Calypso Hotel - All Incluisve

3 stars only because:
- BIGGEST DOWNSIDE: there is no WiFi in the rooms! you can barely get some signal in the terrace
- depending on your luck, some room have ac broken, walls dirty, bath not cleaned, bed covers needs a proper cleaning
- drinks are just some cheap brands
- small diversity of food and most the time is have no taste. lots of salt is needed to give it some taste
- also depends on your luck, but the blonde old lady from the reception is very rude and it took her almost on hour to check-in 8 persons!

Positive:
- location (10minutes of walk to the beach)
- many supermarkets in the area
- parking is paid extra 15 leva/day but many places available
- swimming pool is clean
- many possibilities of eating: breakfast, lunch, snacks again, dinner but food is not the greatest
- you can grab ice cream all day long
- balcony is great and you have clothes hanger to dry them

Unfortunately there was no hot water in our room for several nights, so we were usually unable to shower with warm water.
On 11.09 there was no water in the hotel from morning till 2pm when we could not do our human needs such as using the toilet, showering which was very inconvenient. I asked at the reception will be the water available, where they showed no sympathy, they're were rude and careless and did not bother to ask if we would like to use the toilet after several hours. Then after a short time I went down to the reception again to ask for a bottle of water, where the receptionist phlegmatically informed me that there was some water bottles upstairs in the room, I informed her that unfortunately I had already drunk it, so I was given a half litre of mineral water with a sniff.
The lack of water meant we couldn't use the drink vending machines which are also included in the All Inclusive service.
On 14.09 we wanted to have an afternoon snack and arrived a few minutes before 5pm, the bar staff was mopping the bar, but we didn't see it because of the column cover, only after we stepped on the mopped surface, the above mentioned staff member started to talk to us loudly that we can't go now because he was mopping.
Unfortunately, we did not go back to the afternoon snack after that because it was already closed by the time it had dried up, even though we had paid for this service as well.
We couldn't even use the wifi in our room because it couldn't find a network in our room... even though we tried it on 4 devices. We stayed in this hotel last year, so we had high hopes for this year's stay, but unfortunately it was a disappointment for us, because all of the things mentioned above, and the quality of the drinks in the vending machines has deteriorated a lot. Which didn't even work on our last day because it only gave us water.
