During my stay at the hotel, I found the pool team of Fahmi and Wandera to be outstanding. They are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their way of working shows calmness and professionalism. They make sure everything stays clean and safe, and they truly make you feel welcome.

Thanks to their great service, every day by the pool felt comfortable and relaxing. Two staff members who do their job with care and enthusiasm – a real asset to the hotel.

The hotel perfect for family my kids had a wonderful time .
I had an amazing experience with the massage — truly relaxing and exactly what I needed. The atmosphere was calming, and the staff Tina and Mon were professional and attentive. I left feeling refreshed and renewed.

The spa service for my daughter was also wonderful! With “wawa” The place was clean, welcoming, and perfectly suited for kids. The staff were kind and gentle with her, and she really enjoyed the experience.

Wonderful Stay with Great Facilities and Service – Some Areas for Improvement

We had a very good experience during our stay at the hotel. The highlights of our visit were definitely the water park, lazy river, pools, and various family-friendly activities—they were all well-maintained and enjoyable for all ages.

We especially loved the dinner buffet at Suan Bua Thai Restaurant. The spread was extensive with a great variety of delicious dishes. The buffet breakfast was equally satisfying with a wide selection of tasty options to choose from.

The spa facilities and services were also excellent and added a nice touch of relaxation to our trip.

However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Despite having a confirmed room booking, our check-in was delayed and the room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel did try to make up for it by offering a late check-out by two hours, which we appreciated.

Another aspect that could be enhanced is the ambience and interior design of the hotel rooms and restaurants. While clean and functional, the decor could use a refresh to better match the overall experience.

One small suggestion: we couldn’t find a nice spot in the lobby or common areas to take a family picture with a good background or hotel name. Adding a dedicated photo wall or scenic corner would be a great idea for families and guests wanting to capture memories.

Overall, a great stay with lots to enjoy, and we would consider returning again with hopes that a few improvements are made.

Had a great stay in this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, it was a great family spot. I have to make a shout out to a guy at the concierge called Moses, he went out of his way to help at 4am in the morning when my daughter got sick. Slightly far away from Major attractions but the shuttle service to the Dubai mall was good. I’d recommend it if you are after a family friendly beach spot.

Hotel facilities are very good for kids, but pool bar is far from the pool
Breakfast was good at the 8 floor restaurant and staff are energetic specially Egyptian guy I don’t remember the name 
They decided to do a fire drill on a busy long weekend when the hotel is fully booked !!!
Only 1 water bottle in the room booked for 3!!
If the under ground parking has limited space then u should place some shades on the ground floor parking 
Overall hotel is actually good
