The location is top-notch, the toiletries are also top-notch, Dyson hair dryer, smart toilet, stroll around the harbor at night, walk around the Opera House and Sydney Botanic Gardens. The scenery is so beautiful that it doesn't seem real, it's like a fairy tale. Lying in bed and watching the Opera House at sunrise or sunset, what can I complain about this kind of life?

The hotel is conveniently located across the road from Victoria Cross Metro Station. Giving easy access to the metro and also the train station. The room was pretty good. Very spacious and clean. Staff was also very helpful. Their checkin time was 3pm but I was able to check in at 1:30pm which was good.

Vibe is well located in North Sydney. It is near to the Metro making moving around the city easy. The traffic in this area is moderate. Nice to walk around this area.

Good location. Reception staff helpful when TV not working, managed to replace without changing room. Systems seem to be down at reception, so perhaps hotel owners can invest in IT infrastructure to prevent staff filling out manual check-in registration forms

In principle it is okey to have a sofa bed, but it will be better if vide hotel can provide extra bed.

The overall building is fantastic and the courtyard looks like its straight out of Harry Potter. The rooms are fairly basic which was expected for the price but the beds are comfy. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the shared toilets and showers.

A lovely place for an overnight stay. Has a welcoming feel and lovely staff. Only improvement could be aircon but it's not a necessity as we got on perfectly

Nice and friendly staff. My flight was delayed by 3 hours but I had no issues checking in. I had complimentary shuttle included in my stay which I was not aware of so I had paid for it. The staff refunded the amount upon my check in. I stayed for only 1 night but I will recommend it if you need a place to stay near the airport.

This was a fantastic stay. The room was huge, my bed was super comfortable and I read a review saying the shower head was weak but ,...not in my room. Phillipa who checked me in, was amazing. All the staff were kind and polite. So I'd definitely recommend staying here. Only downfall were the amount of children, but it was gull for cheerleader competition!!!

Absolutely fantastic service on a night with bad luck. Small complications with the door lock and they were super helpful, complimentary drinks, great communication and quick fix. The room and service are very satisfactory. The concierge is attentive and considerate. I suggest opening a direct access to the gym to facilitate hotel guests. After all, it is too cold to walk through the outdoor passage in winter.

Although the rooftop swimming pool is not big, the view is great. There are buildings under construction around, so the environment is a bit noisy, but the working hours on Australian construction sites are short, so most of the time it does not affect the stay experience. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station, and plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants. Perfect for both work and sightseeing. Centrally located in town centre, walkable distance to Darling Harbour. The apartment spacious and clean. If you have a car you can get a special rate for 24 hours parking at Wilson parking next door.

Everything inside the room is up to standard. Neat and tidy. However, the mattresses in the one bedroom and the sofa bed are very loose and not bouncy. They are not supportive on your back when sleeping. Other than that, we are satisfied on most of the amenities and services.

Started off pretty good, with an early check-in. Then, after going out for the evening, we returned to a roll out bed in the room (not ordered or required), which they came to remove at around 11:30. Had to call reception for towels as there were no towels in the room. Luckily, we had realised that before showering, it took at least 30 minutes and 2 phone calls to get towels delivered.

Up to the big smoke for work. This is a great place . Easy transport options or if you need to drive close to all major routes. Friendly staff, nice quite room good food selection in the restaurant. Thanks

Couldn't ask for a better location. So close to everything. Hotel room was clean. A little disappointed with the pressure in the shower, you had to run around to get wet lolol. Also shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all empty and not refilled. The restaurant wasn't open for lunch or dinner. Beds were extra comfortable and pillows amazing 🙂

Stayed there for two nights. An over all good experience. The room was clean and location is a plus as it's just a 2 minute walk to McDonalds and KFC and a few other restaurants. Also Woolies is also across the road. They can do a better job with the breakfast. Overall a good experience.

Family friendly hotel with friendly staff. The hotel has lots of amenities to keep you busy without leaving the building. Includes tennis court, swimming pool, gym, conference room, in-house movies.

The stay was nice clean bed and bathroom the only real fault was the ac was absolutely terrible. I was advised that every rooms ac was not working correctly I ended up having to buy a fan so my boyfriend and I could sleep without melting.

She's getting old and it shows. Very dated rooms showing the wear and tear of the years. Comfortable clean beds. Bathroom was quite large and spacious, very clean. Breakfast was included and it was a feast for the hungry, highly recommend. As I said, it looks quite grand but her age and dated feel let her down a bit.

Property has an “olde world” interior design but it’s now looking quite tired and could do with an update. Beds still comfortable & room amenities work as expected. The hotel's bedding and pool facilities are excellent. The air conditioning in the room is not very powerful in winter and is a bit cold. As a historical building, the overall atmosphere is very unique, but the real estate project to be built in front may block the harbor view in the future. In addition, there are not many breakfast options, which is much inferior to other Langham hotels.

This is my second stay. The last time was before the pandemic. I feel that the hotel has not changed much overall, but there are some minor adjustments. There is a pungent smell of spray paint in the corridor near the room. After I told the front desk, I immediately changed the room and gave a bottle of red wine. Service was average and amenities very basic. Had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap. The space was pretty tight for 2 people and no extra table space for work. However, location was near ICC Sydney which was convenient.

Location is great, nearby many restaurants & shops that open til late in Sydney. Amenities are complete and they have all you need (dental kit upon request, microwave at lobby). The family room is incredibly small though, so if you have big luggages, it will be challenging.
