So overall our experience at this hotel was mixed. Friendly staff and good (but not execellent) services, while the facility can be a lot better to match the brand.
Our room was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids and had a good layout. Housekeeping and room service were impeccable.
Great location with restaurants near by which are open late (some 24 hours), few minute drive to Dubai mall and close to major highways.
Would book again 100%.
