Hyatt Place Al Rigga Mini-hotel

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga last week, and I can confidently say it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with warm smiles and top-tier hospitality that made me feel instantly at home.
The food was truly a culinary delight! Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and made with care. From the lavish breakfast buffet to the à la carte options, everything tasted fresh and authentic. The variety catered to all palates — whether you’re craving local flavors or international cuisine, there’s something delicious waiting for you.
The staff deserve a special mention — their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were world-class. They were always ready to assist with a smile, and they genuinely went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt valued and taken care of. It’s rare to experience this level of personalized service.

We stayed during 1st week of June .The rooms were clean and the service was super prompt. The breakfast spread was great and the staff were very cordial . They supported us with booking taxis and many staff voluntarily checked if we were comfortable and needed any support We has a very late flight to catch ao we checked out and kept luggage’s in a luggage room and went out for shopping .The location is close to Gold souk and there were many 24 hrs Day to Day stores near the hotel for shopping souvenirs for friends. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

My recent stay at the Hyatt Al Rigga had its ups and downs, leading to a rather moderate overall impression. While the hotel generally boasts a good location, there were several aspects, particularly concerning the rooms and dining, that impacted my experience.
Room Condition
Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed an old smoking smell lingering in the air, which was quite off-putting. The carpets also appeared not very clean, showing signs of wear and tear. Furthermore, the washrooms were in need of some repair work; the doors felt old and creaky, suggesting they haven't been updated in quite some time. These issues detracted from the overall comfort and freshness one expects from a hotel of this caliber.
Dining Experience
Where the Hyatt Al Rega truly missed the mark for me was in its culinary offerings, particularly at breakfast. While the restaurants provided a decent atmosphere, the food itself was largely unremarkable. For an international hotel, I found the breakfast spread surprisingly lacking in variety, especially concerning Indian cuisine. Given the diverse clientele a hotel like this attracts, the limited and frankly underwhelming Indian options were a notable disappointment. The taste across the board for breakfast items simply wasn't up to the standard one would expect from a Hyatt property, feeling more perfunctory than palatable.
Staff Service
On a positive note, I found the staff at the reception to be very helpful. Mr. Rashad and other team members there were particularly attentive and accommodating, which made the check-in and any subsequent queries quite smooth. Their professionalism was definitely a highlight of my stay.
While the helpfulness of the reception staff was appreciated, the combination of the room's condition and the underwhelming dining experience, especially the breakfast, significantly impacted my overall perception and enjoyment of the stay. With improvements in these key areas, the Hyatt Al Rega could elevate its guest experience considerably.

We had a very good experienced with this Hotel. Staff from dining to cleaners and front staff except Anastasia who is grumpy from morning to her entire shift. We stayed for 10 days and would like to extend more for 9 days but the smell from the vent is our only problem. I think it needs some duct cleaning or change the filtration of air-condition.

Great location with convenient access to the metro and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city. There's also a fantastic night market nearby, which adds a unique local experience. The hotel staff are exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They made my stay much more enjoyable, helping out whenever I needed assistance. The breakfast service is impressive, and the rooms are comfortable and offer great value for the price. Although check-in is typically at 2 PM, they accommodated me with an early check-in and even offered a late check-out at no extra cost. Highly recommend!

Me and my partner had an incredible experienced while staying in Hyatt Place, Al Rigga. The moment I walk through at the reception to settle my reservation around 4:30pm in the afternoon, the assigned receptionist “Anastassia” she just saved me from my doubts from not being able to find the perfect spot to celebrate my partner’s birthday. She even offered birthday complimentary cake as a part of the surprise though. She was very accommodating and such helpful employee. Everything we need in the room is there, fast assistance from the staffs as well. The room is perfect, and so the view on the window side. Your eyes will lead you right to the “bar pool” which is cool. Special thanks also to the staffs of the restaurant and the supervisor/manager assigned. Attentive and ensuring that their guests really were having a good time and fine breakfast.
I’ll surely visit again, and recommend Hyatt Place, Rigga to my friends.
