I had a very pleasant stay at the Grand Hotel. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Despite being the most affordable option during the New Year’s Eve period, I felt truly comfortable thanks to the 24/7 room service and the cozy, restful sleep environment.
That said, there is some room for improvement. The bathrooms, while fully functional and equipped with all necessities, appear to be somewhat outdated and could benefit from renovation. A modernized bathroom would certainly enhance the overall experience.

An ideal location and a well-reputed hotel in the city, conveniently close to Dubai Metro & Airport with easy access. The property offers a variety of restaurants and bars for guests to enjoy.

Dubai Grand Hotel is decent but doesn’t feel like a four-star property. The breakfast is average with limited options, and the location is far from the city center. However, the rooms are clean, and the staff is polite. Good for budget travelers, but could be better.

Hotel is very near to the airport just 10 mins away. Rooms are good but the washroom could have been maintained more neatly. Overall good hotel to stay in. Not disappointed at all.

Disappointing hotel , the food they provide is ok and thats it, the room must be much more cleaned and better maintained.
Black hairs were found in several places in the bed and bathroom !

I don't like the service of this hotel. I rented a room and my boyfriend came to pick me up. They didn't let my boyfriend go up to the room. While waiting for me to check out in another 3-4 hours, the staff let me rent another room.
I think this will be the last time I use this hotel. It's not good at all.

Order took long time to serve more than 40 mins, only two table were occupied donno why it took tht time, the bearer was keeping face as if you guys came here, one of d worst lassi I had I make better lassi than that,, mutton biryani was very average.. the taste and price doesn't meet, not worth...

Good place to stay . The hotel is expensive but the rooms and service is too good. Must stay if you come for a visit. Also various other services are available at an affordable price. No parking issues. Rooms are all clean and food is also good.

Overall it's a good and decent hotel.
Room Service is very good, they are acting promptly.
Location wise it's near the airport and near the metro station.
Rooms are okay, not up to the mark.

It was a wonderful time in Dubai grand hotel. All employees are very kind. It is very easy to locate because it is situated in the highway side in a big town.
