I actually wrote a very long comprehensive review for this hotel but the characters exceeded the limit. So I will stick to a summary and will gladly offer the hotel comprehensive feedback should they get in touch.
Overall a good enough hotel. There were some points that really let it down and as a result, we would not return in future.
The food and beverage really let this hotel down especially in our case staying on an all-inclusive basis. There were a lot of paid extras which made no sense and no daily stocked mini bar fridge.
The rooms were not always cleaned and when they were it was very late in the day.
The staff were mostly helpful and very welcoming however this was let down but some silly errors on occasion. Lifeguards were fantastic and made me feel safe for my family of young children.
The pools are good enough and the beach is nice.
Overall It was an ok stay and unfortunately I would not return. I do not feel the price paid was reflected in the quality of my stay. Again I welcome the hotel to reach out and will gladly offer a fully comprehensive review on our stay.

Excellent hotel! It is made for kids! They have so much they can do they should never be bored! The staff are all excellent, including the lifeguards (shout out to Upendra). The staff loved that my boy was trying out some Thai language. Food choice is excellent. Beach and sea were great and we found loads of starfish in the sea. If you have young children, this place is perfect from slides, cliff jump, lazy river to the ninja warrior on water!

The hotel is suited for families (if you are traveling alone, less recommended).
The hotel is new , 15 minutes from the airport. The hotel has nothing around it, but there are several restaurants at the hotel and the hotel next to it (other than that there is nothing)
There is slides, beach, 2 pools and other things as well.
Another disadvantage is that the hotel is on the flight take off route.

We have enjoyed our stay here and the kids had a great time by the pool and being able to do all the kids activities.
Kamal- lifeguard by the pool made our little ones day, each day he was very attentive and interactive with her. Made time to stop and talk to the kids and made sure they were safe at all times. Kamal, was very chatty and helpful and really made our stay that bit better when spending all day by the pool.
Hotel rooms were clean and tidy with a large size bathroom and room itself.
Overall a very pleasant stay.

On our last day at this absolutely amazing beach resort 😍 All pools are excellent especially with the very attentive lifeguards particularly Kingsly who is very polite and always greets us and is great with kids. Always taking time to interact with guests to help them enjoy their holiday. Food is outstanding at all restaurants and plentiful whatever your taste. The staff serving guests are always friendly and can't do enough for you. All the staff are very hardworking and always make sure to clean & tidy everything even though the temperatures can be very high. I would recommend this resort to families of all ages as we are having a great time as always something for the kids to do. We hope to return again someday 🙏 ❤️

So amazing for families.
We stayed for two night with our 4 children, we stayed in a mirage room which had two double beds and a set of bunks. It’s so nice to be all in one room when most hotels don’t allow it.
So many options for the kids outside, more than one pool, slides and the splash pad is awesome for toddlers.
We also had access to the mirage lounge, being able to eat while our toddlers could go and play all in the same room was a game changer for us.
The service was excellent and all staff were so good at all of their jobs.
We’re definitely coming back and would recommend for all families. Our kids didn’t want to leave and we can’t wait to come back.

The room are clean. The services is good, but most of the time they need to be very restricted about the pools area I want the timing for adult and about the availability and handling the busy time .

I booked 3 rooms from 23 - 26 July 2024 itinerary 27886B4353167, the hotel changed my booking for one room from family double to superior king without any notification or informing me, and I found out when I reviewed my booking in my member profile reservation, imagine!! I am very disappointed especially it's a five-star hotel, as I expect professional check-in for my itinerary. Also, the staff named ENJOY showed an unpleasant manner by not even saying sorry for this unfortunate mistake, also she didn't even smile or greet us as she supposedly in a five-star hotel. This made me even more disappointed and certainly will never book again in this hotel. Moreover, the AC in my room 202 is hot and myself and my daughter couldn't sleep all night. A technician came to check and he said AC is super fine, but still we feel hot, which is really sad for a five-star hotel not being able to solve room issues and unsatisfying guests. In addition, the mini-fridge in the 3 rooms 202, 204, and 248 are not cooling the water, so the technician told all of us in 3 rooms to request a bucket of ice, which is inconvenient for guests in a five-star hotel. Since it's also summer and the weather is hot, I expected to have a better experience around water activities such as providing outdoor fans to cool the air for guests, especially those who are not going into the water. It was so hot, humid, unclean and overall not a happy family experience as a parent. I expected at least giving cold face towels or cold water to the guests upon collecting the beach towels as a five-star hotel would normally offer. The main receptionist at the Thai restaurant on dinner was also unprofessional taking us to unclean tables, although there were many clean tables around, which was frustrating as she didn't even apologize. I am not sure, but these incidents make me feel that Thai people don't apologize in general, how sad.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, providing great comfort for guests. The staff is very attentive to feedback and quickly meets guests' needs. Our stay was extremely comfortable, and we will definitely return. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

A great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. Nice design. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. Near to the airport. There are a lot of life guards here, but I remember Tharuka most of all as a good guy. Food is varied and delicious. The main problem is that you can only get somewhere by taxi.
