The young lady who checked us in was exceptional. Very professional & knowledgeable. I had confirmed that I needed two (2) single beds as I was staying with my son (I had the email confirmation). When I was checking in I checked that this had been done. The young lady confirmed it hadn't but she said they could make up a sofa bed for my son. This was fine. She did this herself which was exceptional...
It's very close to the subway station and bus station. There are many food nearby.
Overall it is quite a nice place to stay, good location. Unfortunately I was charged incorrectly, (I had paid when I booked through Trip.com), and then charged again when booking in. After being told numerous times that they would organise a refund, they then said that I had to contact Trip.com, who I had booked through, so not very good at resolving their errors. In saying that, I must commend Trip...
The location is not bad, less than 5 minutes walk from Parramata Station (it is a little far from Sydney city center and the airport. It takes about 15 minutes from the ferry terminal). However, the exterior was very old and I was shocked at first, but the inside is clean. However, the facility as a whole is old. Perhaps because of that, the washing machines in the coin laundry cannot be used. It is...

Really nice hotel and spacious room, the reception team was nice and kind
The hotel is very well located in the CBD and close to main attractions by foot.
The room is super clean as well.
On the things to improve:
- Mention during check in that the housekeeping is on demand
- When housekeeping is requested for the entire stay, that option should be fulfilled
the room is clean and staff are very friendly.
price is reasonable.

The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, the room was nice, and the location was good. I enjoyed my stay.
The staff here is really helpful. The staff is willing to help. Good!
The service was pretty good and they were very helpful. The area has a Woolworth’s Metro so it was easier to buy food and snacks, really big with variety. The metro station wasn’t too far, maybe around 10 minutes walk. A lot of the attractions are within 10-15 minutes walk.

Very well priced for the location
"Perfect for a weekend getaway. I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The ambiance was cozy, and the amenities were fantastic. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay."
The room is about what you expect for a standard hotel room, though the foxtel selection is terrible (sport only) and there's no chromecast functionality.
Signed up for their loyalty program because they advertise 20% off meals in their restaurant but what they don't say is that it doesn't apply to the breakfast buffet.

I had an early arrival in Sydney. Since the check in time was 2pm and no vacant room was available in the morning, I left my luggage with them and was offered the changing room at the swimming pool to refresh myself after the overnight flight. The room was spacious and comfortable and the restaurant offered delicious food. The location of the hotel is convenient and just a few minutes walk from the...
Recently booked into this hotel. It has a great central location and I have stayed here several times. Unfortunately, on the last occasion there was very noisy building work being done to the spa area. It would have been nice to know this when checking in as I usually enjoy relaxing in the spa but couldn't due to the noise.
The silence in my room from good soundproofing was excellent so absolutely no disturbance from anyone.

Outstanding customer service. The people who served me over the phone and BOTH times at reception were so kind, patient and helpful.
Wonderful place to stay. Received a beautiful and personal welcome email right after I booked. The place and rooms are fantastic. Had an amazing night sleep in a fabulous room.
My only suggestion would be that if you are catching the Sydney Shuttle Service from Bay 4 at the airport, it was confusing to find.
Once I figured it out (followed a crowd and asked them), the shuttle was full. The shuttle...
I've never actually stayed overnight at this hotel but I have come here multiple times both with my family and by myself for a drink or for lunch/dinner. The waiters and waitresses are very kind, the food is amazing and you definitely pay for what you get. I would recommend this place if you'd like to come here for a celebration e.i a birthday or job promotion. Great ambience, whenever I've been it...
The hotel serves the sole purpose of being close to the international departure gate for an early morning exit. Please note, it was still a 45min commute and a $10 ticket on a 3rd party shuttle bus in Sydney traffic at 7:30am for me, so please factor that in! Rooms are to Novotel standard and the breakfast is nice. Room was surprisingly quiet but I packed earplugs just in case. Happy travels!
I really expected more from this hotel because it is a 4 star hotel. I was highly disapointed the toilet leaked through the whole night the water from the shower got all over the bathroom floor as there is only a time shower screen that doesn't cover the whole length of the shower. Room was pretty small but clean at least. We had to buy our own water but the hotel did book a taxi for us. 3 stars at...

