Bondi Beach Peach
Sydney, 50 Sir Thomas Mitchell Road, Bondi, 2026 Sydney, Australia 🧭 Map
Bondi Beach House was a beautiful quiet oasis only 5 minutes away from the fun, hustle and bustle of Bondi Beach. We had a wonderful time at Bondi Beach enjoying the fantastic atmosphere, watching the surfers enjoying the waves and soaking up the beautiful views. The sunset and sunrise were stunning. It was great to have a very clean and comfortable base so close all of the activity. The room had a...
My parents and I had a fantastic three-day stay at the Bondi Beach House. The rooms are lovely - very stylish and comfortable; the owner is understanding and accommodating. There is a beautiful garden out front where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast. The location is also great: a stone’s throw away from the beach, restaurants and cafes. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed hotel. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. It is located steps away from Bondi Beach and all the shops and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend Bondi Beach House!
What an awesome place; well preserved heritage house with all amenities you need. The world's best hosts that cannot do too much to help you and make your stay the best. Great location. Highly recommend.
Sydney's coast is a beautiful place to spend a few days, or weeks. I can't imagine a better place to stay than at the Bondi Beach House. I stayed in the Garden Room and it is a lovely and comfortable room with a beautiful patio. The individual touches to the room are charming and the location can't be beat, quiet yet close to everything. The hosts provided a breakfast basket and a stocked fridge. There...
Just had the most amazing two nights at Bondi Beach House! The rooms are so nice and cosy, with some of the most comfortable bedding I’ve ever slept in. There’s a beautiful garden area where you can sit and enjoy a meal/ drinks and makes you feel like you’re in another country. The location couldn’t be better, with the beach and shops/ restaurants only a couple minute walk away. The hosts were super...

We enjoyed a pleasant stay at The Maisonette, the reception staff were very helpful, with great suggestions for coffee and dining, as well as directions. It is in a very handy position to all we were after in the area and easy to get everywhere from.
The Maisonette is a pleasure to stay and rest at. The rooms are modern clean and refreshing. The staff are courteous and helpful. Access is simple and next door are excellent eateries in the leafy Challis Avenue. In 2024 we will return to stay at the Maisonette Thank you
the room was comfortable and clean. the staff was very kind but too much noise... with the kitchen of the restaurant, just under (to 6.15 am till 9.30 pm...) and all the smells... with jetlag it was difficult for me.
We loved our stay at The Maisonette. Couldn't fault anything really, the location is great, close to great cafes and restaurants and within easy walking distance to the harbour and Kings Cross station. The hotel has a cool, French vibe, staff were friendly and helpful and booking direct gets you late check out. Would stay again definitely.
Great location! Upscale neighborhood, lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Walkable or near train station to all city attractions. I was in single room. Clean and big enough room. TV and kettle are extra good touch, Friendly and helpful staff.
What a little hidden treasure, so close to everything. The bed was so comfortable, great size room

Bridgeview Hotel Willoughby
Sydney, 580 Willoughby Rd 🧭 Map
Closeness to where we needed to go. Nice and quiet. Comfy bed.
It’s an amazing pub/motel the staff are beyond accommodating, the food is better than most pub food and the atmosphere depending on the night is either chill, warm and welcoming or busy, fun and exciting. The real stars at this establishment are the staff they give off a real feeling of family and community. And are always willing to go the extra mile to see a patron smile.
An easy 5/5 for a pub that opens during the day and offering greet value lunches. The coffee within was also only $4 with $18 lunches offers during lunch happy hours 12-3pm.
For anyone that is in the area and looking for a pub meal or even just a nice quiet space to get a bit of work done on the laptop on the go, this is the best place possible.
The staff/manager on duty on the day was also super...

This is my go to place whilst visiting family living in Willoughby, its very simple but meets all my needs, very clean and nice sheets.
Good, authentic, old-fashioned neighborhood pub with separate dining room. Excellent and friendly service. Surprising variety of very good food, perhaps a bit on the pricey side. Music in the dining room was way too loud, but they turned it down when requested.

Sydney, 83 Liverpool Rd, Ashfield NSW 2131, Australia 🧭 Map
Quiet area though far from the city if you'd like to be more near the centre. The breakfast for me was fine and has some nice paintings to look at and books to read. However the bathroom had to be shared and the wifi had a habit of disconnecting at times.
Great for the price, easy walk to the train station and only half a dozen stops to the city. Breakfast was basic, but great that it was included. There was a full kitchen available for guests to use. We managed to get one of the 3 car parks out the front, but there appears to be ample free on-street parking close by on quieter residential streets. When we first entered our room there was a strong...
It was ok. Staff weren't weren't ever rude. I only used the place as somewhere to sleep. Never hung around. The towels were very thin (but I actually like that). I had to switch the fridge on. Nothing in there. Got a private bathroom. All up it was cool.
It's an old place but has been renovated and is quiet and clean. Only two onsite parks, so first come first served. You can park on the road except for weekday morning clearway times and it is busy. Rooms are quiet and there is a shared kitchen with basic facilities. Tea, instant coffee, toast etc available for breakfast. Inexpensive.
Staff was great. Communication was awesome. Room was tidy. Didn't try breakfast but plenty of variety. Room was cheap; close the city; got what we expected for the price. Friendly customer service. Will stay again when back in Sydney.
Friendliest receptionist in Sydney! Very accomodating, and good value rooms.

