Reviews
This is truly the ideal vacation spot, particularly for families. We've seen firsthand how they meticulously attend to every detail, providing professional staff and a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere.
The value for money is outstanding. Our children absolutely loved the slides, and the reception team is super friendly. We would happily repeat our week-long stay over and over again!
- english - not a strong aspect of the staff. I would say that around 20% of the hotel staff can manage a basic english conversation;
- staff: the reception is basic and we reach a point where explanations and directions were given using sign language;
towel guy - by far, the most rude staff member of the hotel, not able to respond with basic english word, started raising his voice in bulgarian, lucky for me that I don't get scared easily;
cleaning - same, 0 english but the most capable members of the staff in doing their job;
restaurants/ bars - basic or no english, most of the time rude and petty;
- parking - good value point of the hotel, guarded parking lot;
- rooms - we stayed in the premium building, D, where we had an apartment. Outdated everything, not even close to the standards of a 4* hotel and a 2025 "premium" facility.
We had 2 bathrooms but for taking a shower we were able to use only one because the other one was leaking all the water used and the bathroom and a part of the hallway got flooded;
- elevators from D building: very slow, they did not have the basic security settings (the doors closed no matter if you tried to hold the elevator for someone by blocking the door to not close with your hand or leg - the door will close, no matter what), especially taking in consideration that a lot of kids were using them;
- Pools - nice but impossible to get a hold of a sunbed if you will not wake up at 6 AM;
- beach - the hotel has a private beach with direct access. Starting from day 2 the beach was full of seaweed, situation that was not fixed afterwards, during our stay;
- kids playground - it where 2 places with very old equipment and not that safe;
FOOD & DRINKS
- drinks - 1/10. everywhere they only served dispenser drinks. The Coca Cola/ Pepsi was so sweet that resembled with cough syrup.
Beer - awful, no acidity and flavor;
- a la carte restaurants - good marketing tool but impossible to get a reservation. I've tried in the 2nd day to get a table for the Italian one and it was fully booked during our stay;
- I've heard from other guests that the Mexican and the Asian ones were terrible and a waste of time;
FOOD - all inclusive (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- I understand that you can't expect lobster at a 4* hotel but basic and decent food, cooked with decent ingredients and a minimum of care I, honestly, would have expected;
- after day one we skiped breakfast and we used the Carrefour nearby for our daughter's morning snacks;
- lunch and dinner: we ate potatoes and salads. Loads of pork selection but all bad. At lunch they had pork skewers and for dinner they had pork meat in sauce. I mean, come on man...
All the main dishes were so weird:
- chicken breast - came in big chunks, not fully cooked;
- pizza - one of the worst pizza i've ever had;
- pasta - .....;
- beef - what beef?!
- seafood - i saw once some shrimps (the smallest ones), you could have them in pastas;
- pork - in all shapes and sizes, nothing good thoo;
- fish: only weird choices; they had salmon 2 times but it had a beige color and a bitter taste;
Our outcome from the food? Fantastic:
- my mother in law - got sick in the 2nd night of our stay, vomiting and going to the bathroom all night long, did not fully recover until our leave;
- me - sore stomach from day 2 and went to the bathroom at least 2 times per day;
- my daughter (2 and a half years old) - we only gave her pasta and potatoes during our stay. Last night, after dinner, she started vomiting and kept it that way all night long and this morning also.
After our daughter's crisis, we decided to end our already ruined holiday a day short. We normally should have left tomorrow (9th of July).
We stayed here for 5 days, we were a large group, 8 adults and 8 children. The hotel is well located, near the beach, the rooms are big and OK.
But the food is terrible. The children vomited on different days. Almost the same food every day. I do not recommend. I do not recommend paying for the "all inclusive" package and eating only fries.
The program is short on the slides, and the pool with very cold water. I do not recommend and I will not come here again.
