If you can't even provide parking to your guests, you shouldn't be building a hotel. You shouldn't even be taking bookings. At the time of booking, you should inform the guest that the vehicle will pick you up from the air and the vehicle will leave you in the air because parking downstairs will result in a fine for the hotel.
