Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Chippendale, Sydney1 / 33

Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Chippendale
Sydney, 74-80 Ivy Street 🧭 Map
It's really great There are three rooms and two bathrooms, so three people including my younger brother, younger sister, and I stayed comfortably It's good for families. There's a washer and dryer, so it's easy to do laundry But since I stayed on the first floor, there's no soundproofing at all in the morning ㅠㅠ It's really close to the University of Sydney.
The location is in a residential area, there is no elevator on each floor, sometimes they will help with luggage, sometimes they won't.
The front desk service is good, and the manager is also good. Someone comes to clean the room around 1:30 pm every day. Two boxes of milk are provided every day. The room is clean. You can cook, and there is a dishwasher. You can wash and dry clothes every day. It is suitable for home travel. It is a bit noisy every morning, with birds singing outside and occasional cars passing by. The bed is narrow...
The house is so comfortable, with one bedroom, one living room, one bathroom and one kitchen. If you don't want to go out for breakfast, you can make your own breakfast. You can lie down in the living room like Ge You. I will continue to stay here next time I go to Sydney
The hotel is very clean, with good security. Although it is small, it has complete facilities, including a swimming pool, a gym, and a very cozy enclosed yard with tasteful design. The room has a washing machine and dryer, which are of good quality, and the kitchen utensils are complete. It is suitable for family travel.
Very close to Sydney University, convenient transportation and shopping, the hotel facilities are complete (with dryer/washing machine), clean, and there is cleaning service every day. We stayed for 9 days and were very comfortable and satisfied

Stunning !! Friendly and professional staff, clean room and nice location which is close to station, hospital and cafes. Went for business but looking forward to going back for a holiday.
Stayed at Sydney Boutique Hotel twice now and I am very happy with their rooms and service. My first stay was in a budget double room, the room itself was on the smaller side, had a double bed but it was clean and comfortable. For my second stay I choose a deluxe room but was actually upgraded for free to a superior balcony room. The staff is very friendly and rooms and overall areas are very clean...
I just finished a 10 day stay here and was quite satisfied. The room is indeed cozy and u do need to be a little mindful of the narrow pathways in the bathroom or going under the TV but for the price it was definitely adequate and was always clean with the bed comfortable and clean sheets and thick pillows. The shower had great water pressure and temperatures. I will say the one thing that room needs...
For a good price, the hotel was just what I needed. I got a standard room, no bells and whistles, but it was clean, quiet and had nice bathroom essentials. The location is great with lots of eateries nearby and a short walk from a few different train lines. They offer an airport shuttle for $22 which is only $3 more than getting trains, and much more convenient. The self-checkin after hours was easy...
Hey a lovely quaint hotel! Service staff were very accommodating! Let me leave luggage early. Small but clean room, fresh! Location was close to everything and great cafes in the area! Perfect for a night or 2!
Lovely experience. Spend 2 nights in this hotel. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The shower was amazing very strong water pressure. Staff was friendly and super helpful, they helped me with the bags as well I’ll definitely be back

As two interstate visitors to NSW, we were recommended to visit Watsons Bay and if we were to need a feed, try out the Watsons Bay Hotel. So, on to the ferry we went to Watsons Bay. After a short, scenic trip across the harbour we arrived at the Watsons Bay Wharf. We spent a couple of hours walking around the area, taking in the spectacular sight of The Gap Bluff and the Sydney Harbour National Park...
At the Watto it's all about the view! Right next to the ferry wharf at Watsons Bay it shares the same view as the famous Doyles Seafood Restaurant, but the food and drinks are half the price. Meals are better than most pub food and drink prices aren't crazy expensive. Service is efficient, but not overly friendly. If the weather is nice, I'd recommend booking for lunch or arriving after 1:30, even...
Best stay for an Anniversary night Stayed here for our anniversary in the harbour view room (110) view was awesome as was the vibe and bar on a Saturday afternoon and night. Also perfect spot if wanting to visit Doyles for dinner. Highly recommended. Tip get the ferry over from circular quay.
Room large and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Bathroom facilities OK but my wife would have liked a shower cap. Will be back.
I have visited this place with my wife and two young daughters, for four days. We were impressed with everything, exceeding our expectations, despite it wasn’t 5 star hotel. Very good breakfast, good dining, amazing interior - maritime style. Suitable connection with Sydney centre by ferry, which is just behind corner. I would like to back again to Watson Bay Boutique Hotel. Highly recommended. :)
Everything just superb! And morning view down the harbour on a sparkling cloudless blue morning was glorious. The only slightly challenging bit was parking, which although free for hotel guests is limited.

