All in all it was ok. It has good location, friendly staff, free parking, nice relax area with free jacuzzi and sauna, suuuper massage therapy, good breakfast, but I did not like the cleaning. I have worked in hotels and that is no way to clean. Sorry

I've checked in on May 03.2025 in the night and the price for 2 persons room was, on internet, 80 lv ( 207 ron).The young receptionist asked me 90 lv. He asked me if Single ( my husband wasnt there yet), I said dont know yet. 10' later I've come back to the reception and said- yes, single- as my husband wasnt to come anymore- but surprise, the guy said -oh no, but we dont have single.. I said every room can have a single occupancy, what you mean , you have room with one single bed ?! No, isn'it ? So what is the price for single occupancy ? He said it should be 70 lv, but to come back next morning...He said he is new and dont know how to handle. Also I wanted to pay, he said no, to come back next morning, cause he is new ...?!!
Next morning the other receptionist told me the price is 90 lv. I asked - how come-you have the same price , no matter if single or double ?, he said - but this is the price for single, because the room is 110 lv ! I've looked on internet and yes, the price was changed, but FOR TODAY- NOT FOR THE DAY BEFORE! I've told him that, but he said he doesnt understand and he doesnt know what the other guy told me...
Its not about the money , its about playing cheap, and I wasnt expecting this cheating manner from a hotel with pretentions like Samara...

The hotel has all de facilities you need : free parking spot, spacious rooms, very close to a private beach area ( you have to pay en extra cost for a chaislounge and an umbrella) and bars to have a drink! We had half board included, the breakfast was ok despite the dinner which was very poor!

Quiet location, big and clean rooms, kind staff, good breakfast, clean swimming pool, underground parking, 2 minutes away from the Nomad beach.

Very nice hotel, didn’t expected…10/10 star’s value for money!!! Usual breakfast but if you’re not pretentious then is great! Perfect location and very family friendly!!! Staff is great!!! Their bistro is enough for lunch next to the pool! I do recommend!!! Only 2 minutes up to the beach down stairs!!!

Hotel ok as facilities. Comfortable (bathroom and large rooms), but only for the upper floors. The ground floor is not very comfortable. It has everything you need, with a plus for the studio rooms and apartments (which also have a small kitchen). Hotel staff, uninvolved, disinterested and in no mood. Most were young people with temporary jobs. About food, monotonous and only if you have no other alternative. The staff does not speak Romanian.

Very nice location, just a few walks from the beach and restaurants. Nice hotel. One thing I noticed and didn't like was that staff are not so accommodating and not so friendly. They do not give us even a fake smile. We asked for the wifi password in their bistro, because we have an important meeting to attend online, and the lady without even smiling, said they don't have the password. Like seriously? Nowadays, anywhere you go there is a free wifi service for the guests, even in the coffee shops. So instead of ordering food, we decided to leave and eat at one of the restaurants near the beach, where we were given the wifi password right away. As a tourist, and as a first timer in Bulgaria, I expect that people here are warm and friendly, and with a nice services provided in hotels. But no, I was wrong. Like, they are not happy to see tourists and guests. I hope some other guests won't experience this kind of treatment. Will definitely come back in Bulgaria but not in this hotel.
