An amazing hotel with amazing staff.
Definitely delivering 10/10 services. The rooms are very clean and are very modern. The housekeeping staff do a great job at keeping the rooms clean. All of the staff are very nice.
Special shout out to Lukman and Amit at the main entrance always welcoming us as soon as we arrive and offering to take our luggages. Also Michelle at the entrance and Melanie at Morgans always smiling and offering to help us.

P.s. They should definitely get pay rises

We had a fantastic stay at Shangri-La! The facilities were top-notch, the room were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was perfect for a relaxing vacation. A special thanks to Karim and Hamid at the reception for their exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful experience

I can't say enough good things about this place.
From the moment you get to the front door, the greeting staff sets the tone for your entire visit. They are polite, friendly and helpful. And NOT in a fake way. Every staff member at the hotel was genuine and sincere in their attempts to make sure we had the ultimate stay.

We had the "picture perfect" room which had an unbelievable view. The rooftop view is equally as stunning.

Indoor and outdoor pools. Outdoor pool has a swim up bar.

For the Canadians traveling, there's a Timmy's within walking distance of the hotel! (2 blocks away)

We had a 9 pm flight and the front desk was so accommodating to extend our checkout to 4pm. They simply told us to go out and enjoy the day, leave our stuff in the room and come back later to freshen up before we headed to the airport.

To say we were blown away by this place would be putting it mildly!

Our entire family HIGHLY RECOMMENDS the Shangri La Dubai to any traveller visiting the city!

And to the staff there...I seriously hope you read this! We thanked you so many times while we were there and we are thanking you again now! We visited Dubai on a 36 hour stay over in order to take our 10 year old to visit The Burj Khalifa, which was his dream... You guys took the experience to a whole other level.

Morgan's bar is the place to be met the lovely bartender bikash and Jason today he's full of life and adds to the fun atmosphere bikash is super friendly to making the experience even better. We enjoy football ⚽️ match food was very tasty 😋

It was my first time staying at Shangri-La Dubai and I must say that I really enjoyed my stay. The room, the staffs, the food and the location were fantastic. If you’re looking for an upscale hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Dubai Mall and the Business Bay, look no further. And their valet attendances were fantastic. Thank you Abdul and Khodarahm for your excellent service. I’ll absolutely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Al Bandar, Dubai Creek. The food was wonderful and the staff so helpful from the time we arrived to when we departed. We will certainly return to this hotel. Thank you Jeska for arranging our car to the airport.

Amazing service, and all the employees who worked there were super friendly and always at your help and support, I highly recommend anyone to stay here in Dubai. It's definitely worthwhile.