The staff are always fabulous, we’ve stayed several times as the location is great for a weekend in the city with the family. The added touch of free hot chocolate for the kids was a high point for them!
We stayed there for a night to celebrate my birthday. The hotel was very generous with compliments to make my birthday extra special. Indeed, they helped me enjoy my birthday.
As per the location, the hotel is just 7-10 minutes walk Central Station. There are several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. It is short walk from Darling Square and Paddy's Market. In short, very accessible.

Hotel is in a great location to my work with convenient parking. Comfortable clean rooms, although I was placed in a room close to the lifts and they were quite loud which kept me up at night. Also in the morning not all the lifts were working and I had to wait 15 minutes for a lift as they were all full. This was at 8am and ended up making me late for the meeting I was in Sydney to attend.
*The staffs are so kind and helpful with your needs.
Spacious room, toilet is way too small for a gigantic occupant.
*It's a really good location for me as it's just walking distance to nearby activities.
*Restaurant is just on the ground floor and you can also order for in-room service for your meal if you're not in the mood to go out.
Nice hotel with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. A key aspect is the rooms are quiet and seemed to have good sound proofing - making for good sleep and privacy.
Staff are very professional, enthusiastic and patient. The buffet breakfast has a good range without being ostentatious - highly recommend packaging this into your room booking.

Location is good, facilities were clean, and staff were really helpful. I would stay here again; it's just such a great spot to be able to get everywhere.
The location was very near the stadiums, which was where we were headed, therefore very convenient. There's mcdonalds and subway downstairs, too. No nearby convenience store, the nearest is an IGA about 10 mins walk. Almost no amenities inside the room - except the towel. But you can ask for slippers, water from the friendly reception. If you use tray service (get something delivered to your room)...
Fantastic views easy to get to the gig
They do not provide microwave in the room. We also need to ask for toothpaste and toothbrush. However the location is great for games or concert. The breakfast is nice but not many options.
Pretty decent overall. Most amenities you have to ask the front desk for which is a slight hassle but nothing dealbreaking. Room had a slight damp/mould smell which was unfortunate but again, not detrimental or a dealbreaker.
The hotel is quite satisfactory, and its biggest advantage is that it is close to the venue.

Fully satisfied with the room condition. We have issue to connect the tv, we called reception and quick to receive their assistance. The hotel is strategic and walking distance to all the restaurant and main attractions. At night it is so peaceful which i really like since we need to rest.
The hotel's location is fantastic, especially for Chinese guests! It's right next to Chinatown, which was perfect for satisfying our Chinese cravings. The room was clean and tidy. On the first day, we had an issue with our room and emailed them about it. The next day, they immediately upgraded us to a different room type, and it made a huge difference. Odd-numbered rooms overlook Darling Harbour, so...
The location is very good and convenient. However, there were some stains on the upper part of the wall in the room, and the hair dryer felt a bit sticky to hold, so the cleanliness could be improved. The air conditioner was also quite noisy, which affected sleep a little. Overall, the location is great, but the facilities and cleanliness could be better.
I chose this hotel for my child's schooling in Sydney, and it's perfectly located right by Chinatown. The price was reasonable, the environment was lovely, and the service was warm and welcoming. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, being close to major attractions like Darling Harbour, the QVB, and, of course, Chinatown itself.
I was enjoying my time here so much that I decided to extend my trip for an extra day. The process to extend was seamless, and the staff were very helpful in accommodating me. It’s rare to find a hotel where you genuinely don't want to leave, but the relaxed vibe and great service here make it easy to stay longer. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
Very clean hotel. Breakfast is very good, lots of varieties. There is a fast check out by dripping the cards at the Drop Off Box near the lift at ground floor. Good to have that because there could be crowd checking in and out at reception.

