Excellent location, very good food, friendly staff. We had a great holiday at Arabella Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Quiet and peaceful place for those who just want to relax and enjoy the rest. Friendly staff. "All inclusive". The beach is close. The food in the restaurant is unique. On the terraces you can sit quietly and enjoy a cigarette or cadence :) Not giving five stars because this place is not obnovovani years.

This is definitely not a 5 star ultra all inclusive experience, especially considering the quality of the food and drinks! The animation program is also mediocre. Excellent stay! Hotel is recently opened in June, everything is new and modern. Large room with a large bathroom and balcony, very good cleaning and comfortable bed. Room has everything you need, including good quality cosmetics from Fragonard. The hotel is right next to beach, and the view from the room was a killer. The stuff is nice and friendly, if you need something you can always go at the reception and ask. The hotel is clean, it's location is spot on, close to everything in Albena. All in all, great value for the money.

Hotel needs some updating, but clean overall and location is wonderful. We had hoped a room with seaview, but we were located on the other side. Next morning we had a chat with manager and we got a seaview! Exellent service! Breakfast on the other hotel is no problem, 20m.

The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

The hotel is situated on the beach side with nice clean pools for children and adults. The water was heated and cleaned every day. The food was perfect with thematic days. There was always something new every day and always something for every taste. The rooms were big and cleaned every day, with change on the sheets every other day. The staff was helpful as usual. I had a single renovated room on second floor..7 nights 8 days..and I had a very nice sejour here..the maid clean very good the room every day,once I saw her with my own eyes because I still was in the room..other times I saw her from the beach cleaning the balcony and so I knew she was in my room..refill the stuff used in bathroom,towels changed every day,linen on the bed changed after 3days..food...

I stayed in this hotel June 2024.The location is ok for a beach,otherwise there is nothing around.Food a bit boring,not big choice.The hotel is old and needs complete refurbisment n updating from outside n insids too. There is not much to do here but the beach is beautiful and most of the staff were friendly. They make the alcohol really strong. 3 nights there, and I'm on the wagon. 4 star hotel in Albena, very kind personnel, very well administration. Good food and grill in restaurant, but very hot, AC never working. Small pool, but the sea is 30m distance. I recommend for families.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The hotel is very close to the beach and it also has swimming pools. The staff is professional and friendly, there’s a big variety of tasty food and many types of drinks. Rooms are spacious, we stayed in the apartment facing the sea and the view was amazing.

If you are cockroach and insects friendly person then it is a nice hotel. I had a terrible experience on a 5 day stay with this. I have changed 2 rooms and still insects were all over. We have been in Kaliakra Beach in May 2025 again. Everything has been fine. Clean and nice room (Superior) with a great view. A very nice location, direct at the black sea. Big hotel with not so big restaurant for so many people. Everytime are people in a row for food and drink. The food is could, not tasty, without spice. Coffee is very bad. Ice cream not very tasty. The staff is very friendly, pools at the hotel are very good. The TV set has very poor signal. Air condition is out of order in some rooms. Next time I will find a better place in Albena.
