Staff were always available and helpful and kind - from the baristas to the kids club staff to the restaurants and concierge etc. The hotel and facilities were gorgeous and relaxing

But they waited for us not less than 30 minutes. Great service offered by the chef directly and the floor supervisor. The staffs were very attentive and ready to help

I remember Balaguru n i think Asif n few others who gives VIP treatment. Never do they stop ensuring we get everything such as the omani delicacies n the detox drinks. We are practically treated like royalties

It made our trip more comfortable. The place is very clean and quiet, the rooms are spacious, the amenities are good as well. Coming to the food, the breakfast buffet was nice, but the coffee is great

Golden Sands managed to groom the best employees be it from the bell boy to the waiters, the staff who greet us n the room service staff n excellent housekeeping. I personally give them ten over 5

A bell boy name Balla, he really went out of the way to help me out when I had a flat Tyre in the parking and he stayed there for me called the recovery guy and stood there till it was fixed

The breakfast has a lot of variety, the room is super clean and tidy. The only thing I didn't like was that the TV in the room didn't have YouTube. It would be good if you take this into consideration

Very big and quiet rooms with good furniture and excellent air conditioning. Hotel is in a great location in the Corniche. Excellent, tasty and wide choice of breakfast. Nice swimming pool and gym facilities

Only point of criticism would be that you guys need to change the bedroom carpets and bathrooms as they are getting slightly old now

I could say that I got a good experience and have a nice stay, it was not arranged or prepared to stay here, but I enjoyed the hotel. The room found with a 9/10 of facilities that you mostly find in the same hotel's rank

There all the lounges were in need of repair but I had already watched them clean the pool so I was comfortable to swim there, and there was someone sweeping so I felt ok and was happier to swim without a lot of people because I do laps

I noticed from the view from my room that there were two pools and one was very busy and one was empty so when I went to the pool floor I went across to the pool that had no one

Parking floors are also spacious while we had issues for parking in Ibis due to limited space after midnight plus too narrow parking that we find hard with a huge family car

Coral Beach is awesome for a beach day! The beach is clean and has plenty of space to chill out. The water is warm and perfect for swimming. There are lots of loungers available, so you can easily find a comfy spot

We actually had an opportunity to attend a wedding function there. Felt very calm and peace there. Best option for escaping from hectic world and be relaxed for sometime. There is a private beach attached to the hotel