Nice little place for some delicious burgers! It can get quite busy during rush hour so best to avoid if you’re starving or are in a rush. Ebi Burger; Ume Burger; Croquettes
Just a beautiful boutique hotel. Staff are very helpful and the accommodation is extremely clean neat and tidy. The old stair case is something to see. Hotel is right above Charlie Chan's which is an interesting set up and Food is good. We found being i China Town great. Not a big walk to anything real. Hotel will hold your luggage if you arrive early.
Friendly staff. Comfortable guest lounge if you arrive early. Small but cosy rooms. Good prices. I'd go back.
Very cute. Lovely staff. A very cool communal kitchen and lounge space that had obviously just been done up, so looked modern and refreshing. The old features were still there like the cool staircase, and it had a very comforting feel, but the elevator felt like it was from the 1800's. Ridiculously slow.
We were very pleased with our treatment and with the facilities. It's a nice mid-range hotel with character. The availability of cooking facilities and refrigeration in a guest lounge was an unexpected bonus. The accommodation is centrally located in China town and close to a supermarket, shopping, affordable eating places and pubs as well as public transportation. We found our room to be clean and...
Overall is ok. Design is unique and quite big. But too many mini staircases within the same floor

Handy to train and main roads Clean and comfortable
Room was a good size, clean and comfortable bed, had its own bathroom and had direct access to the balcony. Supposedly they supplied coffee, tea, sugar, milk and cookies. The coffee was Bushells instant (the cheapest and most dreadful coffee ever made), there was no sugar and the “cookies” were small packets of arnotts shapes, not really a “cookie” that goes with your morning cuppa, if there is anything...
The whole place is so clean, especially the bathroom. Also, the location is convenient with free parking spot.
The check in time was 1pm but I requested to check in a couple of hours early as I had no where else to go so the lady was fine with it. If booked in advance I could have got a little better value for money somewhere else but as this was last minute booking from me so it was fine for $90 a night. The room was alright and reasonably clean, the kitchen had microwave, electric kettle, cups for tea/coffee...
Really nice place to stay. Quiet and not too bad for Uber prices into the city. Friendly owners who we only saw when leaving.

Sadly the 2nd washing machine currently needs fixing. Let's hope its fixed pronto !
Some of the Room(s) contain a reallu nice big (but compact fridge - like this one !
Basically it's very complete and has everything you need. It's just a normal travel hotel where you can stay. The restaurant is also very good The only thing I can fault is that the sound insulation may not be very good. Sometimes talking or noisy sounds in the corridor can easily enter the room

The position was ideal for walking to my appointment. The restaurant next to it was very disappointing, tasteless food & not clean,we left feeling deflated & lighter in the purse.
I've always like it here because it's easy to get to close to transport good area clean friendly staff and restaurant is excellent.
Great property, close to Train station and Tram. Also close to Comm Bank Stadium and rooms all have FOXTEL. Friendly staff, quiet area. As an experienced traveller to Australasia, I recommend this property.
Great for an overnight stay or longer - depends on what you're doing. Bed was super comfy , just like a brand new mattress.
It was perfect in every way. Clean, comfortable, easy parking and the staff are wonderful.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. It's my preferred place for long-term accom. It's always clean, staff are wonderful and it has everything you need. Even a washing machine and clothes dryer. Great location. I'll be back here later this year for my 3rd visit. Fabulous boutique hotel which is serviced daily.
Quick and easy check in. Great location. Small but well appointed rooms. Great place to stay for a Sydney city break.
Very basic room, cheap mattress, no spare pillows or blankets. Extremely basic tea and coffee. Bathroom had broken fittings and stank of mold. Security cards did not work reliably so some stress about getting into building/rooms after dinner. No slot for returning key card after hours. The location is amazing and a little work on the rooms and comfort would go a long way.
It's certainly hard to beat the location and the price of this accommodation since it is in easy walking distance of bars, cafes, restaurants and King's Cross Railway Station. The latter makes it very easy for moving around Sydney on public transport and you're spoiled for choice when it comes to choosing where to eat or drink. But the downside was the bathroom of our apartment. The tiles were chipped...
I stayed two nights 28FEB - 1MAR and the Annam Apartments truly exceeded my expectations on many fronts. First, i'll highlight the value for money. It was World Pride in Sydney and as I was browsing hotel prices they were absolutely exorbitant. I managed to secure an excellent deal at the Annam for around £110 per night. As a point of comparison the Ibis Budget Sydney East down the road was charging...
I booked these apartments quite late in the day due to an unexpected change iny travel arrangements. We stayed at Sydney Harbour Hotel during the Vivid season with my partner and the kids, and overall it was a lovely experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, and while we didn’t have a harbour view, the location...
Great location but shower and the room in general is a bit old for our taste
Very happy with the Hotel - fantastic spot for Vivid. Great service. Lovely room but bathrooms could do with a bit of an update.
Old building, Great location, the best you can get actually, especially if there is fireworks, we missed it this time, next year.
Love my room with Opera House view. Convenient location, you can literally walk to all major attractions around CBD
Location was amazing, and you can park there too. Valet parking, just pull up at the side of the building and let the reception know. The pool on the roof has impressive views of both the bridge and the opera house. Our bathroom could have done with a lick of paint but the room was clean and well kept.

