Simply stunning hotel. Breakfast in this peaceful atrium every morning will be the highlight of your day. Possibly the best coffee I've ever experienced. Parking available, but also a very walkable location. Highly recommended.

If it wouldn't have been for the nice staff and cleanliness of the room, this hotel is not value for the money at all. I hate the fact that bulgarians always overrate their hotels. This is a 3 star hotel. Nobody in their right minds would give 5 stars to this hotel. I hated the fact that I heard all the noises from the other room due to the door separating the rooms. The restaurant has a nice garden and very polite waitresses. The breakfast was mediocre, the a la carte was dreadful. But I had the Novotel experience, which was far worse, so I might give them a second chance in the near future. The hotel looks good on the inside but also on the outside and it is quite clean.

Maximum its a 3 Star Hotel… a 5 star Hotel would be in a better condition and the employees would be more service oriented… the rooms are not very clean, the water im the shower doesn’t flow out, the smell in the room is very bad, bed bugs are common, also nothing is around or nearby, the restaurant and bar close at 00:00… sorry to say but I recommend for that price better to stay somewhere in the city center

There were some issues at the start due to the arrival of two big groups and the perfect storm that came into existence as a result. The hotel offered me a free diner as a compensation. During the diner, the hotel manager visited me to apologise. I appreciated that and it showed that they really try to give a good experience, but it was apparently just 'force majeure' for them. After diner he gave me a call to check in again. This morning I was very annoyed and would have ranked one star, but they really are trying to make up for their faults and improve, so I decided to give 4 stars.

Everyone at the hotel is friendly and speaks excellent English. Employees are extremely helpful. Loves the breakfast restaurant area with a glass house garden leading to alfresco sitting. I would have done the massage and book the day trip with the hotel if I don't need to pay cash. That said, location is out of town in a quiet but easily accessible area via bus, tram and taxi. The reason for lower score of the room is that it is still in winter mode whereby the room is hot and stuffy and air conditioning is tuned for winter. Was told to open the window. 😑. Some fixtures and fittings needs to be addressed as well. Overall, still an excellent place.

I would like to note that I stayed in this hotel around 60 times over the course of 1 year so I have seen every room and all other common facilities, so trust me when I say that it doesn't worth it.

I know that the hotel is currently under renovation, but I higly doubt that I would be good to stay there even after the renovation.

Really nice hotel with good service and comfortable rooms. Renovation is still in progress, but rooms are brand new. I was actually the first person in my room since it was renovated.

The hotel is very nice, it has a vintage look.
I had included in the price of the room the gym and swimming pool but unfortunately I wasn't able to use them since I went on a business trip.
The breakfast has a nice variety and the personnel is polite there are 2 parking areas, one behind the hotel and one underground