Very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable rooms. Shuttle to international airport was VERY helpful.
Great hotel. This is such a nice hotel, surprisingly good for an airport hotel. Parking is relatively convenient, even though you have to go through 1 lift to get out of car park and 1 to get into hotel.
Beds were really comfortable, they had the ac cranked ready for us. Staff in restaurant were so friendly. Front desk can get busy at some times with flight crew and people from delayed flights.
Just amazing. This is the best hotel in Sydney by far. High floor rooms, and incredibly well maintained bedrooms and lounge areas. The location is pretty good, the closest station being Mascot about a 8 minute walk from the hotel. The views from the hotel is a sight to see by itself. You can see planes landing and taxing down the airport every 5 - 10 minutes from your hotel room. Not to mention friendly...

Simple and clean place for one night before an early flight. Microwave oven was provided upon request. No pool. No bath tub. Shower has no door. If travelling with others, Uber (A$15 to International terminal drop-off, 8am ride on 11/24), might be cheaper than paying for shuttle (10 A$ each). The staff where so helpfull. The location brilliant. We where on a overnight stay before our next flight in the morning. The price definitely doesn't mean the quality. Don't think budget means budget rooms or service. With this location you get 5 star at a budget price.

Hotel give me a big surprise twice. First the room view is amazing. Best value for money' for staying in Sydney. Such a prime and beautiful location. Second surprised they give us wine with the 2 glasses and cakes too. Thank you so much.
We had a harbour view. It was great. The room was small but adequate. The bath room was also small but fine. The bed was a bit soft for our preference but others would like it. We paid for the breakfast, which had a wide variety of hot and cold options, although some of the hot options were a bit underwhelming. Overall we had a great stay, but maybe grab breakfast elsewhere

Stayed here a couple of times - close to the Riverside Theatre where we were attending a Show just a short walk away. Close to many dining venues - especially worth a visit to the Desert Bar on the way home. Simple to get to and underground parking.
Great location in the heart of Parramatta, easy to get to and plenty of parking that is easy to navigate. Rooms are basic but clean and functional. No mini bar in the rooms though so bring snacks if you want them. Be prepared for one of the slowest check in procedures you've ever experienced in a hotel though!!!
Hit or miss.. stay there quite a bit - they have newer rooms and older rooms.. be sure to make sure to ask for a newer room when booking as the older ones are quite dates.. some of the old ones have those small bath tubs and shower in one - shower head super low and small tub feels like a slipping hazard. A ok stay during my visit to Sydney. Nice location, walking distance to the harbour. The one thing I don’t like about is the door of the hotel room, it’s old and very loose. You feel the push and hear the sound when people next door open and close their doors, so it feels less secured but I’m sure the hotel is safe and well managed.
I had a very pleasant stay at Mantra 2 Bond Street Sydney. The hotel is located in a prime spot in the heart of Sydney CBD, making it easy to walk to Circular Quay, the Opera House, and The Rocks. Public transport is also readily accessible, which made getting around the city very convenient.

In the expensive city. The service apartment is best choice.
Best accommodation ever in Sydney. A few mins walk from wynyard sta and Cole’s. Fully equipped with everything you need for long term stay. If I could pick up something negative, it would be long-waited elevator for every morning.
The hotel was good. Location is amazing too. It just had a bit of a musky smell when we walked in so we had to open the window. I loved that there were 2 pillows on the bed, with "soft" embroidered on 1 pillowcase and "firm" on the other. Very clever and helpful. Also the parking fee had gone up since I booked, but the desk person let me have it at the original rate.
Great experience, comfortable bed. Attentive staff, breakfast could have been better but we paid $150 for a queen room so the fact breakfast was included was great. Richard on the front desk was particularly helpful and upbeat - great service team!

Fantastic stay, affordable, breakfast was amazing, rooms and hotel are spotless and modern, beds very comfy, selection of firm soft labelled pillows, staff are really friendly. Housekeeping was excellent. Lots of towels. Hotel...

Awesome dinner at the coffee club, with plenty of options after a whole day of walking and exhaustion. We will...