Great spot. Very high standard.
Close walk to beach and restaurants but on a busy high traffic road so not the most quiet or relaxing. Clean full kitchen and laundry in unit
The accommodation was in the most wonderful position. Everything in Bondi was so accessible.
Amazing views of the beach. Had issues with the tv but management fixed it quickly. The maintenance staff was friendly and helpful when we needed towels, washcloths, and personal items. Apartment is clean and modern. My only recommendation would be to have a mirror in each bedroom. There is only one in the bathroom and it would be helpful for getting ready.
Well located, has pool and walking distance to beach, cafes, restaurants, grocery store. Property was responsive to requests. Check in and out was easy. Great stay for families and friends.
Everything else is good, but it is inconvenient to get started and contact

It was only for a night of sleep in. So overall was okay. Reception and check in hour is limited, but left our luggage at reception. Room size and bathroom was moderate. But served our purpose. Though didn't use the cabinets, found dirty socks in one of the drawers!
Not bad, you can live next time
Great location, nice grand old rooms and spacious.
The overall experience was good. Saw other reviews about artificial smell and mould but did not see them during the stay. A nice place that has historical vibes. Good location, easy to go city centre. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Drive further down a bit will have free onstreet parking for overnight.
This is the best hotel that I was stayed in Sydney, very beautiful and elegance , and special thanks to Omar , he is really helpful and make everything smoothly , strongly recommend.
Poor Service. Staff insisted i deposit 100 dollars in cash or credit card. I explained I have neither. Staff then angrilly assigned me to a ghetto(the designated **** room check in counters assign to guest they dislike) probably because I did not deposit any money.

Great location, room was good, ants came from under the sink and infested the bin overnight. There was thousand of ants. We were given ant killer and told there was nothing they could do. We did not use the cooking facilities after that.
Convenient Bondi 3 star stay Very good value for money; convenient location, very quiet. Bus stops just outside to Bondi Junction. Swimming pool a good thing to have. It’s really a motel , but a haven off the main road. Shops short walk.
Centrally located. Private, tucked away. Parking is a bonus and the staff are lovely. Clean, neat and tidy. All you need for a quick stay close to Bondi beach, restaurants and shops. Bakery around the corner for a morning pastry and coffee. Excellent!
Good for short stay Stayed for 3 nights in October. Nothing to complain about but it was very tired and old. It was clean enough but very tatty. No attention to detail, like the remote control was filthy. Good for people staying there for work. Good location, short walk to beach and bondi road for bus links into Sydney. Helpful staff. Comfy clean bed
Great. Only negative, the wireless connections were cutting out a bit from my room, and some people were doing renovations behind.

Stayed here a long time ago and found it to be excellent! However, with the recently implemented rule of closing the AMAZING roof garden at 9:30pm every night, it's been stripped of it's atmosphere and personality quite a bit. Great shame as I have a lot of great memories here. Our room was full of cockroaches too - but that's half the charm.

ALWAYS GOOD .VERY WELL PRICED FOR AREA. PITY THAT NOT STAFFED AFTER 3PM AND SOME ROOMS A TAD SMALL , BUT A GOOD HOTEL .
Everything was great. It is a lovely old converted house with plenty of character. Close to the SCG and 15 or so minutes in a car to the Airport.
Hughenden Hôtel has got the charm of an old colonial Australia house. The wi-fi did not work.
Property is convenient to SCG. Rooms are basic but suitable. We found correspondence with manager slow & had to chase him up twice - once early on for no answer to an email and again with self-checkin, when room advised was incorrect (which he knew but waited till we got there at 10:30pm & couldn't get in - had to call the AH nbr & he told us then). Notwithstanding, we'd stay here again.
Will stay again Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel was conveniently located for us to attend a wedding in Centennial Park. Well located for public transport into the city and to Bondi. Room was a little dark with just an air well window but we weren’t in the room much and bed was comfortable and room was clean. Recommend it and we will stay again.

The bed was super soft, but my back hurt after sleeping there for a night. The staff were friendly, but the overall quality of the accommodation was very poor.
Perfectly adequate, clean and comfortable low cost accommodation very conveniently located near ie walking distance to Royal North Shore Hospital. If you’re just after a place to stay this is perfect.
The room is well soundproofed, relatively quiet, and has good privacy. There is a refrigerator to cool drinks, which feels very humane. The bed in the room is very soft and feels very clean.
This is not really a deluxe room; it’s very basic. It seems to be an adapted space, likely from the former reception area. It only offers the bare minimum for an overnight stay. The breakfast is very weak, with very few options (barely enough to be considered as “included”). But it was ok. There is a bus stop within a 3–4 minute walk, and metro stations are about 11–12 minutes and 21–22 minutes...
Convenient transportation and good environment
Accommodation was OK, a little bit over priced for what you get. Only had one coffee sachet in room and you could not fill the kettle from the tap as the basin was too small. The advertising said quite sound proof rooms but it sounded like a herd of elephants were running up and down the stairs. But it was close to the RNS which was what I needed