Only thing that was terrible was the parking, but that’s just Sydney in general, can’t be helped.
Downstairs rooms are super basic hostel vibe, can’t see out the windows, pretty ugly room but everything you need just bare bones version but the location is ultimate. Good if you’re just sleeping
Older place that had character but smelt a little musty. Over all close to the beach and restaurants
Super easy Coogee Beach access
We had a great time! Thank you. Reminded me of hotels in England and Ireland of my childhood. Nice and very accommodating office staff (thank you for holding our luggage on check out day so we had time to site see) and quiet but good space also for a rainy day. Super easy access to Coogee beach and wonderful Wylie’s rock pool. Thanks again for a nice stay!
Fabulous view from the front rooms (and higher rates of course). A mix of old and new, the old sometimes showing wear. Beach is great for swimming in all but the most serious conditions.
I stayed for 4 nights. Quick access to beach!
The facilities were indeed old, but kept as clean as they could be. Contactless check-in and check-out was available, which was appreciated as I arrived on an early morning flight.
Although the room I chose was not an ocean view room, it was great to open the window to hear the sound of the waves while sleeping.

Great place to stay as always. Clean, comfortable and conveniently situated.
My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful night of piano music and some singing last night in the bistro. Beautiful reasonably priced food. Friendly service. Stunning pianist.
Great pub/Motel opposite Flemington market if you want to wind down after a nite out on Saturday/Sunday. Opens at 6 am. The service was excellent in the gaming room as well as the TAB area. It was a blast the service was very inviting and informative as they were quick to sort everything out for me and showed me to my room. The room is enough for a couple with a plus one if you like. The room is really good with noise suspension even tho you are right above the restaurant and bar.

Loved the uplift to the bar. It had been over a decade since I had been to the Strathfield hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, a cool and shaded beer garden, decent pub feed (had the schnitzel with mash and vege - which tasted super fresh and was reasonably priced) and a comfortable clean dining area. I will make an effort to go back - especially as there’s two pool tables that I...
This local pub is an amazing place to go with families and friends. I have been there a couple of times with my friends for drink and dine. We hold 2-3 reunions at this venue each year for different organisations. Always great service. Easy to access from all points in Sydney. Good food. Reasonable bar prices. Semi private atea. Ideal for daytime reunions.
We keep coming back. 🥰🤩
I wasn't expecting much and it delivered. Front door was closed at 8pm so I had to trudge through the middle of the pub with my luggage. Staff were friendly though. Value for money on a budget is the best way to describe the Strathfield hotel.
The room was clean and tidy. The decor is very original to the period of the building. The building looks to have been recently repainted.

Good sized very family friendly venue with a play area, and a mini games arcade. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Lots of parking available. Great food and drink at reasonable prices.
Something for everyone.
Aircon inside is a bit cold so bring a jumper if you feel it.
Have been going to The Ranch for years and found the the standard of the menu has been declining. Friendly bar staff and good seating in the bistro area. A excellent range of tasty, well presented, and moderately priced meals. A great place to catch up with mates and chat without any excessive background noise. A great experience and we will all visit again.

Absolutely perfect for me! Visiting family and this Hotel was just down the street. Tom and other staff members were so helpful and polite. Our family ate dinner there on my last night, we all enjoyed it. Great Garden Bar too 💯😄
Local pub frequented by tradies & locals so can get a bit boisterous, but friendly. Topless barmaids on occasions. Has good, honest pub food at very good prices starting at $10.00.
Not bad as a local pub. Not so crowded during weekdays. Have cheap food for lunch special but don't expect high quality food.

My girlfriend and I go to pubs for food almost everyday around the inner west. The Merton must have the best kitchen around. Every meal we have has been amazing. As a lover of Hot sauce/spicy food I judge restaurants on there range of sauces and the temperature of a meal when I ask for '' extremely spicy ''
Very Very happy with Mertons. Highly recommended if you enjoy some spice and heat. Bar staff...
Love this local pub stuck in a bygone era, especially the live music on the weekends, they always have great old school bands.
Service is friendly and the place has a generally relaxed atmosphere attracting an older clientele. The attached Malaysian restaurant has a great selection of food including the regular pub favourites.
Man, the food is absolutely incredible. I was pleased with my Malaysian chicken curry, but then I tried a bite of my friend's fish curry and I was blown away. The quality is spectacular and the portion sizes are quite generous. Add to that a friendly staff, good beers and a jumping band and it was a great night. Thanks!

I also stayed in one of the rooms was about the same, but could have done with a little attention to maintenance and maybe a table...
Pretty standard Aussie pub. Large screen TV's with racing and sport. Reasonable food available in the so called beer garden.
I went with 4 other family members for dinner and a few drinks. Carpark was full and it was 7pm on a Thursday night, so probably go earlier if you want a spot. The pub itself was nothing special, and neither was the food, but it had a lot of different beers on tap. We had a good night, and there was nothing really to complain about, but there wasn't anything to rave about either.
Always head there for steaks on a Monday night.

The Shakespeare Hotel is not for everyone (what is?) but it perfectly fitted what I wanted. I was traveling alone and wanted to get to know old Sydney, and get in touch with Aussie life, and was planning this as an economy trip. Fabulous accommodation, so close to all the action. We chose this location because of its proximity (and easy public transport) to the Hordern Pavilion (for TISM in case you're wondering) and it is so close and convenient. We walked home from the venue, super quick and we walked into the city several times. The noise from the bar ends around midnight, although it never really bothered us. And although...
It's good value. The room was nice, shared bathrooms basic. It was Saturday night and the bar was loud, but the place was quiet once it closed.
