This was our third stay at this place, previously was before the pandemic. There's not too many words I could add to the already-existing reviews which provide a rather accurate description of the current state of this establishment. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, we had a nice room, and we are grateful for the staff effort with cleaning, food and services. Despite the decrease in quality, I'd still recommend this as a decent option for families with kids

Very good hotel and service. I'd recommend booking the premium package, it's great value for money! Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Hotel was clean, with staff constantly keeping on top of it which was great to see. Rooms basic, even though we upgraded to premium. Food ok, not enough variety compared to other holidays of a similar standard. Pools good and a good amount of entertainment. The main thing that let things down for us was the service from a lot of the staff - not all, there was the occasional good one, but not many. So many staff were rude, hardly smiled and lacked even basic English, which in the tourist industry I would say a basic level is important. Staff knowledge was also not that high on hotel facilities/procedures.

Second day here and not sure about the negative reviews as the staff are awesome and super helpful! From reception, to the animation team, bar staff, restaurant staff, all very professional and welcoming! It’s not a 5 star hotel, you should know that before booking. As far as all inclusives go it’s up there with the best we’ve been to!

Very good hotel , located in the a good place, the food is great and the whole environment is well maintained and organized. There are many pools there and a big aqua park for the older and the younger.
You have drinks included all day, you have an open bar at the pool with a snacks kitchen and a bar on the private beach of the hotel.

Had a great holiday here. Location is amazing! Couldn't ask for better. Literally on the beach, big pool and food available all day. The animation team make it... so much enthusiasm and things to do.
The bar staff - a couple of good ones but generally there is no order to who they serve and if you're not stood directly in front of them, or someone points out you were next, you're not getting served. That was annoying.
The lobby, and communal areas are really well presented. This is not reflected in the rooms but they're fine.

Perfect location and services. Kind staff all the time, huge variety of food and drinks. The only improvement area could be the heating of the pools, but this is not unique in this area. Overall perfect stay!

All in all it was a very decent hotel. The premium rooms were very spacious and very clean. The the food included in all inclusive was pretty average or just a bit above average. The drinks wasn't the greatest. The service from the staff serving the drinks was appalling they all looked miserable like they didn't want to be there and it took quite a while to get served I think they need to hire a new set of staff for the bar. That's on the flip side of that soon as you walk out the hotel there are lots of bars unrestaurants on the beach strip goes on for about one mile lots to do the bar on the beach was very poor only serving beer and one soft drink plenty of sun lounges on the beach though

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Nice big room ( not tripping over our luggage) good location, plenty to see and do. Lots for young children, staff are very helpful and to top it off GREAT WEATHER, happy days all round 😄🌞

Stayed here end of May/early June 2023. Really nice facilities, well maintained, spacious comfy rooms, food was really nice, plenty of variety, staff were fantastic and all spoke excellent English. The private beach was beautiful, my 5 year old loved the kids water park, although the water here and in the pools was rather cold! Rooms are a little basic and showing some minor signs of wear and tear, but nothing excessive.
