Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga

Me and my partner had an incredible experienced while staying in Hyatt Place, Al Rigga. The moment I walk through at the reception to settle my reservation around 4:30pm in the afternoon, the assigned receptionist “Anastassia” she just saved me from my doubts from not being able to find the perfect spot to celebrate my partner’s birthday. She even offered birthday complimentary cake as a part of the surprise though. She was very accommodating and such helpful employee. Everything we need in the room is there, fast assistance from the staffs as well. The room is perfect, and so the view on the window side. Your eyes will lead you right to the “bar pool” which is cool. Special thanks also to the staffs of the restaurant and the supervisor/manager assigned. Attentive and ensuring that their guests really were having a good time and fine breakfast.
I’ll surely visit again, and recommend Hyatt Place, Rigga to my friends.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hayatt Hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish! Right from the moment I walked in, the friendly staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcome and valued.

It has been an amazing stay here, We feel so comfortable that its been 3 days plus we have been extending our stay, rooms r neat and clean as always, friendly staff members,good room services and wonderful optional breakfast. It really feels good to be regular here for quality family time .Recommended to everyone

A very good experience the rooms are very neat and clean. The washrooms are new. The rooms are bit dark. but there are a lot of new and high-end facilities in the rooms like automatic lights in the cabinets. The washroom is also very good with the proper shower cabin know any water coming towards the other area in the washroom. The swimming pool is also very neat and clean and good the buffer is great, the location is just five minutes walk to the Metro station room service was a little slow also they do not serve anything in the room no food

Location is amazing, this is conveniently located at the heart of Deira, few minutes walk away from the Al Righa Metro.

Service is top notch, considering at its price point, I love how warm the team is and how welcoming they are.

Food is also superb.

Great Experience. Food was fantastic. Service was very Good. Staff at the restaurants are very pleasing and helpful to the customers. Sewwandi was one such staff where her service was obliging towards us and her receptive nature is one main factor to recommend this Hotel to anyone out there.

Hotel located on Al rigga street, DUBAI. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, fast foods, and any service needed by hotel guests. Rooms are large, with all amenities. Hotel employees are very positive, ready to help. Nice
hotel. The ONLY 2 incidents that I
have to mention ;
On our second day, during
breakfast, there were flies in the
dining room. One fly touched my
food. I clapped my hand to chase
him away. But he returned,
touching my food again. And
again. This has to be eliminated by
hotel management. Either by Net
screens to prevent entry of flies or by a cooler air stream from Air
conditioning. Flies during
breakfast in a 4 stars hotel can
NOT be accepted.
The other incident= during the
same breakfast= I asked a waiter to clean our table from dirty
dishes.
When he approached our table and ready to clear the dishes= his
cellphone in his pocket was ringing, the waiter responded,
letting us wait until he finished his incoming call. This is
Unprofessional, Unethical. His priority is to the hotel guest,
finishing the guest task, before responding to the call. The hotel guest has No idea if it's the waiter wife, or friend, or his boss in the hotel. Makes No difference. Waiter must finish guest task Before responding to this cellphone call.
Otherwise the guest gets frustrated.

Rooms are big and clean, breakfast is good,
Big sofas also. Toilets are clean and neat.

No cieling lights in the room only bed lamps on the corners. Pool is small. Lift sensor is not working properly.

Stayed here with family last month. The cleanliness, location, and service of this hotel was amazing. My dad needed a little assistance due to his age and the hotel staff took care of that too. Illyas (at the reception) went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. He was a pleasure to interact with and his service was top notch. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet too; it was quite a good selection of food. Over all 5 starts to this hotel and its staff. I will definitely stay here during my future trips to Dubai.
