieties full options. Mid range price with loyalty, reward points, offers and other discounts programs.

One of the best hotels to spend your vacation in. The team, without exception, are smiling and welcoming. The team at the swimming pool are very welcoming and classy, ​​especially the receptionist Ahmed and the employee at the swimming pool Ahmed. They were cooperative and their treatment was classy. Staying at Shangri-La Dubai has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life. This place will make sure your stay is just AMAZING. The entire staff is well educated and customer service is AT ANOTHER LEVEL. People like Keith from the Horizon Club and Khodarahm from the Valet surely make staying at Shangri-La Dubai an unforgettable experience. I have stayed at this property twice, and I will keep coming there every time I travel to Dubai. If you are traveling to Dubai, just stay at Shangri-La and thank me later. This is the first and not the last time I stay in this wonderful hotel. Everything was at the required level and it was a very comfortable trip with the distinguished treatment of everyone who works in this hotel. I extend my thanks to whoever chose and hired the door man named khodarahm . He was a cheerful person and made our day and every day with his smile and kind words. He is my first reason for my admiration for this hotel and their employees.

I can't say enough good things about this place.
From the moment you get to the front door, the greeting staff sets the tone for your entire visit. They are polite, friendly and helpful. And NOT in a fake way. Every staff member at the hotel was genuine and sincere in their attempts to make sure we had the ultimate stay.

We had the "picture perfect" room which had an unbelievable view. The rooftop view is equally as stunning.

Indoor and outdoor pools. Outdoor pool has a swim up bar.

For the Canadians traveling, there's a Timmy's within walking distance of the hotel! (2 blocks away)

We had a 9 pm flight and the front desk was so accommodating to extend our checkout to 4pm. They simply told us to go out and enjoy the day, leave our stuff in the room and come back later to freshen up before we headed to the airport.

To say we were blown away by this place would be putting it mildly!

Our entire family HIGHLY RECOMMENDS the Shangri La Dubai to any traveller visiting the city!

We visited Dubai on a 36 hour stay over in order to take our 10 year old to visit The Burj Khalifa, which was his dream... You guys took the experience to a whole other level.

It was my first time staying at Shangri-La Dubai and I must say that I really enjoyed my stay. The room, the staffs, the food and the location were fantastic. If you’re looking for an upscale hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Dubai Mall and the Business Bay, look no further. And their valet attendances were fantastic.
