4 stars? For what ? Dirty room, full of insects, wallpaper coming off the walls, dirty and overused bed sheets, horrible stuff talking like they would be doing things for free … we have asked for coffee in the room at 8 am and they said they cannot bring it as it is too early for them…. stay away from this mess hotel, it is a horrible !!! Do not stay here !!!!

Do not stay here !!!!

The location is nice, 10m from the sea and great view from the balcony (I won’t share these photos as you will see them on their page).
Leaving all the good aside, here’s a list of the bad:
1. The air conditioning in the room hasn’t been cleaned in probably 10 years as seen in the photos, it’s basically a health hazard. When asked to clean them, they only dusted the filters, we bought a disinfectant ourselves and cleaned it.
It also needs serviceing as it makes a horrible, and I do mean horrible sound, see clip. In order to dampen the sound we had to use toilet paper as shock absorbant.
2. TV’s are from 20 years ago, no smart function, no USB slot, super small (monitor size) and remotes barely working. I know you are on vacation but we do enjoy a movie in the evening.
3. In some bathrooms the sink and the water faucet are not aligned and you get water everywhere. Some showers don’t have a window pane, so again, water everywhere.
4. The minibar had products expired 5 months ago.
5. The restaurant is under different management which would be ok, however the table cloths are filthy, the staff is cold and have no manners (talking loudly as a group while you are having breakfast, bringing food randomly as some of the group have already eaten by the time everything is on the table, etc.). Breakfast is said to be a la carte (they give you a list of what you can choose but you cannot combine between them).
5. Hotel entrance looks like it needs a rework as the wooden stairs are almost breaking as you step.
Overall the hotel could have had 4* as advertised but not a single cent seems to have been invested since it’s opening. Very disappointing for the money we paid.
